Love the facilities, so great for kids. The two bedroom units suit families of 5 well.

Loved the facilities that were on offer the room we stayed in was great too

So clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The only thing I didn't love was the motion activated light in the bathroom which was on a timer. It timed out when I was in the shower and I thought there had been a power cut as I was left in the dark. It didn't sense my movement in the shower.

The unit was well appointed for what we needed. Very clean and tidy.

We loved our stay and the Hosts of the holiday park were amazing . Highly recommend. Try the chip vending machine . Great for the hot chip sammy .

Very quiet, nice river views, lots of amenities even a pizza oven. Nice big pool Cabins were very clean and comfortable

Bathroom had no PowerPoint or light switch, Iight and fan works with sensor and takes minutes to turn off this is not ideal in the middle of the night when you go to the bathroom and light and fan stays on for a really long time

It was quiet on the river. Comfortable and great if you had children.

Its a caravan type vibe. Rooms were very compact but perfect for a 1 night stay. I was a single traveller.

Didn't really check out the facilities, we had quite a few families that had booked chalets or whanau facilities.

When I picked up the key, I went for shower and there was no hot water. That evening my family use the shower and no hot water. I rang the after hours number and was told that they had turn the hot water off due to a leak, maintenance forgot to turn back on. It didnt take long, the hit water was instant.

Booking online was easy to know there was accommodation available when lots of places were booked out. Chalet was clean and welcoming

The bed was a bit short for a tall person. Luckily using all the double bed sorted the problem. But wouldn't have if booked for 2 people.

The whole experience. Being by the lake was amazing. The facilities were top notch.

That i could have upgraded to deluxe self contained for only $20 more as it wasn't an option when I booked but there were plenty of empty units available.

The door lock was a bit fiddly to lock.

De huisjes kunnen kindvriendelijker. Messen lagen in het goodsteenkastje en de oven, die ook de kookplaat was zat op kinderooghoogte waardoor ze hem makkelijk aan konden zetten en zich konden verbranden. Er was ook geen mogelijkheid de stekker eruit te halen. Daarnaast is er water rondom zonder hekje, waarbij kinderen makkelijk in de sloot terecht kunnen komen. Dit mag wel afgescheiden worden.

Clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Bit far away from main shops etc but just stock up before you arrive! Kids loved the birds, the playground and the pool. Comfy beds. Good bathroom.

It was a very short stay, so not much to comment on.

Such an amazing place to stay, especially for families. Great amenities - pool with slide, jumping pillow, playground, go karts and bird aviary. Super clean, comfy spacious room & friendly staff - just an all around amazing place to stay.

I really rated this stay the staff were lovely! The place had lots to do my kids loved it!

We got a river view room but rather than the river there was a garage type thing out our window. The pool closes quite early for summer time

this was a last minute booking to create a stopover en route between two points. It proved to bne convenient, well equipped and well designed.

Comfy bed, the view of the river, nice hot water for a holiday park. A sweet little chalet. Lovely to open the windows.

A few cobwebs inside and out around door and windows. We swept them away with broom provided. Would be nice to have a window opened on arrival.

Clean and tidy cabin with en suite. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Small but that's what it's described as so nothing unexpected. We didn't use any facilities as we're only there a night and were out until late.

Probably a full path to the cabin. The stepping stones were a bit flooded due to the rain.

Playground is awsome. Batch was nice and clean. And spa was cool . Good staff assistance.

The deck off the batch didn't have privacy. E.g it could be covered in so that the out side table area was more private and had a covered roof. Especially when its raining. Would been nice to have out doors area to hangout. Also the table and bench seats aren't exactly stable . They looked good but the quality wasn't good. I felt as if i would tip or brake the bench seat by the table in side. Otherwise enjoyable stay. Thank you so very much.

Camp ground by the river. Spacious. Obviously well set up for families Easy to bike into city and further up river , a biking or a good walk was beautiful

The location and the facilities were excellent. Our deluxe motel room was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed for a restful stay. The electric blankets were great.

I wouldn't of chose to stay here bit it was conveiniant for us at the time.

The host clearly stated no visitors after 7 p.m., and are required to pay $7 with the gates meant to be locked. Guess what? They weren’t. 🙄 I reserved a river-view cabin, picturing a charming verandah and outdoor dining spot to soak in the serene river views. Instead, the only glimpse of the river comes while wrestling with dish soap at the kitchen sink!

Well kept park, beautifully clean and hosts were delightful, very happy to help.

Accomm was a little small for the two of us, bed a bit hard and the toilets for the glamping tents were right outside the bathroom window.

The hand basin is in a ridiculous position which contributes to slops on the floor as it is hard to get at. We felt that although the cabin was adequate it was overpriced. An awning over the deck could help with the relentless sun.

Lovely place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Easy and pleasant stay

Love the family friendly activities - tandem bikes, swimming pool, games room, jumping pillow and playground. Great option for family of 5 with double bed and 3 singles, good sized living room, kitchen and deck with bbq. Awesome double shower and double vanity.

The location and facilities were amazing! We loved the playgrounds and aviary too. Our room didn't look like much from the outside but it was beautiful on the inside and so comfortable with everything we needed and more! The staff were all exceptional too. The trees and birds and river alongside were so nice. We definitely could've stayed longer than one night.

excellent layout of activities and accomodation. loved the bikes, tramp, 2 playgrounds, games room and pool. lots for the kids.
