My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we checked in. I booked three rooms, expecting a comfortable and trouble-free stay, but unfortunately, the problems started immediately. One of the rooms had a serious air-conditioning problem and was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I contacted the hotel multiple times and asked for the issue to be fixed. Staff came to the room twice, yet the problem was still not resolved. Having to repeatedly complain about the same issue without any proper solution was completely unacceptable. The following night, things became even worse. After midnight, the key card stopped working, leaving us unable to access our room normally. When we contacted the hotel, we were told that there was no technician on duty and that we had to wait until morning. This meant that every time we needed to leave or enter the room, we had to contact the staff and have them open the door using a master key. This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating, especially in the middle of the night. As if that was not enough, we also found a lizard inside one of the rooms. This was another unpleasant and unacceptable situation that further ruined our stay. What makes this experience particularly disappointing is not simply that problems occurred — hotel issues can happen anywhere. The real problem was the lack of effective action, follow-up, and proper resolution. We repeatedly reported the issues, yet we were left to deal with them throughout our stay. After booking three rooms, we expected a basic level of comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, and service. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to deliver on all of these. This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I have had. I would absolutely not stay at this property again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

The family room was too big for 3 people. We ended up using only one room after booking two rooms.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Super centralt hotel i Bangkok med store værelser, god service og morgenmadsbuffet. Derudover ligger det i nærheden af et dejligt område med Lumpini-park. Værelset havde en stor størrelse og alle faciliteter.
Wifi virkede ikke så godt og poolen var under renovering, da vi var der. Det gjorde ikke noget for os men kunne være ærgerligt når de reklamerer med det.

ที่จอดรถมีจำกัด และต้องจอดนอกอาคาร มีความเสี่ยงที่จะถูกเฉี่ยวชน แต่ทางโรงแรมก็จัดที่กั้นให้ถือว่าจัดการได้ดี

Did not fit the nice pictures in website. Furnitures worn out. Ceiling has stain from aircon. Bathroom not as clean as I’m used to. Pool was not available due to bigger construction. Staff failed in ordering my night taxi to airport that I really got under time pressure. Breakfast just fit but not any exciting.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026I booked this hotel for the pool and gym sadly the pool was under refurbishment and the gym was crammed with equipment due to the pool refurb you couldn't really have a decent workout This should have been advertised prior to booking

We were on the first floor second building and the traffic noise kept us awake so not a great sleep. Also the latch on the window to the patios was too loose. I worried someone could break in

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026I had a wonderful stay and would happily return in the future. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the area. The reception staff were exceptional, especially Eve and Dao, who were always friendly, helpful and happy to recommend local amenities, including a nearby Starbucks. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable each morning, and the complimentary tuk-tuk service was a fantastic facility, providing convenient transport to local attractions, shops and restaurants. The gym and pool were excellent additions, and even the airport transfer was offered at a very reasonable price. Overall, a fantastic hotel with outstanding service and great facilities.
There was very little to dislike during my stay.
