Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Sono molto soddisfatta soprattutto del rapporto qualità prezzo, lo staff era estremamente gentile e, nonostante faticasse a parlare inglese, si è reso disponibile più volte per chiamarci un taxi piuttosto che illustrarci cosa fare e vedere nelle vicinanze, la camera era molto ampia e completa di tutto.
La doccia non era bellissima, le ciabatte non erano usa e getta, di fatti ho utilizzato le mie. Per essere un tre stelle però non posso lamentarmi

El hotel es viejo y no tiene enchufes a lado de la cama. Los que hay en la habitación no funcionan correctamente. Las llaves de la luz son incómodas y todo está en coreano. No hablan inglés.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée. La climatisation est vraiment appréciable avec la canicule. L'emplacement était sympa qui permet une balade en centre ville sympa. La salle de bain est bien agréable.
Les chambres sont vieillissantes, une seule couette pour 2 lits. Le drap était déchiré et l'oreiller taché.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026La chambre est très spacieuse, très confortable tout comme la salle de bain. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable ! L'hôtel est calme. Le personnel parle un tout petit peu anglais mais cherche toujours à vous aider. Andong est une ville où les gens sont très gentils ! Nous avons pu faire notre lessive gratuitement. Il se situe près de l'arrêt de bus Kyobo qui est desservi par de très nombreux bus. Le terminal de bus et la gare sont à 20 min. L'hôtel est proche d'une rue où il y a de nombreux commerces et restaurants.
La taille des serviettes : nous étions 2 et il n'y avait qu'une seule grande serviette, les autres étaient toutes petites.

La chambre était sombre mais cela n'est pas un souci car nous ne restions pas dans l'hotel dans la journee.

Initially, when I booked, I reserved just for the location..and, expected the room will be below average based on many negative reviews… But, to my surprise, much better than what others noted…we’ve been traveling southern part of the Korea for past 10days…and, found this hotel to be better than the average + great price

L'hôtel est près des arrêts de bus au centre ville ce qui est pratique pour ce rendre aux différents sites touristiques extérieurs de la ville. Le rapport qualité prix est super par rapport aux autres expériences ailleurs.
Pas de machine à laver mais pas très grave, une laverie à 5min à pied.

Les parties communes sont vétustes et plutôt glauques. Pas de drap avec la couette. La chambre n’avait pas l’air d’avoir été faite en entier lorsque nous sommes arrivés.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026I have stayed here twice now. Excellent location, right around the corner from the main bus route for cultural attractions. Friendly staff and decent rooms with comfy beds and good bathrooms. This will always be my first choice when staying in Andong.
The in-house charging plugs have never worked for me but I always take a plug and cable just in case. otherwise great.

Communication was difficult (I was trying to find out whether my arrival on a late train would be a problem), only hand towels provided, very light blanket; they did provide a lot of accessories that are not usually provided, like razors and hairbrushes, and a computer, but I didn't need those.

Das Bett war leider hart wie Stein, wenn man es nicht gewohnt ist wird man hier nicht schlafen können. Zimmer etwas Hellhörig

Le personnel à l'accueil n'est guère aimable, on nous donne les clés et c'est tout. Les chambres sont meublées de façon vétuste, siège du canapé déchiré, prises ne fonctionnant pas. La déco est vieillotte. Des produits tels que laque, brosse à cheveux, dentifrice et savon - pas à usage unique - sont disponibles : étrange ! Les serviettes de toilette sont grandes comme un mouchoir de poche. Nous devions être surclassés grâce à Booking mais les chambres données ne correspondaient pas aux photos ou à la description, et comme personne ne parle anglais...

Very helpful staff, he allowed us to use the washing machine for our clothes (without charge) and although they didn't have a dryer he cleared a very large airer for us and the clothes were dry within 24 hours. He also called us taxis when we needed them. Hotel is in a great location for local shops and restaurants.

They never answered any messages about our booking, neither through booking.com nor through their own website, so we didn’t know until the last minute if we actually had a reservation. When we arrived, the receptionist kept talking in Korean although I tried to make it clear that I didn’t understand a word. We were five people in two rooms. Both days we were there, there was only one large towel in each room and no sheet on the duvet for one of the beds, even though we pointed this out to the reception. Very hard beds and pillows. Please note no breakfast is available. Our air condition (necessary) kept squeaking all through the night. The shower pipe had been broken at some previous point and didn’t work properly.
