Mega View Hotel Kuantan

Close to everything but parking can be difficult.

Great stay, lovely restaurant and cafe within the hotel. Strong WiFi, TV had Netflix, had a storage room for bags before and after checking in/out. Would come back

check in 30 july 23.1day.I was disappointed with my first stay in Room 612. Upon entering the room, I noticed many ants running around the edges of the table and the tea-making area. The room floor was also not clean

Old building, lift breakdown, air condition making noise the whole night

The only good side is buffet breakfast here, room condition quite old.

Good hotel for family, room are clean and decent size. Close to the river side, good place for food.

the facilites and aminities was great with very low price. the room view is superb. i also really enjoy the breakfast. kudos to the cooks. overall, this hotel is my favourate hotel to stay for business trip. very affordable price. the only thing i hope they will improve is the wifi (oftenly will have interference. especially after 9pm). and tv service. always have connection problem. other than that, superb

Room got no sound prove, can heard roadside car sounds. Even i stayed at level 6, very irritating. Can't rest well also.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. The food is very good. The location is ideal. Only thing is the wifi doesn't work, and the bidet tap is slightly leaking making the bathroom floor wet all the time. If these are fixed, I'd say this hotel is perfect for me thanks.

I like the vibrant color in the room.bright green color..all amenities are there..the first step in the room i can say wow for 4 star hotel..one of favorite property if i travel to Kuantan.only breakfast effect my good review as the breakfast only so,so..f&b should improve on the taste of the food..overall i am satisfied and meet my expectations..tq

Azlin, 1 of the front desk lady was especially nice and helpful. Bathroom was dirty and smell quite bad. Location is good.

A decent hotel with value of price.

My partner and I stayed only for a night and it was awesome. I literally have no negative comment to give. The staffs were friendly and professional. Check in and out were smooth, room and toilet were clean, tidy and no weird smell at all. Love the variety of food that they served during breakfast. Ample space for guests to park their rides and hotel is very near to the town as well!

i love the location which is just beside river. furthermore, the green theme of room very calm and soothing. The bed and pillows are very good. Only the room key card is something was not during my stay. Not sure only my room has this issue. As i need swap more 10 times to get the room door to open. Other than that, the room was super good. i would sure stay again.

Overall Good. The only thumbs down is the poor wifi connection.

Convenient location and nice river view.

The view was indeed great. Really enjoy the breakfast and also their cafe below called Micasa. The location is really central, located conveniently near to the local cafes like Tjantek, Coasters and also Kula Bakes. Theres a nearby Pasar Malam which you can try out some of their local delights. The room service is good too. Even though the room wasnt so spotless, but it is definitely bang in a buck worth it. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Good location. Nice view.of the river. Enjoyed having breakfast wth a scenic view. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Wished we got a room wth a view of the river though. Room n bathroom was clean. Good plc to rest n relax.

It is disappointed. There is no more Cantonese TV programme ( Astro Wah lai Toi). IMany others sport and local progromme still exist. Im really dont understand why take out the Cantonese channel. I think myself and many guests will not stay this hotel again if the TV programme not good

ITS WAS AMAZING STAY AT MEGA VIEW WILL STAY ONCE VISIT KUANTAN

All's good except that our hot water was not working (Room 711). I called Reception, maintenance staff was sent 5 minutes later (good!), who checked our hot water in the bathroom. Then, he said he will check the hot water gasket on the roof, then call me for status. He indeed called 10minutes later saying it is a known issue and hot water should come back in 30minutes and it is an issue for the whole hotel. I have my mom staying in the next room who had no hot water issue. I did not have hot water that night and the morning after but I was just staying one night, hence did not bother to complain further.

Great location for eating and shopping. Top floor rooms have a great view of Kuantan. Extremely close to Kuantan River. Breakfast buffet and In-room dining are average. Executive suite room are clean with pleasant decor and color scheme. Very helpful service staff.

Comfortable room, nice view if u stay at level 6 above and very helpful staff. But during my stay i can't connect to wifi.

Satisfied with the facilities,worth for money,nice location which are near to tg.lumpur,town,view of Sg. Pahang.Recommended.

Enjoyed my 3 nights stay here. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Would definitely return to this hotel in future.

nice hotel, satisfy with cleanliness quality of hotel.but..I was disappointed when there was a staff at the cafe looking at me eating even though the time for breakfast was still 40 minutes and food was still plenty. i fell sad when a staff chanted his friend to warn me there was another 15 minutes..for me thats rude..

I requested mineral water and shower gel but no one help

Good hotel for the price. Right alongside the river with great views of fishing fleet. Nice little coffee shop, and will be great when the riverside walkway is open. Would stay again.

Very good location, near the Pahang river but my room is facing city view. It near to Tanjung Lumpor where the seafood is awesone and can buy goog keropok lekor. You can go to sea side near Teluk Cempedak also a good relaxing place for your family.

check in for 2 days. First day/night experienced quite terrible smell - somewhat like decayed /rotten wood smell. However upon requests, the Hotel managed to get one room and complimentary breakfast. Much appreciated it.

Room is clean and modern look. Unfortunately felt that amenities ia a bit lacking. No face towels and bedroom slippers. Otherwise the room is veey comfy. However, the health centre is terrible!!!! Booked a massage and regretted. Masaage room is run down and smell.

Good enough for a short trip stay. At least there is a health club for a decent massage

Megaview hotel is great regarding its location near city centre and river. We had a room on the top floor with balcony and Riverview. Great value for money and staff were very friendly and efficient. Free parking available and also good wifi.We travelled with our own rental car and travelling into town is only a comfortable 5 minute drive! Hotel supplies good Western and local breakfast. I must not forget to mention Baem (waitress) for her excellent service and great smile, looking after us. Dinner at the hotel is very good and excellent value for money. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Kuantan Malaysia.

Very pleasant and the hotel staff is very polite and helpful.

Ceiling has mould spots probably due to high humidity. Bathroom doesn't have an vanity shelf for travelers to put their own toiletries. Bedsheets looks like it wasn't changed as there are some stains and is slightly on the yellowish side. Only saving grace is the view overlooking the river... It is at max a 2 star hotel. Will not recommend.

It was a pleasant stay with a little bit of problem about the water supply in the bathroom. It took so long to heat up, wasting a lot of water to get to the right temperature. The pressure is a bit weak when it's hot but ok when it's cold. But overall, it was a nice stay.

Very nice and clean hotel with reasonable price. Facing the river. The toilet was so clean and nice. Pleasant staffs. Free parking available. Will come back here.

Neo is a modern and brand new hotel near Penang centre, very friendly staff and surprising breakfast. It's quite accessible to the transport hub - komtar shopping arcade, It is a second-to-none choice for my next stay in Penang again

Friendly staff and nicely refurbish. the car park is not covered, shld add some more big trees...

Overall is fine. Easy to access to east coast mall , berjaya mall. They even offer me free upgrade to executive room . The breakfast is good with variety choices of food. Just parking space is limited . Will go back again next time .

Hotel in an ideal location by the river with a walkway along the river bank. The room was comfortable and the aircon was good. However the pillows were smelly but housekeeping were quick to change to a new set after being informed. Management should review and replace all soiled pillows. Breakfast spread was adequate and delicious. All in all it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Would definately stay at this hotel in my next visit.

Breakfast was ok. But the cafe had a great view of the river and can enjoy seeing the fishing vessels moving up and down the river. However, hotel should upgrade the lift. It takes ages to arrive.

The staff were very pleasant and help full. Room was very clean and has been renovated. Bed was comfortable. In fact had no issues with the hotel. Was very easy to get anywhere. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Condition is good. Breakfast is meeting my expectation.
