Nos despertaron 6 veces los huéspedes durante la noche porque fueron muy escandalosos no respetando en absoluto a los demás huéspedes. Tuvimos que salir 3 veces a pedir a recepción que se ocupe de que haya silencio y la reacción fue de absoluta apatía y no se esforzó en absoluten hacer algo al respecto o disculparse. No nos dormimos hasta las 4 de la mañana.

Tambien si te hospedas en los cuartos que estan seguiditos a la recepción, hay mucho ruido, las paredes dejan pasar el sonido de tooodo lo que pasa. Por ultimo el agua caliente del cuarto iba y venía, duraba como un minuto el chorro caliente y despues frío y después caliente. No regresaría al lugar.

This is incorrect, and the clerk only recommended the closes spot to park which was full. I couldn't find any overnight parking garages, so I had to pay a ticket the next morning for parking over the one hour limit for street parking :(

Reviewed May 6, 2022Das Hotel ist sauber, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet für den Preis, aber es liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, die bis ca. 23 Uhr für richtig gut Lärm sorgt. Es scheppert aus allen Rohren. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern schallt aufgrund des spartanisch eingerichteten Betonbaus jedes Geräusch quer durch alle Zimmer. In der Nacht quakte die ganze Zeit zusätzlich ein Handy-Lautsprecher oder Fernseher in der Rezeption… Mal für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ok, aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt, zumal es auch kein Frühstück/Restaurant gibt. Allerdings sind gleich vor der Tür genug Shops, um morgens frischen Kaffe und was zu Essen zu kaufen.

Reviewed May 23, 2019This is a great property if you are not (like I said before) "affraid" walk around 1mi in hilly and cobblestone streets to reach the turistics hubs (but hey! you're in Guanajuato city! What else you can expect!?) This hotel is located on a safe and secure neighborhood and it is ok to walk back to the hotel in the 2-3am hours without problem even if you drank a few beers and you're a couple in the 50's like us, don't worry you'll back safe and sound to the states at the end of your trip. Enjoy your stay use internet to make resevations! Locally price increase 50% or more , so be aware, you can do it even been here already and change your mind to stay longer, use Expedia they will honor your price if you decide to enjoy this hotel much longer. You will not need the tour services you can get those by yourself in a regular bus or taxi paying 70% less the regular price and I mean it! I paid in pesos $100-200 ($6-12 dlls) instead of +$60 dlls per the same touristic ride, be aware it is the same but at your own terms and schedule. Enjoy it came to Guanajuato! You'll not regret it. Use Unebus to get here from BJX airport 50 pesos (4dlls) and then 70 pesos ($4.50 dlls) taxi to been drop at hotel door. Same way back don't let them scam you with the "touristic ID" hanging on their necks!) Enjoy your trip it is safe! Good travel!

We took a taxi to the hotel and did not have a car so I don’t know if they have parking, it did not appear so. The hotel was nice for the price. We arrived a couple hours before check in and our room was not available but they kept our luggage while we went for a walk and grabbed a bite to eat.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2019We liked this hotel. It doesn't have the best location, but it's convenient. All the room here don't have AC. You have to open the windows to cool it down. The hotel doesn't have a lobby. The front desk is on the second floor. It's more like a family ran motel. Our room is very spacious and our beds are pretty comfortable. The bathroom is kind of small. We have basically no counter space in the bathroom. You have to leave everything in the closet outside of the bathroom. It's a very money friendly property, so we are happy with what we got here.

Check in was pleasant but did not accept AMEX cards, I later found a lot of places there dont either. The hallways and room was clean BUT the room smelled of dirty mop. Basic room w/safe and comfy soft-med beds. Biggest complaint was the small shower and poor design which allowed water to splash on the whole bathroom floor due to poor door placement. Possibly due to the very small shower. Super uncomfortable shower and the water temp could not be regulated. We were told to only use hot water valve only because the cold valve would cause the water to shut. Water was too hot. But, nice staff, and an okay place to just catch some zzzz"s.

Very modest accommodation and modest price. Get for budget travelers. Save location, walking distance to historic center. Great deal if your objective is to use the spot just for sleeping.
