Dirty. Used towels left on the hanger when we arrived. Towels was very old and needed replacing. Very old and tired hotel. Lift didn't work properly.

The family really enjoyed staying here, and there are lots of places to visit nearby. Highly recommended for those of you who bring your family here.

I enjoyed staying here. The area is lively with plenty of entertainment, food is easy to find, the room is clean and the AC is cold. Just a little improvement needed on the room key, maybe it could be fixed.

A friend recommended me to stay here, and it turns out the hotel is really good. It’s close to everywhere, with lots of places to visit. Finding food is super easy, plenty of vendors and the food is delicious

The location is excellent. There’s a convenience store right next door, along with many other places nearby such as malls, restaurants, entertainment venues, food markets, and even churches. The receptionist’s service was also very nice and friendly.

The facilities were poorly managed and the room was not clean. When we first tried to enter, the door lock didn’t work properly. We had to go to the receptionist for assistance, and it turned out the lock was partially broken. Despite the price, the room felt very budget. The table looked like it hadn’t been wiped in days, the basin was half clogged, the toilet was somewhat dirty, and even the shower pedal was grimy — as if it hadn’t been cleaned for several days. The pillowcase smelled a bit and was somewhat dusty. I considered asking for a room change, but my mother was already too tired, so we decided to just stay the night. Overall, it was definitely not a good experience.

Nice food for breakfast The nuance also comfy I always stay at this hotel whenever I travel to Bandung for business. I don't need fancy lobby nor swimming pool, I just need place to sleep, bath and breakfast

Location was superb, just opposite Paskal 23 Mall with lots of options for food & beverage. Staff were friendly and responded to your request/call promptly.

Room needs some deep cleaning and perhaps a refurbishing as bedding & all are so worn out. Air-conditioning unit needs servicing/cleaning too as cigarette smell fills the air when the aircon is switched on.

Close to a mall literally right across the hotel, the AC is cold, there are free bottles of water daily. There’s good entertainment options on the TV provided - Youtube etc.

Safe deposit box didn’t work, there is no hairdryer or fridge. The building looks old and unkept, coffee and teas aren’t always refilled daily. The bed sheets are dirty, even after replacements there are always stains here and there. The area are so dark. The key cards most times didn’t work that we had to keep asking the receptionist to fix them. The lock on the door is a bit finicky to use.

It is next to the mall, food stalls are everywhere nearby. In walking distance are food treasures of Bandung as well.

i asked for a double bed but it was two single bed joined together so sleeping on the middle of the bed wasn’t ideal :)

We arrived at 7am and was told the check in is at 2 pm, which was fine to us. But when we came back at 2pm, the receptionist still made us wait for almost 20 minutes while he kept on making us stand there waiting with no explanation or apology. The air-conditioning in the room was not cold at all, we only allow to borrow hair dryer and iron for only 1 hour, with some loan form to sign. The receptionist was not friendly except for the lady during checked out.

The location is superb and very convenient. The room is clean and comfortable though a bit small. Parking is confortable.

The room wall is thin. I can hear people next door. Early morning, a lots of people walking around.

It's 5 minutes to a mall full of restaurants and cafes, and 10 minutes walk to Bandung Train Station. The lady at the reception was very helpful and very nice. She gave me a lot of info about the city center

If the address of the hotel was given in Jalan Kebon Jati instead of Jalan Pasir Kaliki that would help me a lot. The entrance of the hotel in on Jalan Kebon Jati

Excellent location, near train station, next to huge mall with many food options. Rooms are smallish and tiny toilets, but all functional. Good breakfast included in the price. Walls were thin with inconsiderate guests screaming in the corridor, also room key cards sometimes did not work. But great value for money with good breakfast. Even have an egg station.

The location was good

The AC didn't work well, very hot. And the electricity every ten minutes off and then on again, very annoying , can't sleep well. Already called the technician, but He said nothing wrong. The sound of electricity cutting off and then turning on again made sleeping uncomfortable and made me wake up every few minutes
