Die Lage mitten im Ort, Frühstück perfekt, Wellness perfekt, Stellraum für Bike perfekt, Parkplatz vor der Tür, Personal super freundlich. Die Joker Karte ermöglicht so viele kostenfreie Aktivitäten. (2 Fahrten mit dem Bike pro Tag) Wir waren mit unseren E-Bike unterwegs, sehr anspruchsvolle Touren, die schwarzen Touren sind wirklich nur was für geübte Biker !

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfreich. Super fanden wir die verschliessbaren Schränke für das Fahrrad Material und den freien Zugang zur Waschmaschine.
Leider hatten wir keinen schönen Ausblick, die Terrasse grenzte direkt an den dahintergelegenen Hang und somit war es im Zimmer auch immer etwas dunkel und trist. Das Frühstück was man hätte dazu buchen können, fanden wir viel zu teuer haben dann immer im Appartement gefrühstückt.

One thing we especially appreciated was how incredibly quiet the property was, ensuring a truly restful night’s sleep. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, the location was excellent for exploring the area, and the spa was a fantastic added bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day out. We would happily stay here again.
Honestly, nothing. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Den tollen Ausblick haben wir der freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption zu verdanken, die unsere Reklamation für die ersten Zimmerbereitstellung ernst genommen hat. Gebucht hatten wir Zimmer mit Bergblick und bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das gegenüberliegende Hotel. Das kostenlose Upgrade auf eine Apartment mit dem tollen Ausblick war kostenlos.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Excellent location, walkable distances to the ski lifts and across a Spar supermarket, in the midst of Hinterglemm. Spacious apartment, with fridge, stove, oven and all needed utensils. Daily cleaning and towels on request. Ski locker available for each apartment. Restaurant also offers good food and when you make reservation in morning they tend to have place for you.
The breakfast is expensive (20 Eur pp), certainly for what you get. Convenient for arrival day but not recommend for daily use.

Śniadania pyszne, świeżo wyciskane soki, omlety, duży wybór dobrej jakości produktów. Strefa wellness bardzo komfortowa. W basenie codziennie jest wymieniana woda. Są dwie przechowalnie rowerów i joker card. W dniu wymeldowania pozwolono nam skorzystać z prysznica po powrocie z rowerów. Serdecznie polecam ten hotel.
Trafiliśmy na moment sprzątania po lokalnym festynie i codziennie po 7 rano budziły nas ekipy sprzątające miasteczko. Lokalizacja przy głównym deptaku miewa swoje minusy;)

Hotel facilities - pool and wellness area, restaurant, lobby, all very welcoming. Great breakfast. The accommodation offers free laundry services and the local Joker card.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2024Wonderful hotel! A lot of restaurants within walking distance, ski lifts too. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. I will be missing the omellettes they make, one of the best I’ve had. It was really nice to end our day in the sauna and the infinity pool after a long day in the slopes. Can’t forget to mention the restaurant and the bar at the hotel itself. Really good food and drinks and everyone really friendly.
Just one suggestion. It would be perfect if the pool would be a bit warmer. We were almost a bit cold there after staying in for 10+ minutes. It looks like others are commenting on that too so maybe something to consider?

Reviewed Aug 15, 2023The location is perfect - smack in the middle and close to everything! Perfect for MTB, trail running and hiking in all of the Hinterglemm area: trails and lifts are only 5-10 min. walk away (and nice Supermarket just across the street) Only 10 min. bike ride down to the Saalbach MTB area and Sallbach city. We had a really nice, big and clean apartment with the most spectacular panoramic view of the mountains from the large balcony. Nice facilities for MTB's (e.g. locker room/bike parking and cleaning station etc.) - that's a plus and also easy parking, even with a big car. A great treat is the wellness area, nice little pool, a great sauna and a nice sun terrasse - all with magnificent panoramic views of the mountains. Food at the the restaurant is great and really helpful staff who even helped sending some bike parts back to Denmark for us afterwards. Last but not least really nice, cosy and stylish interior design all over and super clean! We will definitely come back :-)

I find the bed a bit narrow for two people, but that was only a slight inconvenience. There was dust below the bed, otherwise the room was very clean.
