Tout! L'emplacement au coeur des rizières étaient vraiment merveilleux. La vue de notre chambre était paradisiaque. Le personnel était vraiment très gentil et chaleureux et la nourriture était excellente.

Villa was a dream, clean no insects inside. Villa is on the middle of the rice fields, it was lovely to swim and be able to watch the farmers. Cocktails and food amazing. Activities and drivers amazing. Everyone should go there 😀 spa couple massage amazing. stars to all the staff and service

L’emplacement de l’hôtel dans la nature et au dessus des rizières, la décoration très belle et sereine, la gentillesse et le sourire du personnel. 3 belles piscines superbes.

Lumière insuffisante dans la chambre à la nuit tombée. Carte du petit déjeuner un peu compliquée quand on ne mange comme nous que pain, beurre et confiture et que l’on ne correspond pas à la tendance générale.

De open badkamer, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen. Ontbijt was zeer matig en weinig keuze. Ook veel alg in het zwembad. Je zwembroek of bikini werd gewoon groen als je tegen de rand aan kwam.

The room was completely comfortable in every way. Everything you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. The infinity pool was a great size. We absolutely loved our wellness villa, we had a wonderful stay! The views from our room were incredible! The staff are warm & attentive, we couldn’t fault the service.

We ate at all the dining options at our stay. The breakfast was ok, it could be improved. It did not match the elevated experience of staying here. One morning the food arrived stone cold to our room., we understood timing can be difficult. The coffee was always good, particularly at citrus & vine. Dinner at Asri was average, it could have been better, we had a pizza & salad. the atmosphere and staff were lovely though. Dinner at Sahaja was excellent. We had toasties at citrus & vine for lunch, very tasty , it’s a limited menu, be we enjoyed it.

restaurants were great, the onsite coffee shop was excellent and open early (7am), overall the property was stupendous -- we really enjoyed our trip.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Samanvaya Resort à Sidemen. Un véritable havre de paix au cœur des magnifiques paysages balinais en face des rizières. 🌴🌾 L’hôtel est magnifique, parfaitement intégré dans la nature, avec une ambiance calme et reposante. Tout est pensé pour passer un moment inoubliable. Le personnel est adorable, souriant, attentionné et toujours disponible. Un service vraiment irréprochable du début à la fin. Notre hébergement était magnifique, très propre, spacieux et parfaitement entretenu. Un vrai plaisir de profiter de ce cadre magnifique. Le restaurant est également excellent, avec des plats délicieux et un service à la hauteur de l’hôtel. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Samanvaya pour cet accueil et ce merveilleux séjour. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to recognise you and remember your name. Making last minute activity bookings was a breeze thanks to reception staff. A luxe, wonderful experience.

Beautiful resort with amazing food, nice looking rooms with a lot of different activities (spa, gym, tours,...). Well-trained personal behaved nicely to each guest.

Just small details like cleanliness could be little bit better (some dirty tables, spider webs, etc.)

Séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel au calme entouré de rizières. On est à Bali sans le bruit, sans les touristes trop nombreux et sans la circulation. C’est une parenthèse au paradis. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable.

La présentation de l’hôtel à notre arrivée qui est trop longue : on ne retient que peu d’éléments (inutile d’indiquer où se trouve la bouilloire et le thé par exemple). Par contre, nous expliquer en quelques mots qu’il y a plusieurs piscines et endroits pour se détendre aurait été un plus. Mais au final tout s’est déroulé parfaitement.

We loved Samanvaya - very relaxing, lovely grounds and lovely staff. Three swimming pools to choose from and two restaurants. Food and service were all wonderful - we can't fault it! Would love to come back again one day.

Our room was a little dark and not many power outlets (none near mirrors). We did stay in the converted spa room so it makes sense, I would have liked some lighting in the cupboard area thought as it was hard to see very well. Not really an issue - just something that could be improved upon.

Comida muito boa, decoração de bom gosto e ambientes muito confortáveis. Fizeram-nos uma surpresa lindíssima pelo nosso aniversário de casamento. Um dos melhores hotéis onde já estive.

Loved the room! Beautiful and peaceful with the most stunning view and very spacious with places to sit inside and out with a lovely Carp pond outside. Coffee pod machine and water refreshed daily. The entire property is extremely beautiful, the staff are fantastic with a special mention for Purna whose customer service was wonderful, he is a real credit to the hotel. A la carte breakfast was delicious and fresh with breath-taking views. We also used the spa, the bathhouse ritual and massages and all were fabulous, the view from the sauna is incredible and another carp pond in the relaxation area made it so tranquil, especially whilst enjoying a lovely ginger tea. The restaurants are great and even when we made a last minute booking via WhatsApp we were accommodated with a special table on its own with gorgeous views overlooking the resort and surrounding areas. Good gym and 3 pools to choose from with comfy day beds or loungers at the main pool. The area is beautiful with a few restaurants around, it is definitely a place to switch off and relax and I would highly recommend it.

The only minor thing was the pool temperature was slightly too cold but all in all it didn't have much of an impact. There were a couple of hot tubs so that helped!

Hier kann man wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen und die Schönheit Balis genießen.Auch das Essen war fantastisch – jedes Gericht war ein echtes Highlight. 🍽️❤️ Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Ort, den man erlebt haben muss. Kommt her und überzeugt euch selbst – es ist einfach traumhaft! 🌺✨

The resort was stunning . Can’t describe it you have to stay there . Lush gardens beautiful nature sounding it!

Unfortunately the stuff wanted to take a picture of our debit card and all our personal debit card information upon arrival for insurance something that we found very weird as we have never been to a stay around the world before wanting to picture our personal data . We ended up giving the deposit in cash that they were returned during check out . Just mind that there is a 500€ deposit upon arrival.

La vue est magnifique. Nous avions vue sur les rizières et les montagnes, depuis nos chambres, le spa ou encore les restaurants de l’hôtel. La chambre est aussi très agréable. Le personnel est aussi très à l’écoute de nos besoins. Nous avons passé un séjour reposant.

Les grabs et gojeks ne sont pas disponibles dans la région. Nous pouvons faire appel à des taxis via l’hôtel mais les tarifs sont plus élevés que ceux proposés par des locaux dans le village de Sidemen.

El hotel es un 10. Tienen un euipo humano maravilloso dedicado al cuidado y la atención de sus huéspedes y sus instalaciones. Todas ellas de lujo: restaurante, cafeteria, piscinas, gimnasio, spa,... El circuito de aguas y saunas es de ensueño. Mucho mimo y detalle pensado para el bienestar y el relax. Gracias equipo de Samanvaya por hacer de nuestra visita a Sidemen un recuerdo imborrable.❤️

We verbleven eerst in een bamboo villa (Moana). Dat is erg leuk voor een dag, maar niet heel comfortabel voor meerdere dagen, het zit vol kieren en spleten en de ruimte is wat onhandi ingedeeld. De bungalow die we daarna hadden geboekt - direct aan de weg- was fantastisch.

Cet établissement est un vrai luxe, tout y est super, du personnel, à la déco, les chambres spacieuses et magnifiques, les salles de bain également. Du confort, de la gentillesse et des repas excellents.

Un 5 stelle sotto ogni aspetto, camera bella e pulita 2 volte al giorno, bagno all'aperto suggestivo, 3 piscine e 2 idromassaggio disponibili, oltre che aree comuni arredate in stile balinese splendide con giardini rigogliosi e ben curati, 2 ristoranti tra cui l'Asri Dining, bellissima location e cibo ottimo. Colazione a la carte curata e ottima, servita nel secondo ristorante della struttura. Pool bar con piscina a sfioro vista risaie che prepara ottimi cocktail. Il personale dell'albergo è decisamente gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità, un grazie speciale a Purma del pool bar per le risate e i momenti passati assieme. Il resort è magnifico e se dovessimo tornare a Sidemen, sarà certamente la nostra scelta.

Nice hotel, but overpriced for what it offers. Samanvaya is a beautiful property in a lovely location, but unfortunately there were several things that didn’t meet our expectations. The room was nice, but far too dark, with very poor lighting. The spa is not included, and I personally wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the bathtub experience — especially if you are already booking a massage, as I feel this should be included. The restaurant is located across the street from the hotel, and reservations are required, which can be a little inconvenient. Also, smoking is not allowed in the room or at the restaurant, which is worth knowing before booking. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a beautiful atmosphere, but for me the price is too high compared to the experience and services provided.

Absolutely amazing resort, I can’t describe just how incredible it is. The staff go out of their way to make you feel so welcome. Every inch of the resort is gorgeous and feels so luxury. The small touches in the room like an iPhone, bags and hats to wear round the pool, a bracelet given to you before you leave really do make it special. We came here for dinner only last year and dreamed of staying at the resort ever since so we were so excited to stay here. I couldn’t recommend this enough, it’s in a perfect location right in the centre of the small town. The food is amazing too!

La nostra villa sulla strada !avrebbero dovuto dircelo …troppo rumorosa poi dovrebbero mettere almeno uno specchio perché a parte quello sopra il lavandino del bagno non c erano altri specchi

La struttura si trova in un contesto naturalistico di notevole bellezza per la sua autenticità , la vista e’ meravigliosa , la cura dei dettagli è incredibile , ambiente lussuoso e ricercato. Camera molto bella e di grande charme. Ristorante molto buono, spa bella. Massaggio bambù notevole. La location più bella di tutta Bali. Ci è dispiaciuto aver fatto solo due notti!

Beautiful location, our tradition bamboo villa had stunning views across the valley - so special listening to the flute birds and watching the mist rise. Our outdoor bathroom was gorgeous. Lovely gardens and the view from Sahaja restaurant is exceptional. Nice food and good cocktails. The spa was amazing with great massage! Afternoon tea in the lounge was beautiful and they went out of their way to ensure I was looked after with gluten free options. The staff were very professional, warm and skilled.

Our only recommendation is that it wouldn’t be great for elderly or those with mobility issues as there can be a fair amount of walking up and down stairs to move around. For us it was fine and definitely worth it.

This place is exceptional. The location, views and surrounding gardens & pools were amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer and would love to return. Highly recommended staying here.

I stayed in the Mandala villa for three days in June. The place has surreal views, especially at sunset. Super friendly and helpful staff and delicious food at both restaurants. I did their two hour rice field trekking experience which was both beautiful and adventurous. If you’re fit, love hikes and have quality hiking shoes - it’s great and I’d recommend it. The river crossing, narrow pathways and jungle walks are fun but do need focus and a few deep breaths. The gift shop across was nice for shopping in that area. Citrus and Vine is also the cutest cafe with great outdoor seating area.

Unsere Villa war zwar für 4 Personen gedacht, aber sehr beengend. Nur ein Schlafzimmer mit einem kleinen Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach sehr klein und das zugehörige Bad war im Untergeschoss.

Magnifique expérience dans cette villa en bambou à Sidemen. La chambre était absolument superbe, avec une vue magnifique et une atmosphère très paisible. L’architecture en bambou apporte beaucoup de charme et rend le séjour vraiment unique. Le personnel a été d’une grande gentillesse et toujours attentionné. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Un endroit parfait pour se détendre au cœur de la nature balinaise. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et espérons revenir un jour !
