Super schönes Resort, leckeres Essen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Lage, nahe zur Stadt. Leider kein Badestrand. Ansonsten alles wunderbar

The staff are very kind and helpful. The resort is well maintained and clean, there are 3 pools that are clean and have a great view. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located 5 mins off the main street, but the resort has a 24/7 shuttle service that brings you close by. We didn’t eat at the resort, there are a few close restaurants which are fine. There is also a close by laundry service.

The road to the hotel is a little bumpy and when we were there, it was flooded so you cant really walk to the hotel. But there is the tuk tuk service for that.

Overall stay is good the vibe and cleanliness is on top. I did had an unexpected issue in my room but around midnight and the maintenance resolve on call that time rectify and check it right away then the next day they checked it again when i asked. I love how and some of the reception and housekeeping is accommodating & courteous with every question or request I have. The view is breathtaking and quiet which is 10/10 for anyone seeking downtime in El nido this is a recommended place

The only thing I didn’t really like was an interaction with one of the restaurant staff members. We were a group of Filipino colleagues staying at the property, and we were asked if we were working or simply walk-ins. The staff member then continued asking if we were staying, which rooms we were staying in, and after we answered, simply said “okay” before changing the topic to ask if we wanted swimming towels and then walking away. I understand that most of your guests are foreigners and that there can sometimes be misunderstandings, and I completely understand the need for staff to verify whether someone is a guest. However, it was a little sad that we seemed to be the only ones questioned in this way, especially since we had already paid in full and were legitimate guests of the property. Perhaps it was simply a misunderstanding, but the way the questions were asked made us feel a little uncomfortable, as though we were being treated as random walk-ins rather than guests. I just hope that in the future, these kinds of questions can be asked in a more polite and welcoming way, without making guests feel singled out.

El alojamiento era perfecto, limpio, bonito y cuadraban los detalles. Además, el personal era muy amable y resolutivo. Nos encantó todo la verdad.

Ho soggiornato nel cottage vista mare, sono molto spaziosi e dotati di ogni confort. Il ristorante e' molto curato e la cucina di buon livello. Dal bar e dalla piscina a sfioro ogni sera si poteva ammirare un tramono spettacolare. tutto lo staff e' molto gentile e attento. Ci siamo avvalsi sia del centro massaggi che dei tour organizzati ed il giudizio e' positivo. Dal resort al centro di El Nido ci vogliono 10 minuti a piedi ma alla sera abbiamo usufruito della comoda navetta gratuita. I cottage sono immersi in uno splendido giardino tropicale che unito alle 3 piscine e all'affaccio diretto sul mare rendono l'atmosfera magica.

Everything was amazing

Wauw, geen woorden voor deze locatie. De reis ernaartoe, opgehaald worden met de tuktuk is al een hele beleving. Deze staat 24u per dag klaar voor de gasten. Geef het aan bij de receptie en binnen no time staat er een driver. Het uitzicht vanaf het resort is werkelijk fenomenaal! In de ochtend zijn er zeeschilpadden te zien, dus houd je ogen open bij het ontbijt. Bij aankomst kregen wij van miss Girlie een zeer uitgebreide uitleg én een welkomstdrankje, heerlijk! Onze koffers werden naar de kamer gedragen (niet gerold, nee gedragen!) en de kamer was prachtig. Echt schoon, ruim genoeg en een hele fijne airco en ventilator. Het restaurant heeft een geweldige kaart en het ontbijt, in een woord fantastisch! Elke ochtend weer andere dingen om te proberen en het personeel verteld je heel graag wat de gerechten zijn. Ze onthouden allergieën en zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, meedenkend en geïnteresseerd. Het personeel staat voor elke vraag klaar en de receptie heeft zelf de basismedicijnen op voorraad en kan adviseren voor bijvoorbeeld trips. De schoonmaak gebeurd ook zeer uitgebreid. Bij het uitchecken is er een ruimte beschikbaar met airco en badkamer waar je kunt wachten tot je vlucht gaat. Ook de Cadlao Boutique is zeker een bezoekje waard! Voor het transfer naar en van het hotel kun je gewoon mailen. Jubert had dit allemaal super geregeld! Francis, Diana, Kamille, Chiara en alle anderen, jullie hebben ons verblijf echt tot een droom gemaakt. Het was een eer jullie te ontmoeten. Cadlao, ga zo door! Wij komen zeker weer terug!

The location but it was alright if your the type of person who loves to explore and walk. But they had the tuk tuk service which is very fast and reliable.

The staff is simply amazing! Everyone had a smile! Absolutely the best quality is the staff! A special shout out to the restaurant staff! Great food with an incredible view of Cadlao Island. We came back after 12 years and the hotel has expanded but the quality has remained the same!

I would have preferred that the Spa being air conditionned but the staff tried to accomodate me the best they could!

El hotel está en primera línea de playa y las vistas son impresionantes. Está lo suficientemente retirado del centro de El Nido como para estar tranquilo pero a la vez cerca. Tienen servicio de tuk tuks para acercarte al pueblo, pero se puede llegar fácilmente paseando. Todo está cuidado al detalle. El personal es muy atento y hacen que la estancia sea de 10. Cualquiera de las cabañas vale la pena.

This property exceeded all my expectations. The breathtaking views easily made this one of my top five hotel stays. The staff were warm and accommodating, and the food, drinks, and scenery at the restaurant were all excellent. The complimentary tuk-tuk service to and from the town centre was also a great convenience. One additional note: the breakfast is not a full buffet-style spread as you might typically expect at many hotels. Instead, guests can choose from a selection of local and international main dishes, along with a variety of breads and pastries.

If I had to mention any minor improvements, I would have preferred one larger swimming pool instead of three medium-sized ones. Additionally, the cottages could benefit from enhanced security, as the main entrance is a sliding glass patio door leading directly into the bedroom and is secured with a basic key lock.

Sin lugar a dudas tu mejor opción para alojarte en El Nido. El personal es extraordinariamente amable y profesional. Nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. Mencion especial para el personal del Restaurante. De verdad que son encantadores, además de que la comida es la mejor que probamos en El Nido y probablemente en nuestro viaje de varias semanas por Filipinas. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y las zonas de piscina son una pasada. Las vistas del atardecer son perfectas! Esta a unos 10 minutos andando del centro del pueblo pero tiene un servicio de tuk tuk privado gratuito que funciona muy bien y las 24h del dia. No te lo pienses

Cadlao Resort was tranquility with a view. Sunsets during dinner were the best. The food offerings were wonderful and El Nido town is only a 5 minute Tuk-Tuk ride from the resort. Above all, it was the resort staff that made our stay memorable.

The beach adjacent to the resort was unsuitable for swimming or lounging. However, we got plenty of beach time on our tours.

We stayed as a family of 6, in the seafront cottage and the family cottage. We loved this resort, the pools were fantastic, the views are spectacular from all parts of the resort, and the restaurant was great. Well priced, great happy hour cocktails and friendly staff. We loved it and would highly recommend

We stayed at Cadlao for our honeymoon and unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations at every stage. Before arrival, we discovered we'd mistakenly booked and paid for the 30th of June instead of the 1st. We contacted the hotel promptly to ask if the extra night could be refunded or applied as credit toward other charges during our stay. This was flatly rejected, with no attempt at a compromise. We also mentioned it was our honeymoon, hoping for some small gesture - even simple room decoration is standard at many hotels for this occasion - but nothing was offered. On arrival, we were told hotel transport into town was available, only to later learn this was restricted to "certain" guests. When we asked the hotel to arrange transport to Nacpan Beach, we were quoted ₱3,500 for a return trip; a driver we spoke to directly quoted ₱1,500 for the same trip. Breakfast is advertised from 6am-10am. I arrived at 6:05am and was told breakfast didn't start until 6:30am, yet a group of five other guests were welcomed in and served shortly after. On checkout day, we'd booked a 12pm spa treatment that overlapped with checkout time. We asked to keep the room slightly later given this, and that our flight wasn't until 5pm, but this was declined despite the hotel being over 80% empty that day. We were given just 30 minutes to shower and pack after the massage. After checking out, while we waited in the restaurant for our airport transfer - still on hotel premises - our wifi access was cut off. Individually these are small issues, but together they added up to a stay that felt indifferent to guests, even on an occasion like a honeymoon. Wouldn't recommend without real changes to how guests requests are handled

The staff are the BEST! Francis from Jinjer restaurant is amazing and attentive, Jubert and his staff accommodated our requests. My brother is celebrating his 60 th birthday, Jubert and his staff created a big surprise for him and we truly appreciated that !! There were so many of them to thank for what they do .. The Tuk Tuk drivers were very kind and they always smile! I love the resort very clean just the perfect spot for us looking for pure enjoyment and relaxation. We already decided to go back there for our future get away from the US. Thank you Cadlao staff!

The resort is beautiful, the pools are amazing and clean. It’s a real paradise

The restaurant’s price is in line with the resort’s price range. When you want to go outside of the resort, you better go to the other town because the neighbourhood is all resorts, construction sites and local houses.

The location was nit easy to get to limited access road made it a challenge. They do provide assistance but it can be inconvenient.

Mosquitos but they are everywhere not just in the resort.

We recently stayed at Cadlao Resort for 7 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, friendly, and couldn't do enough for us throughout our stay. One of the things we really appreciated was the free shuttle service to the Townsquare District, which made it easy to explore El Nido Town whenever we wanted. The resort also provided filtered water and ice from the bar, which was a thoughtful and convenient touch. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. Waking up each morning and opening the curtains to the incredible view made our stay feel even more special. The scenery was simply breathtaking and something we'll never forget. We were genuinely sad to leave at the end of our holiday. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, and Cadlao Resort felt like a home away from home. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting El Nido.

Very helpfull and friendly staff. We had problems with our flight and they allowed us to rearrange our stay dates, great communication. Also helped us rent a scooter, airport transfer etc. The whole place is just a dream. The food and drinks at the restaurant was amazing!

We booked a six-night stay as a couple. Overall, the experience was mixed. The rooms were quite hot throughout our stay, which made them uncomfortable at times. We also had an issue one day when dirty black water came out of the shower. The hotel staff responded promptly and managed to resolve the problem, which we appreciated. However, these issues did impact our stay and prevented it from being a more enjoyable experience.

We had the deluxe larger sea facing rooms, really nice, good size, good air con, pools were nice, restaurant was good, staff were friendly and nice, good breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

The main pool was too cold. The beach isn’t really a swimming beach but not a problem as two pools and easy to get a tuk tuk to beaches within 15 to 30 minutes away.

Accomodation is very nice and spacious and the whole property is well maintained! They are close to the town square and their tuktuks are always available to transport! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming especially Kate from the front desk and Francis and Mary from the restaurant. Their restaurant Jinger also serves top notch food and drinks! It is the place to stay when you’re in El Nido! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

The staff were very nice and the restaurant food was fantastic.

The beachfront room we had was directly behind a bar and the music and conversation went on well into the night. It would have been good to know that ahead of time when it was obviously a problem. Earplugs provided were our first warning! When your paying big money for a beachfront room you expect it to be perfect.

ResortThe resort was very peaceful, and it was exactly what we needed since we were looking for complete relaxation. It's an excellent honeymoon destination. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always doing their best to make us feel at home. If you visit, you should definitely try the Wild Turmeric Lava Cake — it's a must!

It would have been even better if the room had a refrigerator. Since the restaurant closes at 10 PM, it can be difficult to keep any cold drinks in your room afterward. There are water dispensers available, but if you'd like something cold other than water, it's not really possible to have it in your room.

We loved pur poolside bungalow, the swimming pools, views and the lovely restaurant cat (ursula). The restaurant was great for breakfast. They have a 24 hour free tuktuk service to town which is very convenient. The staff are friendly, very quick with communication over WhatsApp and helped with everything we needed. I would totally stay here again.

We found that multiple menu options were not available for lunch/dinner, mainly form the dessert menu.

Overall this was my favorite stay in the Philippines — you get a perfect blend of being at a nice resort that is more private and having the ability to truly enjoy the town of El Nido. Right across the resort you can book a good travel group to go visit near by islands; they were not the cheapest option but they were good to us. The rooms were really nice for the rooms we booked. The rooms we booked have mirrored glass when the sun is out but their more standard rooms have glass that is not mirrored I believe? Not an issue just something to be aware of. Food was really good — they can cook. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was such a welcoming space, well laid out and not too big. The pools and restaurant were positioned perfectly by the water to catch the most amazing sunsets.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti ed è stato semplicemente perfetto: la struttura, la pulizia, l’accoglienza, lo staff e il cibo meritano davvero. La posizione è ottima perché 5 min dal centro in tuktuk e in una zona tranquilla. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio spa, il massaggio di coppia è stato sopra le aspettative. Un ringraziamento speciale allo chef e a tutto lo staff: essendo celiaca e avendo altre intolleranze alimentari, hanno sempre trovato soluzioni adatte a me, con grande attenzione e disponibilità. E ogni piatto era davvero buonissimo.

Cadlao Resort was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the property was beautiful and very well maintained, and the beachfront/pool views during sunset were amazing. The restaurant was also excellent, and the included breakfast was a great way to start each morning.

Honestly, very little. The only minor downside is that it’s a short tricycle ride or walk into the main part of town, but we actually appreciated being slightly removed from the busier areas because it made the resort feel much more peaceful and relaxing.

It is a 3 star hotel but rooms are truly just basic, with good AC, but it is not a good value for money although we had a fantastic stay.

A wonderful resort, right outside El Nido town. Offering free shuttle to the town, which made it very convenient. Super nice staff at reception and restaurant! Food was great too and the pool area is really nice (3 pools to choose from). The room is spacious and beautiful. Can only recommend!

Beautiful property with wonderful staff. Everything was clean and well maintained. The food at Jinjer was the best we ate in El Nido (we ate dinner there most nights). Alvin and his team were so professional and kind, nothing was too much for them. We loved spending the day by the pool and enjoying the amazing sunsets. We will definitely return one day!

This place is perfect and the staff was impeccable. Jubert helped us so much and the attention to detail was like no other. We left our bag in our room by accident and someone came on a motorbike all the way to the airport to deliver the bag. Service like no other in a foreign country!

Best location, and best staff in El Nido.

Its a fantastic resort to escape the bustle of El Nido and still be 800m of the night life. It has a great sunset restaurant that makes ot ideal for hot summer night dinners. The Lobster Fried Rice is to die for. Highly recommended for couples, solo foodies and sunset seekers.... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing to dislike

Staff were lovely and the views from pools, beachside and bar/restaurant are stunning. The best sunset location I saw in El Nido. Rooms are small but have AC and bed was comfortable. This is the secret getaway spot that repeat customers come to for the location. Depending on your room location you can hear the scooters down the lane way behind especially the loud ones. They offer a free tuktuk to the outskirts of town which is a couple of minutes but don’t take you into town which is a bit annoying but at least gets you closer. Breakfast is very expensive for what is included. Dinner choices I found average for my tastes. But I would stay here again for sure as the location and staff were fantastic.

The hotel is very beautiful, there are 3 pools, and the rooms are very cute. It is clean, and the staff is very welcoming. The resort is also very big, and doesn’t feel like an hotel. It’s not in the city, but very close so you can benefit from calm and be in the city easily in tuktuk in 2 minutes. The food was nice, the breakfast too. The pools are very nice. Rooms are fully fonctionnal, AC is working and there is also a fan. Would recommend 100%.
