今回の滞在には満足しています。 私は、さまざまな国の伝統的なホテルが好きです。 日本でもそうです。 ホテルは山や森に囲まれています。 日光東照宮にも近く、 東部日光という小さくて魅力的な町にも近いです。 ホテル内と屋外には心地よい温泉があります。 布団で快適に眠ることができました。 ホテルのスタッフが荷物の運び込みをお手伝いします。 何か問題があれば、喜んでお手伝いします。

「江戸ワンダーランド」からは少し離れてい. それだけだよ、それ以外は特に問題なかった。

外国のスタッフさんが一生懸命で笑顔で頑張っていて可愛かったです

女将さん　笑顔足りない あまりお部屋が綺麗でなかった。畳が所々濡れているのかシミがあって気持ち悪かった 夜中に隣の扉か何か音が煩かった

お風呂はもう少し綺麗な方が良いかも。 お風呂までの通路や露天風呂の虫取り網は見えないところに置いた方が良いのでは。 コーヒー等のサービスがあると良いかもです。

日光東照宮にすぐ行ける。最高のロケーションだった。

やっぱり建物が，古いから廊下を歩いたり上階の音は気になった。

私が予約をしまして、私の母と叔母が泊まりましたが、スタッフの方々が親切かつ丁寧で、食事が美味しく最高な旅になったと、喜んでおりました。また日光東照宮に近く、アクセスし易すかったとの事でした。

Le fond de la chambre a une petite "salle" dans une véranda avec vue sur la forêt. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le personnel très accueillant avec nous et notre bébé d'un an.

Super séjour, emplacement idéal, la chambre était super et le onsen merveilleux. Le dîner et petit déjeuner étaient excellent. Merci beaucoup

Typical ryokan (only futon beds and onsen instead of showers), very friendly and helpful staff

Shuttle service was not available. They organized a taxi but I had to pay it myself. Rooms are not soundproof.

L'ambiance Ryokan, la chambre spacieuse avec la vue sur la forêt, l'accueil et l'attention permanente du personnel, l'emplacement, dans la nature, les repas et petit déjeuners inclus (très copieux et très bons), et puis et puis le Onsen extérieur, un grand moment de bien être !

お料理が量も多く美味しかったです。

鍵が簡単すぎて不安でした。 ポットのお茶も必要ですが、インスタントコーヒーと水一本は欲しかったです。

Very close to the temple and a nice spot. Loved that they have their own onsen.

I wish the room had a shower. I’m in my fifties so sleeping on a futon on the floor was a cool but rustic experience.

昨年に続き2度目の利用です。主要な観光施設に近く、徒歩圏内なので、朝少し早めに起きて東照宮近辺を散歩など出来て良かったです。

スリッパでの階段上り下りが少し不便に感じた程度で、その他特に不満はありません。

모처럼 일본료간에 머물며 좋은 추억을 가졌습니다. 일본식사를 그다지 좋아하지 않던 아내도 매우 만족스러워 했습니다. 식사준비에 정성이 돋 보인다고 무척 좋아했습니다. 위치도 관광지와 가까워서 아주 펀하였습니다. 돌아올때 택시가 바쁜날이라 직접 운전하어여 역까지 태워주셔서 감사했고요. 다음 기회에 또다시 올수 있다면 큰 행운이 되겠습니다. 수고하셨습니다. 한국노부부.

Sehr schöner traditioneller Ryokan. Alles was zu einem schönen Ryokan dazugehört, Reisstrohtatami im Schlaf-Wohnraum, Onsen und japanisches Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig mit Toilette Nebenraum und großem Schlaf-Wohnraum. Frühstück war traditionell japanisch und sehr gut. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Es sind nur 500 m bis zum Toshogu Schrein. Ich war sehr zufrieden!

Amazing! The first important thing, is that they accept in their beautiful Onsen fully tattooed people from 9:00 p.m. to 01:00 a.m. Something rare and spectacular. Nikko Tokanso is a wonderful and authentic Ryokan located right in front of Nikko's attractions. I would recommend it to everyone, because finding one of this genuine and authentic in 2026 is truly a rare precious thing. Do not miss the experience at Nikko Tokanso, they have a beautiful indoor and outdoor Onsen, and I al so happy that they accept fully tattooed people from 09:00 p.m. to 01:00 a.m. This is so important and nice! The food is excellent and to be truly considered a Ryokan, not only half board be included, but the cuisine has to be strictly Kaiseki, and at Nikko Tokanso it is guarantee. It is 100% clean!

To improve. There are many recent guest picts showing this Ryokan serving dinner in the room, as a Ryokan should. They told me since the beginning that they would serve it in the common area, so it loses a bit of the atmosphere of the experience. They should make an effort to maintain tradition and always serve the dinner in your room and not in the common area. I consider this an important detail. There are no subways, only uncomfortable buses in Nikko that do not run frequently, so calling a taxi in the morning was not easy, and the staff manager used her car to take us to the station. Japan is now a very tourist destination, especially for the cherry blossoms, so they should organize a transfer, even for an extra fee, but they have to organize how to take the tourists to the station. They should organize the station transfer, so the client books it at the reception and can rest assured that the next day the staff will take him/her to the station without any problems.

私は少し身体に不自由があるのですが、食事会場では、適切な声をかけていただくなど、助かりました。

We stayed only one night and had memorable experience at Nikko Tokanso!
Staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room and onsen were clean and well kept. As a family with kids we enjoyed the location, the staff courtesy and the fantastic dinner and breakfast they provided.

食事が最高、量も質も関東じゃ一番でしょう。

Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. Les repas sont copieux et excellents. Les chambres sont confortables, nettoyées quotidiennement, et dans la pure tradition des ryokan. Onsen très agréables, température idéale.

Les dîners sont servis un peu tôt (18h), mais c'est commun au Japon. Ça ne nous a pas particulièrement dérangé.

The provided meals were not food that I was used to, but they were prepared and served very well. The room was very spacious for a solo traveller, and a family could share the room with little difficulty.

Toda a equipe do hotel foi muito atenciosa, paciente, e solicita conosco. O quarto é excelente e o onsen é maravilhoso.

Ryokan avec emplacement parfait pour découvrir la région (arrêt de bus très proche), onsen très agréable, repas traditionnel (avec aide et explications pour les néophytes ;-), petite boutique souvenir. Pour info : Le ryokan étant traditionnel, être conscient que pas de chauffage central donc "hall et salle de bain de la chambre" très frais en hiver mais chauffage d'appoint dans pièce centrale de la chambre et bien sûr eau chaude. C'est à la fois l'avantage et "l'inconvénient" du ryokan traditionnel.

從大馬路到旅館需要走一段斜路，拉著行李比較辛苦。

It’s a wonderful Ryokan - the food was yummy and well presented (if you’re not expecting Japanese presentation and tastes you may find it unusual, but give it a go and you won’t be disappointed). The Onsen are warm and inviting. The staff are helpful even with non-Japanese speakers There’s a lobby shop with souvenirs and gifts. The location could not be better for visiting the world heratige sites of Nikko.

The rooms are a little dated, but the futon are comfy.

夕食が抜群でした。 とても美味しかったです。 東照宮に近くて、とてもよかったです。 周辺の景観など、晩秋の佇まい、とてもよかったです。

施設が古くて、特に部屋が木賃宿のような状態でした。 リニューアルされておれば、良かっです。

日光東照宮から近い。 温泉がよかった。

You need to walk up a slope to get to the resort, not convenient and the resort didn’t provide instruction to get to the hotel when we asked. The breakfast and dinner were average, the resort didn’t check if we have allergy. For one dinner, the entire pork was put in the sukiyaki sauce and not by pieces so it was difficult to eat.

Food are great and staffs are friendly

Room is old and found 2 bugs in the room. Onsen water may not be clean as our hands broke out with itchy bumps after onsen for 2 nights. Wall insulation is poor as can hear next door talking.

This hotel(Ryokan) is very near to the main attractions(some are within walking distance), and the bus station nearby. It is quiet, and you feel a sense of Japanese wabisabi. You can relax well in a humble style. The dinner was very good surprisingly.

If you want a real onsen ryokan experience, better to choose other area. The onsen itself, and the so-called rotenburo(outdoor pool) is small and does not offer much except the clean water.

ロケーションは最高です。車で行きましたが、チェックイン前とチェックアウト後も、車を余裕あれば駐車させてくださいます。東照宮やその他の世界遺産二社までも近く、神橋へも近道があり、とても行動が便利な立地で助かりました。また、大浴場や露天風呂の温泉の温度が丁度良く、露天風呂も気持ち良かったです。

建物が古いので、合宿していた宿を思い出すようでした。でも清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。

落葉の掃除は大変だと思うが、露天風呂の落葉はもう少し掃除して欲しかった（特に清掃後の朝風呂）

Chambre très spacieuse, même si un peu vieillotte, mais au moins c'est traditionnel. Les repas étaient très bons et le personnel très sympathique. Et l'expérience du Onsen était très agréable (et ouverte aux personnes tatouées).

The dinner and breakfast were fantastic and included in the price. They also provided yukatas for the stay, an onsen experience, fine for those with tattoos. Looks very traditional, close to many major shrines around.

夕ご飯の天ぷらや茶わん蒸しが冷めていたのが残念でした。到着時間が遅れたので仕方ないですが…

日光東照宮が観光目的地だったので、徒歩で行けるぐらい近かったのが一番のメリットでした。

大きい車だったので、駐車場がちょっととめにくかった。

I like everything : Location - very close to Toshogu shrine. Friendly and warm staff. Quiet place. Cosy big room. Delicious food for dinner and breakfast. Nice pools : one outdoors and one indoor - just enough for relaxing after a day dedicated to a sightseeing

The Onsen was satisfying and relaxing. The food was good and they also accommodated my vegetarian dietary requirements.

東照宮の敷地内にあり、便利。スタッフの対応がとても親切で丁寧。 夕飯のボリュームもすごいけど、味も良くて満足してしました。

女湯に一人で入るのが怖かったです。今どきは👩だけが開けられる鍵などがあるホテルや宿も多いのに、男湯のすぐる手前で誰でも簡単に入れる作りなのは不安でした。

ご飯がおいしい！ 量も適度でいい食材を使ってると思う。 従業員さん皆親切です。

飲み放題付きにしたのですが 品揃えが微妙。 宿も古いのでなんとなく匂いが気になりました。

今回は立地条件で選びました。ほぼ満足でした。建物や設備は古い事承知していましたので、問題なし。女将もチェックアウト後の駐車させて頂く事も快諾してくれて、対応良かったです。食事も満足でした。

設備の老朽化は仕方なく、洗浄便座が有るだけ良かったです。

Les repas sont enormes et delicieux, typiquement japonais. Le onsen est tres agreable. La chambre est tres grande avec vue sur la foret. A deux pas du tosho gu et autres temples et sanctuaires.

Emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter Nikko, le sanctuaire et se rendre aux lacs. Onsen très agréable dans l'hôtel. Repas très bien pour une découverte de la cuisine japonaise. Nous remercions p'us particulièrement notre serveur qui nous expliquer bien comment déguster les plats 😉

東照宮からとても近く、趣ある旅館ではありました。 清掃がしっかりされているのでお風呂も気持ちよかったです。

１泊2食付きと予約時点で確認したつもりでしたが、実際行ってみると違って残念でした。 せっかく露天風呂と共に外で涼めるスペースがあるのに、清掃がされていなくてもったいないと思いました。

スタッフ皆さん丁寧で、時間の変更などにも気持ちよく応じていただけました。 食事も美味しく、宿泊客が少なかったので温泉もゆっくり堪能することができました。朝の露天風呂は新緑が綺麗で、鳥の囀ずり等、気持ち良かったです。

古い建物なので仕方ないのですが、隣の声が漏れ聞こえるので、こちらの音も聞こえるだろうとテレビの音等気を遣いました。 部屋の洗面台はトイレの中の小さな洗面台だけなので、洗顔や歯磨きがやり難かったのですが、これも古いお宿なので仕方ないかと。化粧できる置き鏡があれば良かったのになぁとは思います。

The accommodation was excellent, and the location was amazing — right in the historic area of Nikko. The staff were very friendly and also spoke English.

The ryokan's equipment are very old (and outdated). I understand that a Ryokan is supposed to feel like a traditional japanese stay but this doesn't mean that there shouldn't be any confort. The onsen is small, the meals are not very good, the whole insulation is very bad.
