Very friendly owner and staff. Pool was great after a day's drive. Bed quite comfortable.

Vanaf het moment van online boeken, volgt een persoonlijke bevestiging van Estelle de eigenaresse. Het ontvangst was eveneens heel correct en persoonlijk met diner suggesties in de omgeving. Er was een mogelijkheid aanwezig om gebruik te maken van de BBQ. Wij kregen een familiekamer op de begane grond, schone kamer voorzien van de belangrijkste gemakken. Goed functionerende WiFi aanwezig. Er is een zwembad waar je gebruik van kan maken, handdoeken zijn beschikbaar. Wij hebben ons erg welkom gevoeld. Absoluut een accommodatie om aan te raden.

The location was walking distance to the beach. This motel was quaint, clean, and had a pool, barbecues and well-kept grounds. Estelle was exceptional to deal with, easy communication, friendly and accommodating. Cleaning staff efficient and friendly. 10/10! Family friendly.

Couldn't ask for anything more. Maybe a later checkout time, but 10:00 a.m. is probably the norm now.

Air conditioner worked well. The beds were comfortable. Wi-fi worked well. There was a huge fridge in the room. Water in the bathroom was warm. Very close to the Skaha Lake beach.

The bathroom shampoo and body wash bottles were empty.

Beautiful grounds and pool. Several gazebos with tables and chairs to eat dinner after using one of the bbq’s. Bed was comfortable room well maintained and clean

Всё было классно ,атмосфера на территории отеля было комфортной,спокойной ,каждые два дня убирали комнату,меняли полотенца и даже постель,владелец отеля очень приятная женщина на любую проблему реагировали быстро, для детей класное места,есть басейн на улице я очень рекомендую этот отель.В следующем году планируем сново остоновиться тут

Lovely welcome from the staff. Very basic but clean room which was very quiet. Lovely and close to the beach although at the other end of the road from the main town.

This was a comfortable clean motel. Showing its age a bit but absolutely fine for my purposes. Lovely looking swimming pool area but wasn’t tempted to go in.

Good location close to beach. Nice pool area with grills. What we didnt like was that the maid service. They didnt make the bed, didnt leave clean coffee mugs...just straightened up bathroom.

Achtung: Tür-sicherheits-schloss kann von außen nicht geschlossen werden. Keine Sicherheit bei Abwesenheit für eigene Sachen, und das Motel haftet (angeblich) für nichts. Grober Mangel. Hat Methode. Schade.

This property is very well maintained and very close to the beautiful beach. Owner is very involved and helped us with finding bike paths and dining options. The courtyard with a pool was very nice. Highly recommend.

Lovely motel 2 block from the beach on Skaha Lake. Rooms were very clean & big. Bathroom was nice, with Kohler brand taps & shower heads. The management was lovely. There is a heated pool & BBQ on site.

We loved that it was close to the lake within walking distance and that it had a pool and the room was spotless. The staff was also super helpful

Comfortable bed. Perfectly white linens and towels, nice shampoo, conditioner, soap. Kettle. Fridge with an actual freezer. Floor so clean my white socks stayed white which is pretty impressive for being so close to the beach! Upstairs room, never heard a thing from other rooms or outside. Very friendly. Thank you!

Had a great stay at this motel. Room is clean, my only complaint was the shower can be slippery, but that's why they provide the anti slip mat to use.

10 am check out time that they fail to tell you at check in but apparently have big signs, we stay in Penticton every year during Labour Day weekend, the only hotel with a 10am check out time. Why? They say because of the heat! The shower was terrible, it kept going cold during the shower. It was not a welcoming environment from the front desk lady, probably the owner. When you pay lots of money for a stay, you’d expect at least a bit accommodation. After she told me hubby check out was at 10am & clearly knew he told us, she proceeded to come & share that news again which naturally created tension as she was not very understanding when it was shared we did not know & proceeded to share about big signs like we could not read. Not nice! Told her the best I could do was 11, as we were prepared for a 11am check out time. Not a very understanding establishment.

We did a instant one day and had the room with 2 queen beds. It was super clean. The staff was helpful. We are going to save this spot for future bookings. Highly recommended.

What a Fabulous Motel!! So glad we found this place & booked our stay there! The owner was so kind and accommodating!! She really went out of her way to make sure everything was nice & that we didn't want for anything...! So personable, like we were quests in her home. Loved that! Room was so clean and new, very lovely. I also liked it had a bigger than a beer fridge sized fridge so lots of room! And microwave. Such an ideal location for everything!! The pool was a nice size with lots of comfy lounge chairs. A nice grassed area with 4 or 5 barbecues if wanted & 3 Gazebos for sitting/eating as had table/chairs. Motel was very close to the beach too. I have no complaints whatsoever. Most Definitely stay there again. Absolutely LOVE Penticton!! Highly Recommended 😊

Beds were comfortable, place was clean, shower pressure excellent. Only warning is that the AC unit is loud.

Classic retro motel that has been lovingly upgraded with modern comforts. Owner was super nice and we appreciated the attention to details. Our room was comfortable with cold A/C on a hot day. Highly recommend!!!

The property was very clean, and the area seemed safe. It's close to shopping, and the beach. Excellent Japanese Fusion restaurant just across the street. Very friendly staff, i was pleasantly surprised when the hostess remembered my name at checkout, despite only meeting her for several minutes at check-in.

Staff at hotel, which was the owner, was amazing. She is so kind and accommodating. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the pool and hoe close it was to the beach. We had a great stay.

Great for families. Picnic area was convenient and being able to BBQ was great. One suggestion would be to add laundry facility, then it would be perfect.

The room was good for the price. Bed was comfortable. There was some spider webs in the corners of the bathroom and an issues with the draining of the tub but the staff was friendly. Only recommendation would be an 11am check out time like most other hotels.

Amazing Stay , Super Clean & Family-Friendly! We had a great time at the Empire Motel! The rooms are newly renovated and spotless, and the owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to the beach, with lots of parking. We loved the pool and BBQ area, perfect for hanging out with family and friends. We’ll definitely be back!

The owner was lovely and welcoming. Very clean and well looked after. Welcoming. Lovely organic coffee in the room. Sweet outdoor area with flowers and pool. Great proximity to the lake side beach.

The outside picnic and barbecue area is big and wonderful. The whole place is very family oriented and quiet at night. Estelle, the owner, has a gift of hospitality and is so welcoming. The beach is only a couple of blocks away

Myself and some girlfriends stayed at Empire Motel and were pleasantly surprised with how clean the rooms and the pool/bbq area were. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and in a great spot by Skaha. We will definitely stay again!

We will go back for sure. The room was nicely updated, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. We felt secure and relaxed. Friendly staff! We had six people in our party and they had a two bedroom unit that worked well for us. While the motel is a bit dated in places, they have done important updates and have made it a comfortable place to stay. Only about a five minute walk from the beach!
