It was an amazing stay. I was greeted warmly and sthe staffs were all smiling. They are very friendly and it was a smooth check in as well. The room is comfy, you'll get what you pay but it was good enough for me. I stayed at Citra Dream bandung hotel 3 times already and I enjoyed it so far. Will definitely go back. Thanks Pak Satpam for helping me with the luggages as well.

the hotel has a strategic location. it is located near Bandung station. there's a lot of resto's around, a supermarket, reflexology, and even a mall nearby. its very easy to access.

Arrived at the hotel and welcomed by helpful and friendly staff. Service was terrific. I highly recommend this hotel as it is at a prime location. Surrounded by food outlets and restaurants. Malls are just few minutes drive away.

Everything is good, especially staff is very welcoming. It is very close to the train station.

Good bed, bathroom and a working A/C. Breakfast was fine and staff was helpful. Hotel is close to Bandung train station which was easy for travel. Not easy to go around by foot but with a taxi you get everywhere quickly as there’s shops and restaurants close-by.

i'm booking for 5 rooms for my visit to Bandung but 2 of the room is not cleaned. Most of the room smells like cigarettes.

The location is very strategic as it is near to the station, all the staff is friendly and very helpful

The room is not properly clean especially the toilet.. it seems that they did not really clean the toilet.. only arrange and throw the rubbish.. it is because the floor tiles, sink and toilet are not very clean with stained with mold (yellowish stain) even when we just entered the room

Cleanliness need to improve. Bathroom, sink and toilet bowl are not clean enough. Breakfast also need to improve. 2nd day breakfast, asked for omelette, the staf said they are ran out of stock 🙄

Hotel conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. The staff was accommodating and polite.

Good for a one, maximum two night stay. You get what you pay for. I expected the room/bathroom to be a bit cleaner though.

Hotel citradream, located at jl. Pasir kaliki, bandung ... Very strategic location, surrounding by popular places, restaurants, cafes ... Near by train station, paskal square mall/shopping area, chinatown, chinesefood restaurants, cakeshop, more ..... The room itself quite spaces, clean, high quality of linen sheet, comfort bed/pillows/blanket/towels ... Just no kettle in the room, but still can have some refill and hot water where dispenser available in corridor ...

Exceptional colonial/ art deco style decoration, very clean rooms, central location near to Kraton and a wider selection for breakfast!

Everything was superb!

Good place close to the trainstation. Lot's of eating places close by.

Breakfast was rather disappointing, most food was already cold and not really of interesting taste.

Central location, regular hotel room, comfortable bed, private bathroom and shower (including towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and body soap), TV, air conditioner, restaurant in the lobby, closet with a safe, friendly staff.

It could have been cleaner, Wi-Fi didn’t work, shower only has body soap (or shampoo, or maybe it's one of those body soap/shampoo things), no hair dryer, it’s in the middle of a very busy road.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nothing spectacular, looks a bit worn. Room was quite basic, but clean.

It's not what I'd call spotlessly clean. Breakfast choice was a bit limited. An option for eggs would be great. Sound insulation was really lacking, even on the 6th floor we could hear the traffic and alarms from other people's rooms.

Staff, location, price are so good. Bed has acceptable comfort.

Breakfast is not enough. There is no hair dryer in room.

i ask clean room and clean bath towel for bath towel yes meet my expectation better than last time i stay there the towel is white and clean and smell ok. But still there is long hair on the floor.

Cup in cafe should be change, most of it is not safe to be used. Iron room is not proper. Room consider too small, shower place too small.

1. The heavy noise from the streets all day 24 hours. 2. I can hear the talking from my neighbour through the socket in the wall beside the bed. 3. The odour in the toilet.

Very noisy, outside noise but also adjacent rooms. Staff did not speak much English. Wouldn't recommend it to foreign tourists because of this, focussed more on domestic market.

Staying at Citradream Hotel Bandung is very pleasant and comfortable. Strategic location in Bandung city, very convenient to get around and many activities, close to the aorport and the station, many restaurants around, several malls and other tourist attractions. The staff is very polite and helpful, especialy thx to Mr. Gume as Manager and the receptionist (i forgt to ask her name). The wifi speed is very good, making it easier to do online work. Definitely i will stay here again if I go to Bandung. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and my family. The suite was very nice with comfortable furnishings, clean and the bed was comfortable too. 😉💖

Stayed there with 2 other friends and it was great. Clean rooms, nice staff (especialy the Hotel Manager who was extremely friendly and helpful, I forgot the name), neat bathrooms and AMAZING price. considering the rates of the other city we were about to travel to, this one was the best price for the quality of the service.

Friendly staff, hotel is close to railway station. Wlan OK, restaurants and a shopping mall in walking distance. Room rate is too high for the offered standard. Cleanliness in the room could be improved.

It was my second time staying at Citradream Bandung. Strategically located in Pasirkaliki district, the hotel is just 5 minutes away from Bandung Station and a 10-minute walk to Paskal 23 Mall. Everything is within a walking distance and there are some convenience stores around. The room was somewhat small but at least it wasn't claustrophobic. Our window overlooked the street and it was good to see the view outside, especially in the morning where people started their activities around the premises. Design-wise, the room was okay. The interior was typical of a cookie-cutter budget hotel room, but at least it was neatly designed. In-room amenities were in good condition. The bathroom was too "gloomy" for me but I liked their shower. Overall, the visit was pleasant. If I have to pick some affordable accommodations to recommend, I would mention this hotel as one of the options.

I checked in at 10:30 p.m. Fast and smooth process. I stayed in a superior room on the 3rd floor. The room was clean, equipped with room slippers, mineral water, clothes hangers, deposit box, toiletries. The breakfast menu was various. The staff were friendly and ready to help. A good choice for a budget hotel close to Bandung train station. If you want to get an outside view you should ask for a room with a higher floor. The thing that need to be improved was capacity of the parking area.

Conveniently situated near Bandung train station. You can find many restaurants near this hotel with good price. The room and bathroom is clean. For solo tl and budget traveler this hotel is very good for you. If I visit Bandung I will stay in Citra Dream again.

This hotel is a good choice for budget hotel. The hotel staffs are very nice and the room is good too although it's quite small but it doesn't matter for me, i didn't get a chance to try the food because i always eat at Bandung's favorite restaurants. Overall, great hotel!

We stay just for one night, our train arrived at 5 am, still long hour to check in time 2 pm, we want to ask if there a possible early check in possible, but unfortunately they have no room available for early check in, but we surprised that receptionist instead offering free coffee, and promise us to try to get a room before 2 pm, what a very nice service from front desk team! And its true before 2 pm we have already get a room, room it self is nice and clean, the aircond is very cold, everything was good, the breakfast also quite tasty although limited choice of food available, but we think its not big issue for a budget hotel . In our opinion the biggest issue is limited parking space.

Great location. Great location easy to get around. Train stasion & large shopping centre nearby  The rooms are clean.  Staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast was worth it as well. We'll be back here in future.

Hotel budget under ciputra group. They fulfill my request: high floor (7th floor / highest floor), one double bed, & window with view (front road view). Eventough the hotel occupancy almost full and late check in (11.30 pm). The room are clean, simple, and functional. The bed were very cozy maybe because of king koil. Hot shower and bath ammenities available. Room service menu also available to cover unavailaibility of cofee and tea maker. Check out were fast. Overall: have a nice slept.

Perfect location, near to many hot spots, clean and very affordable. The rooms are not so big but its all clean and can give a good night sleep, parking space is a bit narrow but overall the hotel is "worth every penny" i hope the hotel will provide a special promotion for a regular guests like me lol 😄

During this trip back, tried staying at a budget hotel without expectations. Surprisingly Citra Dream is a nice hotel, Although it's only 2 star hotel, but the hotel is clean, rooms are clean and tiy, really basic amenities in bathroom and breakfast is bare basic. If you just need a place to sleep, walk to my favorite Kampiun Bistro, taking a train, all are walking distance.

Hotel is clean & comfortable. Limited parking facilities. Staff is helpful. It is a small hotel with limited breakfast choices. You may sit inside or outside the hotel. No attractions along the busy road.

Breakfast was limited selection and little staff take care, sometime table were not clean because limited staff. Need to clean up the room. Very easy to get food outside hotel, near rail station and oleh-oleh.

I came quite frequent to your hotel. Check in is ok. Both Room towel got stain and the quality deteriorated. Today bfast when i took the glass got chip and it can hurt someone who use that. Overall is ok.
