Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Comfortable apartment with all the necessary kitchen/bathroom equipment. Sunny balcony. Staff at reception were lovely, warm and friendly. Very efficient check in/check out. Location is excellent for easy walking to restaurants/bars.
I didn't realise the apartment wasn't going to be serviced during my stay. Not a big deal but after a week the rubbish bin got pretty full, and replenished toiletries/towels/toilet paper would have been nice.

WiFi kept dipping out which was slightly annoying. And also an oddity when you hand your key in while checking out you are stuck in reception as you need a key fob to exit. If there is no one at reception (which there wasn't when we left), you're a bit stuck!

The Wifi did drop in and out but this wasn’t a big issue to me as I don’t go away to spend my days scrolling through my phone

I had booked a double room apartment, but was not allocated that room; instead, a one-bedroom apartment, which meant my daughter had to sleep on a fold-away bed in the lounge. However, the receptionist was so apologetic and tried to resolve, but couldn't as one was not available - not her fault.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Location, the size of the apartment, cleanliness. The amount of pots pans cutlery etc. Being able to walk down the stairs instead of taking the lift and the lights coming on when doing so.
Looking out to a homeless person sleeping across the road day and night in the old Police building. The first night the expelair had this weird banging noise which probably was because of strong winds.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Great location, really enjoyed the pool and spas. Safe, secure and quiet. Easy secure parking. Pretty much everything in walking distance but if you don’t feel like walking, there are plenty of flamingo scooters around to get you where you want to go.
