Reviewed Sep 21, 2025세번째 투숙이었습니다. 대구 시내 구경다니기엔 여기만큼 좋은곳은 없는거 같아요. 일단 객실이 넓은편이고 침구가 편안하고 참 좋아요. 직원응대도 참 좋구요. 부대업장들도 좋아요. 재즈라이브를 예약을 미리못해 못봤는데 담에 갈때는 미리 예약하려구요. 주차장이 ...처음 갔을땐, 좀 헤맸는데 상가 주차장아니고 계명대병원쪽 입구에 따로 있었어요.이번엔 2박을 했는데 테라스 있는 방이었고 더 좋았어요.

Reviewed May 10, 2025This is not Daegu's most fancy hotel, but it is a decent option for business travelers and others. Spacious, quiet, and comfortable.
There are two buildings -- an old one and a new tower. I stayed in the old tower and the room features were quite out of date -- I think new building rooms must be much nicer, but I wasn't given the option for a room there.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2025No no no no no. First of all no AC in one of the hottest most humid city in Korea. The window is a full size door that lets you fall to floor from 18th floor. What kind of third world contraption is this? Also the staff does not explain any amenities if the hotel.

Quite a few stains on the room‘s carpet which does not look good for a 4* hotel A/C blocked at 30 degree requesting to let the window open but very noisy location (12 lane road below), hence bad night sleep Parking in the direct vicinity of the hotel has a limited number of slots, hence need to park on the pavement first to uncharge luggages, then drive to the other parking on the next corner (not so user-friendly)

Reviewed Jan 31, 2025The check-in and check-out process was easy. For 2 rooms, it was a decent price for 2 nights. Housekeeping did a great job, and it was clean.
It was impossible to adjust the heating - the thermostat would often automatically adjust the room temperature to be 28+ degrees Celsius when it was left on, so we had to turn it off and sleep with the window open when it was 0 degrees Celsius and below outside. The high temperature dried the room out so much that we had to wet towels and hang them up to avoid static shocks. We got a deluxe room for our friend whose 40th birthday we were celebrating, and it didn’t have a bath which we should’ve noticed but which was included in the standard double room. It was a bit of a walk to the Downtown Daegu (Dongseongro) area, which wasn’t terrible as we are used to it, but which might be inconvenient for travellers with suitcases. There are also 2 different buildings - one new and one old, and we were separated from our friend by a card-only elevator in the newer building which meant we had to meet in the lobby to give things to each other.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2024일반적으로 깔끔해서 위생상태는 만족스러웠습니다. 다만, 옆방과 방음이 안되서 밤 늦게 12시가 넘어서까지 시끄럽게 떠드는게 계속 되었고 리셉션에 이 부분 부탁했다는 알아보겠다고만 하는 간단한 답변만 주셔서 직원의 응대가 아쉬웠습니다. 다음날 출장 일정으로 자야 하는데 너무나 괴로워 벽을 세번 치니 그제서야 조용해진 옆방 소음이였습니다. 동성로 중심지까지 거리가 좀 있지만 소음문제와 직원대응의 아쉬움으로 다시 찾지는 얺을 것 같네요

Reviewed Nov 17, 2024위치도 좋고 청결 상태도 좋았습니다. 침대도 넓고 화장실도 깨끗하고 아침에 조식 서비스가 있는데 먹지는 않아서 어떤지는 모르겠어요. 서문시장과 동성로 가깝고 사거리에 위치해서 차량 및 오토바이 소음은 있지만 창문 닫으면 안들려요. 복도도 넓고 층고도 높아서 건물 전체가 좁아보이지 않습니다. 단점은 딱히 없었어요.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2024Our room was fabulous! It was clean and spacious. I loved that I could unpack my suitcase and put my clothes in drawers and hang them up. I appreciated the full sized mirrors. The bathroom was spacious which made it easy to get ready. The staff was very quick to answer questions or help us when needed. The hotel breakfast was amazingly delicious. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2024The hotel is in a good location with nearby metro stops, a big mall and market. Daegu station is very close. There is also a famous church and cathedral nearby.
The part of the hotel I was staying in was undergoing renovation, so the elevator was boarded up and the hallway was covered in plastic sheets. No one told be about this at the time of booking or at check-in.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2024장점은 어디든 편리하게 이동할수 있는 위치입지다. 그리고 대구라는 특성상 중앙로 가까이 이정도 호텔을 찾기 어렵습니다. 하지만 신발을 신은 채 활동해야하는 카페트형 룸과 생각보다 크기가 작은 더블베드는 아쉬웠습니다.

Reviewed May 12, 2024숙소가 본관과 신관 두동으로 나누어져 있습니다. 그런데 저는 본관으로 입실을 하였는데....ㅠㅠ 시설이나 환경이 너무나 차이가 나는 것 같고, 결정적으로 화장실 변기가 작동이 안되어 불편이 너무 많았습니다.. 물론 데스크에 전화해서 다른방 화장실을 이용 하시라고 해서...좀 어려움이 많았습니다.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2024Stayed at this hotel for two nights while traveling with customers to Daegu for factory visits. Check in was simple and efficient. When I arrived at my room I found it to be 29.5 degrees C. 🥵 I attempted to turn the air conditioning on in my room however it was not available. Then the group messages started coming in from the rest of our group. The same situation in all of our rooms. Hot rooms with to opportunity to cool them other than cracking open the window. The mattress and bedding were comfortable which was nice. The shower in the bathroom had no door which was odd. Much of the bathroom ended up wet each morning. Breakfast buffet in the morning was very good with a wide variety of food choices. I will likely look for another property to stay at during my next trip to Daegu. A scorching hot room is not acceptable.

Reviewed Dec 16, 202312시 체크아웃이라는 점이 가장 좋았어요. 칫솔도 가운도 있어서 좋습니다. 욕조도 있구요. 그러나 10:30부터 방 근처에서 계속 문을 연채로 청소기 돌리는 소리, 휴대폰 소리가 들려서 시간은 길어도 편하게 쉴 수 없었습니다. 주차는 타워형이라 나갈 때 마다 기다려야하는 불편함이 있고, 중간에 나갔다 들어올 때마다 프론트를 들려 주차 등록을 해야 해서 좀 불편합니다. 기간형으로 자유롭게 출입차가 가능하면 좋겠어요.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2023증축한 신규호텔이 신관입니다. 욕실 바닥이 폴리싱 타일이라 아주아주 미끄럽습니다. 미끄러져 컴플레인 했는데, 저만 그렇데요. 통유리창호 커튼월 전동 블라인드 하나 있습니다. 낮에 업무보는데 답답하게 다 내려놓아야 햇빛을 막을 수 있습니다. 아주 불편하고 위험한 호텔입니다. 욕실을 사용할때, 아주아주 조심하시고 미리 고무패드를 요청하세요.

Reviewed Oct 25, 2023Front Desk staffs are all very polite and helpful though some of them might not speak English very well, they still be a good listener and find the way to help. This probably the best Hotel in Daegu as location is great, very convenience for all the sightseeing hot sports, walking distance to Subway and just outside its door, you could locate the bus stop for the open top bus tour. A small tips for travellers, you must check with Front Desk if they had switch on the air conditioning in the room for you or not, otherwise the room temperature would be over 28 Degrees Celsius.
