Reviewed Jan 25, 2016Good sized room because booked a triple room at special rate. Rate however was on a non-cancellation basis so this was not the most economical type of reservation to book. Hotel was conveniently located just 10 minutes walk from Kaihin Makuhari train station and it was easy to catch buses going to other locations in the Makuhari area. Be aware that this hotel has a much later check-in time (4pm) and earlier check-out time (10am) that I found prohibitive while on a vacation trip. It is something that should be reconsidered by the hotel if it wants to stay competitive with other hotels vying for the vacation traveler.

While my room was small compared to American hotels, it was spacious by Japanese standards. The staff members were helpful and friendly. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel had a limited selection of restaurants. There was a cheap grocery store two blocks away, a 7-11 one block away and a Lawsons connected to the building.
