Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind sehr dunkel, man hat fast kein Tageslicht. Im Zimmer selbst gibt’s zu wenig Lampen. Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und müssten mal renoviert werden. Zudem sind die Zimmer recht hellhörig.

The rooms and window were configured in a way that it seems like other guests could see me in the bathroom. Fortunately, I only saw 2 other guests

What a fantastic gem of a hotel tucked away in the centre but close to all the main sites, restaurants etc! The hotel is totally charming and the room was fantastic with a ceiling fan, aircon and heating available. Also a small safe deposit box (not big enough for a laptop), fridge and tea/coffee maker. The pool area is lovely, and the pool is well-heated! The hotel team are fabulous! Breakfast is included with a small buffet of fruit, yoghurt, cereal and juice, then a hot meal option of eggs, chilaquiles or pancakes. This is a boutique hotel without a lot of rooms so the buffet is not huge as it might be in a larger hotel, but the quality is very good, and with the hot option certainly more than enough for the day!

This was already my second time staying at this hotel in San Miguel de Allende, and once again, the experience was absolutely wonderful. This place truly feels like a little Garden of Eden: beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, which makes the stay even more special. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the breakfast had improved even more compared to my first visit. And the room I was given was simply a dream. The view overlooking the cathedral of San Miguel de Allende was absolutely stunning. I spent a few incredible days there and I will definitely be coming back very soon.

La ubicación excepcional , la arquitectura, muy rústico y mucha vegetación también la alberca fue genial. Tiene una terraza estupenda que permite una vista muy genial de todo San Miguel. Estás prácticamente a 5 minutos de llegar a la iglesia principal y las calles de alrededor son geniales

Teníamos bastantes mosquitos en nuestra habitación que tuvimos que encontrar y eliminar en la madrugada El desayuno fue muy sencillo mencionan que dan chilaquiles pero en nuestro desayuno solo fue huevo y unos molletes muy secos casi duros , el café y jugo muy bueno.

We loved the incredible warm and caring staff, the garden area and pool was just beautiful and calm, wonderful breakfast, and truly the most comfortable beds. I’ve slept in outside of Europe.

No air conditioning

The room was more than we expected with a full kitchen. Breakfast included which was very good and freshly made but limited. The pool was heated and clean.

We had to ask for a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, kitchen soap and sponge (no towel). The car service was nice to have but you have to give advance notice. It is not convenient to go get it yourself. And very expensive. The lounge chair pads need updating but comfortable.

Beautiful garden and central courtyard area. Clean. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast..Very much in the style of the old quarter of San Miguel.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like about this place.

The staff, the buffet breakfast, the gorgeous views from the rooftop, the amazing pool…I could go on!

This warm inviting small run hacienda is what you imagine when you think of classic Mexico; friendly welcoming hosts, beautiful gardens, rooftop and comfy big rooms and shower in a truly authentic and old school way. We loved every minute we were here and couldn’t wait to get back after a long day of playing in the town. Can’t wait to return and will stay here every time!

it's a really nice place, calm, well kept, and the pictures don't do it justice, it was better than it appear! All the staff was super nice too!

Very nice quiet hotel in convenient location. Very Nice pool and views from roof top. We had to meet our tour before breakfast was served, I bet their breakfast was Yum!

The entire experience was very good. Thr room was comfortable, the staff very helpful and warm, and the location only a short walk from most places we wanted yo visit.

Upkeep to hotel lacking ,Sink in room and taps corroded , Behind bed there were drapes but on opening drapes ,we were looking on garbage maybe from next property bur not a pleasant view .Generally the property could be cared for better .It was too expensive comparing our stay in Mexico city for 6 nights 3 nights here were almost as expensive . Staff did accommodate a late check out and charged for same.. Fresh water was not provided after initial day nor were coffee capsules. Came out of shower to find no hair dryer had to go to front reception to request one. Four star is not warranted. Gown and slippers not provided .

We loved our stay at Hacidena de las Flores! It's in an absolutely beautiful hacienda that looks even nicer than the photos. Our room was very large and spacious, with a comfortable bed, large bathroom, and TV with Netflix. We particularly enjoyed using the pool during the day which was heated, and the views of the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel. The property is in a great location and we felt like it was great value for the price we paid. We felt so relaxed here and would definitely stay again!

The property is beautiful . We were there twenty years ago and it’s still the same minus the Pool.

Big size of the room, clean and confortable bed and sheets, clean room, good wifi, beautiful gardends and view from the room.

Cleaninless of shower floor not good. The hotel does not have 24 hrs parking lot. breakfast not good. Service during the breakfast by only 1 person, impossible to achive it by herlself, even when trying.

Property states a bar on the premises - not the case - drinks in a refrigerator and staff has to unlock and provide them for you - if you enjoy being sociable in the hotel this is not the case - more like an air bnb

Hotel in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la cittadina ed a un giardino interno, veramente molto bello. Un’oasi di tranquillità.

Le camere sono vecchie e rumorose, andrebbero decisamente rimodernate. La nostra ad esempio non aveva le doppie tende e di conseguenza per non essere visti all’interno occorreva chiudere le tende da notte e stare al buio… il frigo era molto vecchio e rumoroso, tanto da doverlo staccare nella notte per poter dormire. Infine, a colazione decisamente scarsa rispetto al prezzo pagato. Il rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente scadente.

La plaza de toros a lado del hotel, el acceso a las habitaciones, sobre todo por qué mis papás no pueden subir muchas escaleras, eran muy frías las habitaciones.

No es que no me gustase , pero no entiendo muy bien si el desayuno es Buffet y la gente normalmente no nos pasamos , por qué tienen a una pobre mujer apuntando con una libreta todo lo q comes . No me había pasado en la vida y es bastante incómodo

What a hidden gem! We had the best view of the cathedral right out of our bedroom window, the Junior Suite is so worth it, the location perfect, walking distance to the cathedral and all shops. You will not be disappointed. Highly highly recommend this property

La actitud de la recepcionista, rompe con el estándar del buen servicio mexicano. Pedimos una bolsa plástica para Guardar nuestra ropa mojada y su respuesta fue “aquí no manejamos bolsas plásticas” luego se la pedimos a una camarera y con todo el gusto del mundo nos la dió.

La alberca está climatizada, las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y cómodas y la arquitectura del lugar es muy linda. También la vista desde el hotel es buena

酒店位置非常好去哪里都是步行距离。酒店所在的院子很漂亮 装修很有特色，房间比较大也很安静，舒适福不错。

可能是因为亡灵节价格很高，300美金一晚的价格跟酒店设施不匹配，性价比不高，早餐太简单了，代客泊车收费很贵。

We loved our stay at Hacienda de las Flores! The hotel is beautiful, super clean, and very close to the center — perfect location. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the whole place feels peaceful and well cared for. The staff was kind and helpful, and our kids really enjoyed the garden and pool. We’d definitely stay here again!

Not a big issue, just a comment — the parking is outside the hotel, since space is limited in the center, and you need to wait for the valet each time. Everything else was wonderful!

The location was great - easy to walk everywhere. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Wish I had brought my swim suit as the pool was heated. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff was great and they were very accommodating and arranged taxi service to and from the airport.

My husband, I and various friends have stayed at the Hacienda for the past three Winters (early January to early March). Depending on your interests and needs, this also may be the perfect place for you. The Hacienda is a boutique hotel with 20 rooms, suites, and apartments, well-priced and provides great value, including a freshly-cooked breakfast in a beautiful dining room. And it is centrally located (we walk to everything) but in a quiet area. The Hacienda is U-shgped surrounding a gorgeous tropical garden and HEATED swimming pool with a beautiful deck and lounge chairs. Rooms, public spaces and the gardens are meticulously maintained and the front desk staff and night guard provide a safe environment. I would give it more than 5 stars if possible!
