Didn’t feel like a safe neighbourhood. We were followed for a few minutes by a group of men who mentioned taking my purse. My son speaks German but we were speaking English to each other. We sped up aware of their intentions.

Negotiating the trip on foot from the station was a bot of a problem. The paths were rough and there were a few "dodgy characters" around. This was not the fault of the establishment, however!

Otelin çevresi çok kötü ve tehlikeli, yani gece dışarı yürüyerek çıkmak mümkün değil. Bir denedik, özellikle metro istasyonu civarı evsiz ve mülteci kaynıyor. Kullanılması yasak olan madde kokularından mideniz bulanıyor.

Como nao é a primeira vez que ficamos perto da estação e ja sabíamos da frequência de pessoas mais humildes próximas a estação de trem, nao nos assustamos. Apesar dessas pessoas estarem pelas ruas, elas nao te incomodam.

Touristische Ziele wie Messe, Senckenberg Museum, Bockenheim mit großer Auswahl an Lokalen und Marktständen fußläufig erreichbar, bequeme Anbindung an U-Bahn und Straßenbahnnetz
Die Musikauswahl der "Dauerberieselung" beim Frühstück könnte vielfältiger und dezenter sein. In der Dusche ist die Abdichtung der Tür defekt und verursacht außerhalb Wasserpfützen. (betr. 203)

Le quartier de l’hôtel est glauque. Malheureusement l’hôtel n’y est pour rien, mais on a été impressionnés par le nombre de drogués et alcoolisés dans la rue. Pas méchant, ce sont plutôt des zombies, mais c’est vraiment glauque surtout avec des enfants.

The room was not for 3 people: we couldn’t move or storage our things and the sofa bed was bad. The parking was very difficult to find. After running circles we entered a parking that was from the hotel next door. We paid the fee for this hotel too! When finally a car left and the entrance of our parking appeared…you also needed extra skills to drive in such a narrow parking. The best came the last morning when we came back from breakfast and we saw on the floor in the corridor a used condom. I am sure it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but either way it was disgusting…

There was a bit of mould in the bathroom. It was uncomfortable that you cant control the temperature of the a/c. We didn't really like the area around the hotel because it was a bit dodgy.

Tutto molto bene, camera tripla molto spaziosa, pulita e con tutti gli accessori (phon, ferro e tavolo da stiro, bollitore acqua, ecc...). Personale gentile e disponibile, grande hall molto elegante. Zona servita da mezzi pubblici e metropolitana e vicinissima alla Festhalle di Francoforte. Facilmente raggiungibile con la metro il centro città e il fiume Meno. Se ritorneremo a Francoforte saremo lieti di soggiornarvi nuovamente. Consigliato per famiglie con bambini come noi. Carla Wir haben während unseres Urlaubs in Frankfurt im August vier Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Alles war ausgezeichnet: Das Dreibettzimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet (Haartrockner, Bügeleisen und -brett, Wasserkocher usw.). Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die große Lobby wirkte sehr elegant. Die Gegend ist hervorragend an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und die U-Bahn angebunden und liegt ganz in der Nähe der Frankfurter Festhalle. Das Stadtzentrum und der Main sind mit der U-Bahn leicht zu erreichen. Sollten wir wieder nach Frankfurt kommen, würden wir gerne erneut hier übernachten. Empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern, so wie wir es sind. Carla We stayed at this hotel for four days during our vacation in Frankfurt this August. Everything was excellent: the triple room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped (hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, etc.). The staff were kind and helpful, and the large lobby was very elegant. The area is well-served by public transport and the metro, and is very close to the Frankfurt Festhalle. The city center and the Main River are easily accessible by metro. If we return to Frankfurt, we would be happy to stay here again. Recommended for families with children, like us. Carla

Good quality shower gels in the bathroom. Close to nice food Asian places like Soi 22, Hunan Restaurant Aunty Zhongs Noodle Bar- highly recommend.
The bed is only 1.40- for 2 people a bit too small. Area outside of the hotel in the evening/ at night is not pleasant and pretty dirty. It is not feeling much safe to be around there when it is late.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Waren in Frankfurt zu einer Veranstaltung in der Festhalle daher war die Lage optimal zwischen Halle und Bahnhof. Schönes sauberes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, schalldichten Fenster, Kaffee, und Tee. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.
Schlafen ist nur bei geschlossenen Fenster möglich da es an einer lauten Strasse liegt. Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentral zur Messe aber in einem Umfeld wo man alleine nicht unterwegs sein möchte.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Makkelijk aan te rijden vanaf de snelweg. Heel prettig als tussenstop vanuit Italië naar Nederland. Zeer comfortabele bedden en zeer schone kamer. Fijn Italiaans restaurantje en supermarkt/bakkertje op loopafstand.
Helaas was sloot het kiepraam niet goed waardoor we wat geluidsoverlast van de straat ervaarden.

Locatie is in een afro gebied waar veel junkies rondlopen en wiet wordt gerookt. Wij vonden dit zelf niet prettig. Vorig jaar zaten we meer in een buitenwijk voor onze vlucht vanaf frankfurt en dat was beter Je moet ook 20€ betalen voor parkeren en de laadvoorziening werkte niet!!

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Jeśli chodzi o pokój stosunek jakości do ceny bardzo zadowala, czysta pościel, dodatkowe poduszki to wszystko na plus, sam hotel nie budzi zastrzeżeń i jesteśmy zadowoleni z noclegów
Brak lodówki, uważam że w dzisiejszych czasach to powinien być standard, mam zawsze przy sobie leki które wymagają chłodniejszej temperatury, ale też w upalne dni przydaje się bardzo. Lokalizacja , jedni określa ja na plus blisko dworzec idealnie, natomiast sama dzielnica jest bardzo specyficzna, gorsza strona Frankfurtu i każde miasto takie ma, hotel nie ma ja to wpływu, ale pozostawiam tą informację pod rozwagę innym , jeśli jesteście w towarzystwie to można poczuć się bezpiecznie , samemu już nie do końca

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Very close to the main station, a supermarket and various eateries are all within walking distance. The room had great soundproofing and AC that actually works as an AC not like a meagre fan. The room was clean, suitable for 1-2 people.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The hotel was good. Rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Air con worked well and beds were comfortable. Downstairs, staff were pleasant and also bar area good for a cold drink in the evenings and also coffee in the morning. The stay was really good inside the hotel - so if you have your own transport, or intend to use uber, walk in the daytime...its a good choice.
Not a fault of theirs - the area is not brilliant. There is a quick one street down to the main train station and this street is ok. We were never bothered in the street and felt safe in the hotel, although we were a family of four. If you go a street or two over - another story. Best to stay on Mainzer Landstrasse if walking in and out of town. Saying that - ubers were easy to get to and from.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Schönes, angenehmes Zimmer mit ordentlichen Betten. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher und Heißgetränke zur Verfügung (praktisch für die Weiterfahrt, wenn man sich einen Kaffee mitnehmen möchte). Es gibt eine kleine, gepflegte Lobby und der Frühstücksbereich ist schön eingerichtet. Das Essensangebot beim Frühstück würde ich als okay bezeichnen. Alles in allem kann ich die Hotelkette weiterempfehlen. Bei der Lage dieses Hotels muss jeder selbst entscheiden.
Wir waren zu dritt und haben ein "Vierbettzimmer" bekommen. D.h. darin stehen dann ein Doppelbett, ein kleines, vollwertiges Bett sowie ein "Notbett" (mit dünnerer Matratze, also nur für kleinere Kinder geeignet). Meine Töchter haben sich das Doppelbett geteilt, das Notbett hat nur unnötig Platz weggenommen, d.h. in mein Bett musste ich vom Fußende einsteigen. Das könnte man m.E. verbessern. Der Frühstücksbereich war m.E. zu stark runtergekühlt (draußen 30°C drinnen 20°C gefühlt wie 18°C). Parkhaus kompliziert. D.h. dort ist ein Gatter davor und wenn man nicht weiß, dass man daneben klingeln kann, damit ein Mitarbeiter das öffnet, muss man sein Auto erstmal woanders hinstellen, was dort nicht gerade einfach ist. Lage ist zwar zentral, aber nicht gerade angenehm.
