Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The room/house is beautiful. And it gives you the hanok experience but comfortable with an actual mattress. You have all you need including an ipad (in lieu of a TV), a fridge, kettle. It's very centrally located. We very much enjoyed it.
The toilet doesn't have ventilation, so you need to keep the door open between bathroom and room. It's the way with old Hanok style houses.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026La struttura è davvero bella. Dal fuori non te ne rendi conto ma l'Interno della camera è confortevole e curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è ottima, nel centro di Andong. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile con noi, lasciandoci depositare i bagagli prima del check-in. Nelle camere viene anche fornito un tablet con molte indicazioni sul luogo.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026La guesthouse è davvero molto carina, nella camera ci sono tanti piccoli extra che fanno piacere (bollitore, bicchieri, tappi per le orecchie, asciugacapelli, balsamo nella doccia). Le coperte erano pulite ma non profumavano. Il ragazzo che la gestisce è stato gentilissimo ad aspettarci sveglio per fare il check-in perché siamo arrivati tardi con l'ultimo treno da Seoul. Il cortile comune è molto carino.
C'era un certo odore di fritto quando ci si metteva a letto, forse assorbito dalle tende che sono proprio sopra al cuscino, ma comunque non molto piacevole.

Les cambres són petites i el bany incomodissim. No tens on deixar res. Només hi havia 2 tovalloles petitíssimes per persona. El dia que vàrem ser plovia i se'ns va mullar tot. No tenen cap lloc per ser-hi quan plou . Els exteriors estan molt poc cuidats i donen limptessio de poca netedat

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026La habitación es muy amplia y está muy bien situado, cerca del mercado y se puede ir dando un paseo hasta el puente de la luna.
El baño es muy pequeño e incómodo. Pregunté cómo llegar desde la estación y me dijeron que era muy dificil, que mejor cogiera un taxi. La realidad es que hay varios autobuses públicos que te dejan a 5 minutos andando del alojamiento. Ojo con los horarios de buses hacia Hahoe village que te facilitan, no están actualizados en absoluto. La información que facilitan no es correcta. Lo vi caro para lo que ofrecen

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026A hanok-style stay with modern amenities. The futon beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean, and air conditioning worked great. I reserved two rooms for my sister's family and my own. We loved our stay. Be forewarned that the bathroom is Korean style which can be confusing if you are not used to it (the shower nozzle is right above the sink so it's not a separate shower stall). The common area was nice for sitting and eating take out. Location was great for walking around and finding food places but we also had a car so parked right in front. Andong is a great town and this was perfect accommodation.
Owner is not on-site so you have to communicate via the app or telephone which can be a problem if you don't have a Korean number or international plan but this is pretty standard in smaller hotels. If you want on-site help, you will have to pay more for a western-style hotel.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk en verwelkomde ons in zijn prachtige Hanok, het was heel gezellig en sfeervol met heerlijke bedden. Alles was erg schoon en er was genoeg informatie om de omgeving te verkennen. Het binnenplaatsje was ook heel fijn om te zitten.

Geen stoelen, kast bureau, maar wel een laag bed heel comfortabel en ontspanningsmatjes, maar ook Eem iPad met relevante info over verblijf en Andong. De eigenaar heeft ook een heel gezellige binnenplaats waarde cd’tje kamers aan grenzen, met een eigen koelkastje buiten.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026It’s like a little oasis amongst the ugly architecture of Andong. Close to the historical sites and to the bus stop for bus 210 going to Hahoe. I liked the quirky decor and the owner’s style of interior design. The bed was large and super comfy. The host was very responsive to messages.
The only living plant in the common area was a half dead monstera. It needed a bit more green.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026地點位於安東市市中心，距離前往KTX安東站與客運站的公車站兩三個路口，相當方便。距離舊安東市場、雄府公園(Woongbu Park)等市中心最遠步行15分鐘距離，吃飯與遊覽都很方便。住房部分，算是現代化之後的城市型韓屋，但是房間內很溫馨可愛，適合四到六人的家庭入住。
唯一美中不足的地方是浴室太小了，也沒有乾溼分離，在浴廁沒有分開的情形下，若多人一起住宿的話，會相對不方便。

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026A great place & comfortable stay, in a good location (a 15-min taxi ride from Andong Bus Terminal, with fab bus connections!). Loved the mattresses and pillows. Never slept better away from home. All sorts of restaurants and a convenience shop nearby - really handy. 3 bedrooms, a small seating area and a modern shower room - great space.

It got warm very quickly. Without air conditioning, it wasn’t very comfortable even in March—but that’s what the AC is for. The surroundings, with motels and old abandoned shops full of trash, aren’t very nice.

Reviewed Dec 1, 2025A comfortable place in a good location - only a short walk from food streets and the central shopping area. Our room had an additional sitting space on a lower level, perfect for relaxing in the evening. We had expected that sleeping on a futon would take some getting used to, but it was a very comforable bed. On cold nights the heating was fine. We would certainly choose this guesthouse again when visiting Andong.

Das Familienzimmer ist im koreanischen Stil eingerichtet. Es gibt unterschiedliche Schlafebenen, einen Kühlschrank, Ipad und Klimaanlage. Der Raum ist relativ eng, aber für einen kurzen Zwischenstop in Andong auf jeden Fall ausreichend.

Réfrigérateur situé à l’extérieur. Isolation phonique très insuffisante, surtout lorsque la chambre à côté héberge 5 personnes ! Pas de parking privé, il faut espérer que le parking public à proximité immédiate ne soit pas plein.

On a l’impression d’être chez une grand-mère à la campagne avec le robinet et la bassine dans la cour et les vieux meubles. Nous avions le coin de la maison : 3 espaces de couchage (mais qui sont ouverts entre eux, pas d’intimité), un coin salon/repas (bouilloire dans la chambre et micro-ondes dans la cour) et une SDB. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser l’espace jardin car il faisait trop froid. Parking simple juste devant la maison iPad avec abonnement Netflix
Les fenêtres en verre dépoli dans 2 chambres ne permettent pas de dormir dans le noir (la cour reste allumée toute la nuit). La douche est entre le lavabo et les toilettes, sans paroi, dans un espace réduit. Très peu de vaisselle disponible dans la cour (verres, cuillères et baguettes), difficile de manger autre chose que des ramen

Even though the room and bathroom were spacious, there was only a handheld shower and no closet for clothes. However, we expected this dus to the nature of the guesthouse so we didn’t mind.

Juste pour les grandes personnes, le plafond de la toilette est bas, Je mesure 1.75m et il me restait à peine 20 cm. Le matelas est par terre et l'accès à la chambre est difficile (pour les personnes a mobilité réduite). J'avais la chambre derrière la table du jardin. Alors, il y a deux établissements avec le même nom. Ce n'est pas le bon si le taxi vous laisse près du Homeplus! J'ai rencontré une personne à mon arrivée, m'a expliqué dans son peu d'anglais ou trouver les choses et que les instructions étaient dans la chambre et après plus jamais revu.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025We came to Andong for the annual mask dance festival, and considering that, the location was wonderful. There is plenty to do within walking distance. Fort a small town semi-traditional stay it was a wonderful experience. The building is so beautiful, peaceful and inviting and we felt extremely comfortable although outside of our "everyday culture". Highly recommended for a quiet warm stay.
I guess the shower can be a bit more modernized, but considering the atmosphere of that place it was perfectly fine and did not bother us.

The tiny bathroom was by far their best organised of any we stayed in of this size. Outside sitting area was good and they retro antiques added character. Very helpful list if things to do places to eat etc provided along with a tablet to scroll through. Outstanding value for money
Fine for us but for less mobile guests it would be challenging getting in and out of the small entrance and bathroom doors
