Reviewed May 7, 2023Like most hotels in Sibu, they are a little aged. But I find this small hotel well kept. The best thing I like about it is it has good air conditioning which does not workhave a mind on its own. The impressive water discharge at the shower that is at constant pressure and steady temp the way you want. I am surprise to this at the top floor. However, the loo needs a bit of maintenance for faster clearance.

Please avoid doing the sorting out of towels and bedsheets after laundry in front of the lifts. Not only the activity block the passage but the action is tarnishing the image of the hotel.

Breakfast was just okay. It’s location is a little way out of the town centre and most food outlets nearby close in the evening.

Reviewed Aug 10, 20171 night stay at 2 deluxe room (each with 1 king + 1 single) for 5 adults. We arrived in the morning and was allowed to check in for both rooms. Reception staff is friendly. Deposit needed for check in. Good view from high floor room. Requested for non-smoking rooms but it seems that all rooms are smoking rooms as astray is found in both of our rooms. One of our room is full of left-over cigarette smell, where we have to leave the window open for few hours to get it ventilated. Air-conditioning in room is working fine, room is generally clean, but found one small lizard in one of the room. Room is spacious for 3 adults. Free cable channel and free wifi provided. Room lighting is good with centralized control panel next to bed. The king sized bed on our room in 7th floor is old and uneven. bathroom is clean, with amenities provided. breakfast provided is better than I expected. Mainly local dishes (porridge, fried noodles etc) with fruits and some desserts. Check out is fast. Overall, value for money hotel. 24hr self service laundry can be found next to hotel. Parking coupon (purchased from nearby pondok) is needed for your car for weekday 8am -12pm, 1.30pm to 5pm. Short drive to mall. 10minute drive to temple and night market.

Reviewed May 23, 2016The hotel was the furthest from town compared to others but was still alright to walk to the centre. Room was spacious and comfortable. We were given a room on the top floor facing the river, so had a nice view. Breakfast had a good selection of food. There is a coffee shop just right outside the hotel which served a big variety of good food (satay, mee goreng, etc) at night which was great as it saved us not having to walk to the centre.

Upon confirming there were four of us, they just added two mattresses on the floor at the living room. Anyhow, the cleanliness is acceptable and the location is quite near to the town center. Everything was at average.
