Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Car park was difficult had to back in with mirror turned in car literally touching block wall to fit so drivers door could open to get out. Could not use lift up boot or passengers side when parked. A vacant parking space for one of the units near would have been unbelievably difficult to use.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Perfect spot for an overnight stay in the Mount. Incredibly clean, really comfy bed and friendly staff.
As a female travelling on her own who arrived in the evening it was a bit difficult to find my room as there was no outdoor lighting at all, pitch black in the communal outdoor area so trying to find my car parking spot and room number and feel safe while getting my luggage inside was a bit of a challenge, had to use the light on my phone to get the key in the lock. Once inside the lock on the front door was very flimsy and the room was an adjoining one with again just one light lock on the door. Wouldn’t stop me staying again as the motel was amazing in all other aspects but when travelling solo it’s nice to feel a bit more secure if possible.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Pacific Motor Inn went above and beyond for me during my stay. While in the Mount on a work trip I ended up in an awful accomodation and needed a last minute booking. I was able to book a great price room with Pacific Motor Inn and they allowed me to check in at 10am! The room was clean and modern, very comfortable bed, great location, seamless check out process. Any future work trips I will be booking at Pacific Motor Inn thank you very much (:
The only thing was it was very very windy the night I stayed and there was a rattley gate outside my room but honestly such a minor issue everything was great

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026The Room was clean and tidy and comfortable. Location a little further from the airport then expected but all good.
Well when we checked in our original room was not ready there was no bedding for the 3rd person which we booked for - they could not get us bedding so transferred us to another room which was all good. We had to pay for an Uber to collect and take us to the airport for our flights I was a little disappointed as so many people catch early flights that I thought you should at least have a shuttle to the airport. Your shuttle 9am-4pm does not work
