The room was quite spacious with many facilities such as cooking, ironing and work table. We were out most of the times and barely used those. Shower was decent size and the rooms were clean. Room: We had a big double bed, a window to allow some outside lights. Location: Even though the hotel is at the very end, they have the 24 hour shuttle service. It was simply amazing to have good bars, restaurant nearby. It was very close to Nana BTS and near 3 7-eleven. We did not have time to use the pool, gym and laundry service. We even managed to get the late check out free of charge until 2pm. Staffs are amazing. Thank you for making our stay special with those decorations to make my wife feel extra special.

Decent size clean rooms, quiet location but near everything, nice staff.

Indians bringing their screaming 5 year old child into the gym, when rules state it's not allowed... Under CCTV, staff should remove the child politely.

HOTEL HAD A FREE TUKTUK SERVICE BECAUSE THE ROAD IT WAS ON WAS A CULDESAC AND WAS QUITE LONG.

Rating: 6/10 The hotel is very modern, with spacious and comfortable common areas. There are also many apartments suitable for families, which can be a positive feature for longer stays or for those travelling with children. However, we found several aspects disappointing. The reception staff are welcoming in a very professional way, but the atmosphere feels rather cold and impersonal. We did not really feel warmly welcomed, and the staff were not particularly attentive to guests’ individual needs. We stayed at the hotel twice and tried two different rooms, but unfortunately the situation was quite similar both times. There was a noticeable smell of mould in the rooms, and noise from children and families was often an issue, especially late in the evening. Considering that the hotel seems to cater heavily to families, better sound insulation or greater attention to evening noise would be appreciated. The housekeeping staff, on the other hand, were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was not included in the room rate and, in our opinion, was rather expensive considering what was offered. The hotel also provides a tuk-tuk service to the nearby BTS station, which is useful. However, on some occasions, even after contacting the hotel via WhatsApp, we were unable to arrange a pick-up. Overall, the hotel feels quite anonymous and geared towards short, passing stays rather than a place where you can really relax and enjoy several days of vacation. Modern facilities and spacious areas are definite advantages, but the issues with mould, noise, and the rather impersonal service made our experience only just satisfactory.

مكان جميل وبعيد نوعاً ما من ضجيج الشارع. الموظفين في الاستقبال وخدمة الغرف وحتى الحارس جميعهم كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين.

Le BTS se trouve à seulement quelques minutes, et l’hôtel propose un service de navette très pratique et agréable.

Nous avons été très déçus par l’emplacement de cet hôtel. Le quartier nous a semblé très peu agréable et nous n’avions pas été suffisamment informés de la situation dans le descriptif Booking. Dès le début de la rue, et notamment en direction de Sukhumvit, la présence de prostitution est très importante et nous avons été sollicités à de nombreuses reprises. Cela crée un environnement dans lequel nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en sécurité. À noter toutefois qu’à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel, à moins de 100 mètres, l’ambiance est plus calme et la situation est nettement différente. Concernant l’hébergement, notre appartement de deux chambres était assez vieillissant. Plusieurs éléments auraient besoin d’être rénovés, notamment les portes des salles de bain et de la cuisine, ainsi que les revêtements muraux qui étaient abîmés. Malheureusement, malgré la proximité immédiate de l’hôtel avec une zone plus calme, l’environnement général et l’état de l’appartement nous ont trop déçus. Nous ne reviendrons pas..

Mini luxury room, what else can I say

Conveniently located, with a clean and well-maintained environment throughout the hotel. The facilities were excellent, and the on-site laundromat was a great convenience. The complimentary tuk-tuk service made getting around easy and was a nice bonus during our stay.

Le personnel qui vous reconnaît et est au petits soins. Ils sont sympathiques et efficaces. J'adore. Le tukutuk à disposition c'est extra pour aller jusqu'au carrefour de Sukhumvit.

Dans la suite, la baignoire n'est pas forcément attractive. Peu pratique pour la douche et pas assez grande ou classe pour faire rêver. Remplacez les baignoires par une bonne douche.

The street which i have to take to go to hotel is very busy so i lost alot of time on the way.

Merci au personnel qui à su rendre mon séjour parfait. Ma modification de réservation à été faite avec gentillesse et bonne humeur c'était impeccable.

Location is great and the 24hr comp tuk tuk a real bonus to get to where you need to be.close enough to plenty of bars and shopping but quiet enough so as to get a good night sleep.

Streaming options on tv would be appreciated, but the mini kitchen is well stocked with everything you need - beds and duvet are comfortable

كل شيء سيء وفندق سيء استقبال سيء الغرف من العهد القديم والفرش متسخه وسببت لنا حساسيه والحمامات اكرمكم الله تهريب مياه وقديمه جدا السعر غالي ورغم غلاه الا انه سيء الله يسامح العرب اللي علقت عليه للامانه ماصدقوا وخلونا نحجز فيه يعتبر من أقدم وأووصخ الفنادق لذلك لاتضيع سفريتك في فندق سيء وبالرغم من الاماكن اللي قربه سيئه مرفق بكم بعض الصور السيئه وللامانه لو جلست احكي طول الوقت مااقدر أوصف لكم

The location was great. There's a free TUK TUK to the main road corner near Nana station. The comfortable bed and cable TV.

Being on the 7th floor was very noisy because of the pool and gym at the end of the corridor that amplified the sound. Especially children screaming. I had one night there during a loud, drunken party until 2.30am in the morning.

飯店離空鐵站和大馬路有段距離，所以很安靜。 有小廚房，空間也蠻大，房間乾淨舒適什麼都有，會天天來打掃、換毛巾鋪床單，有24小時嘟嘟車接送，聯絡了很快就來。雖然泳池不大，但有帶小朋友的就很夠玩了。早餐種類不多但還算好吃。

Everything was great. The staff were very efficient and rooms was clean and spacious, good air conditioner, Kitchenette was easy to use and bathroom was good too. Got hot water, Shower gel, shampoo and body lotion provided were good quality.

Rooms size is small, I booked 2 bedroom apartment for my family (3 kids), the apartment really felt small for us, however the hotel agreed to provide a bigger apartment (as a free upgrade) which was very nice, still I prefer spacious rooms

Et leur honnêteté, j'ai oublié une trousse de toilette avec une grosse somme en cash à l'intérieur, elle m'a été réexpédiée mon hotel suivant avec tout son contenu! pas un sou ne manquait. Merci particulièrement à Beam de l'accueil qui m'a rassuré par messages et à assuré l'envoi de ma trousse en colis express.Khop khan na Krap!

L'information sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel en deux zones distinctes, mieux renseigné j'eusse mis quelques dollars de plus pour prendre une chambre "coté mer"

Apartment is incredibly strategic, situated right off the bustling Sukhumvit Road and just a short walk to both the BTS and MRT stations. The train lines offer direct access to Bangkok’s major shopping hubs, including Siam Paragon, Siam Center, CentralWorld, Terminal 21, and Chatuchak Market. The amenities are excellent - great pool, a paid self-service laundrette, and even a complimentary laundry service. A major highlight was the 24-hour complimentary tuk-tuk service that shuttles you to and from the main road. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but the 24/7 tuk-tuk service back to the apartment is a lifesaver.
