Eigentlich alles. Es gab wirklich gar nichts auszusetzen. Für ein Hotel im Vergleich zu Deutschland großes Gym. Viel Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich, und das Zimmer war klasse.

No vegan options. As a hotel, there should be vegan options on the menu especially if breakfast is included. Vegan foods must be included and it should not be upon request.

Location was on the quiet side of the beach.

Big clean rooms with cold air conditioning and views of ocean and could exit front gate to beach and side gate to town. We got a couples massage and it was great and right on property.

Could be a little loud in hallways when neighbors came back and kind of stingy with towels. 2 of each that's it.

loved the seamless integration of luxury and nature at El Nido Resorts - Pangulasian Island. The contemporary Filipino villas, stepping directly onto the powdery beach, and the surrounding protected marine sanctuary created an unforgettable, secluded paradise.

The pricing for the room, van service , dining, and island-hopping tours felt quite high compared to mainland options. It would be great if more basic excursions or a broader array of non-motorized water sports were included in the room rate.

Sliding door will not lock so our safety is not safe. Stain on blanket which mean that the blanket was not change. Sewage pipe line is going out in the beach. The beach are filthy and we cannot swim. Children I have seen were very disapointed because they cannot swim. No childrens pool to enjoy themselves. Overall we are very disappointed. Food are very expensive.

Amazing Hotel!! So beautiful hotel with kind, helpful and friendly staff. The room was great big, clean. The breakfast every morning was different foods, so not same each day. Nice pool with great view and fun to play pool. The sunset from the hotel rooftop bar is amazing! We didnt try the spa, but I am sure that is wonderful too. They help book tours for us (A and C) with good tour guides. They got us a tricycle to take us around Nacpan beach and To Las Cabanjas and waited for us at the different places for only 2400 pesos. If we come back to El Nido, this is where I want to stay again. Sooo comfortable and very easy to get to.

The view from our room was breathtaking. The room itself is spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, good options, delicious and very filling! The staff were all very friendly and courteous making the experience truly enjoyable. Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Bien ubicado, con vistas a la playa que aunque no es para baño se agradece. Sales caminando por la playa o las calles a la ciudad/pueblo.

El desayuno tenia lo justo y necesario. El baño si dejabas sin extractor tendía a tener olor a humedad o alcantarilla, nada terrible eso si.

Absolutely blown away when we got walked to our room. We were opposite the pool but looking straight out at the ocean with the beautiful cliffs. The most beautiful sunsets. Could walk out the gate straight onto the sand and be walking down beautiful little el nido town in minutes. We fell in love with this place and plan to return.

Location is good, gardens are lovely, pool is useful as there’s no beach swimming there. Roma are a good size.

Whole place needs a good clean. Facilities are left unused such as a roof terrace on level 5 but there no service in that area. Seems to be a staff hang out on level 5. Staff were not well trained or supervised. Breakfast was pretty poor.

Decor is a little tired and needs a refresh of textiles etc Bathrooms smelled of drains , and appeared to have black mould in the silicon sealant Breakfast was a chore ..1 4-slice toaster for a whole Dining cohort meant there was often a queue. The toaster did not work well ! Eggs cooked to order was good , although not advertised well ! No lighting on the roof terrace after sunset meant that one of our group had a serious fall with injury. Food in the resto bar was average , staff were not that helpful which was surprising , as hotel staff were always obliging , cheerful , polite and respectful Pre Check in email warning of costs to pay if there were stains on the sheets and towels was terrifying !

All staff were incredible. They were always there when we needed something and eager to assist. Super-pleasant and cheerful.

The garbage/scrap heap is still there but they are working on cleaning it up. It was all construction trash, nothing that smelled and I never saw any rodents. I had to fix the drain under the sink because it fell apart but nothing serious. The breakfast was hit and miss, one day I didn't eat anything but fruit and coffee because I couldn't eat anything else.

The property is perfectly located close to town and all the restaurants and bars you need to The hotel pool area is lovely and has a stunning view of the sea and sunset Rooms are spacious and have everything you need to stay from a short stay or long stay Staff were amazing! There was nothing they didn’t want to help with to make sure your stay was amazing

Staff were great. Room was big enough to have 2 big suitcases open. Location is ideal. Breakfast was varied and the fresh fruit was delicious.

WiFi was dog sh*t. Needs a refurb as the decor and branding (the cushions/staff uniform is dated).

Breakfast is good.

We chose a beachfront hotel thinking we could enjoy swimming, but the sea is polluted in that particular area, so we have to travel to other beaches to swim. Hotel washrooms, including the common washroom near the lobby, have a foul smell.

Good location, clean room, balcony overlooked the bay, well located in relation to places to eat, staff were helpful when booking trips, choice at breakfast was good. Housekeeping was good.

Customer service was not as good as it should have been, the staff at the poolside restaurant / bar did not always get the order right. The pool was uninspiring and had no shade, there were insufficient sunbeds for the number of guests.

Notre chambre était dans une maison individuelle au bord de la piscine avec vue sur la mer. La chambre était grande et confortable, avec une très belle salle de bain. L’hôtel est situé sur la plage, avec une belle vue sur les bateaux et le coucher du soleil.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner pourrait été amélioré. La plage malheureusement n’est pas idéale pour la baignade

Frühstück war eher schlicht aber gerade noch okay für ein 3-Sterne Hotel. Zimmer hatte leere Minibar für mitgebrachte Getränke was sehr wichtig ist und die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und die Betten sind groß und bequem.

Die Liegen am Pool aus Holz so ganz ohne Auflagen sind schon sehr unbequem 🫣 Ziemlich laut, weil halt direkt am Strand und mitten in der Stadt aber die Klimaanlage wahr eh lauter.

In the most perfect location. Pool was perfect, and happy hour from 4-7 is a bonus. Walking distance to everything within the town, and right on the beach. Views from the ocean view rooms were stunning both at night & in the morning. The staff were so lovely, and the air conditioning in the rooms was a god send! Big rooms, big beds, can’t complain!

The breakfast is really bad. We actually didn’t eat there after the first day and opted to eat elsewhere. The food at the pool area wasn’t nice either. Not a big deal though, so many options in town.

Am besten war der Pool und in Nähe zur Stadt. Trotzdem war es relativ ruhig und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig.

Teilweise sind die Räume beziehungsweise Türen hellhörig, und man hört vieles im Gang.

They don't have enough chairs around the pool and people just put their towels there to "reserve" them. We were able to get a chair once out of 3 days.

We stayed in a Villa right next to the beach! It was wonderful! Breathtaking view! The pool was fantastic - perfect temperature and we were able to get a sun lounger every time we wanted one! There were plenty of eateries and other amenities close to the Hotel. Staff were wonderful and breakfast was fabulous! Transport/tricycles were easily accessed from outside the Hotel.

The only thing we could fault about this Hotel was that the internet was not working during the time of our visit.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The location is very convenient, right in the center, making it easy to access nearby restaurants and tour agencies. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The room itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the breathtaking view, which made the whole experience even more special. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area.

The only downside during our stay was the Wi-Fi. On our last day, the connection stopped working completely, which was quite inconvenient. It would be great if this issue could be improved for future guests.

Lovely hotel right on El Nido beachfront. It was at the far end of the beach, away from the ferry terminal and boat tours, so it was lovely and quiet. The pool was lovely, although could probably have done with a few more sunbeds. The restaurant near the pool served delicious, well priced food and drinks. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby too.

The room was super nice, exactly like in the photos ! Renovated receny, front beach (if you book the villa), else you’re be staying in the main building. Would advise asking for a room located on the part with the beach. If you get an odd number one, most probably you’ll find it hard to sleep without ear plugs due to the generator outside the hotel which is making noise all night long, plus dogs/bike noise, but on the other side it’s all peace and quiet! Gym is ok, breakfast is super nice - lots of fruits, good pastery, coffee 👌🏻. Location is super close to main harbour where all day trips start - you can book these trips directly from the hotel (you get morning pick up, price is similar to the ones you get in town). Won’t advise on booking the airport transfer - we got here with tuk tuk (2 persona with 2 luggages, 350 pesos per person, experience is quite nice- the van rented from the hotel would be 1800 one way). Pool is super nice, clean, you get towels from main lobby, water is great. Warer pressure is super ok and you also have a water disposal for fresh water on each floor 👌🏻.

There is an odd smell coming from the bathroom (at least in room 315), but I think this was related to the plumbing system.

Loved that the property felt secure with the guards. The situation was great, so close to everything. The pool was lovely although it was very limited on beds for the size of the accommodation (8-10 beds, 3 umbrellas). Sadly I have to say the worst breakfast I've ever had. On top of it being a bad breakfast there wasnt even hot water for the tea bags. Every time I wanted tea they would fill a cup and take it out back, maybe to put in the microwave. Lots of people complaining about the lack of hot water for tea. The place is dated but I think that's generally the way of the island!

The ground staff were wounderful. The location is excellent. The breakfast was nice. Size of the room was great. Bathroom was large and nice.

The reception when we arrived were could. the young man booking us in was lovely however there seemed to be a manager that was not very warm and i didnt like or see the point to why they scaned the childrens birth certs. The pool could also have more shaded areas.

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were impressively spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable throughout our stay. The views were absolutely stunning and really added something special to the experience. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access everything we needed. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and making us feel right at home. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, we would definitely return!

We had a bungalow and when sat on our veranda we could see the sea 50 yards away and the swimming pool 10 yards away to our left. The bungalow was beautiful and spacious.

We managed to get sunbeds with being so close to the pool. But there weren't enough for the 10 bungalows or the hotel with 5 floors.

L’accueil était un peu froid et la réception n’était pas aussi attentionnée que dans d’autres hôtels des Philippines. On nous a fait payer une bouteille d’eau au lieu de nous indiquer qu’il y avait des fontaines gratuites.

Les habitacions son molt comodes, el esmorzar molt complet i molt ben situat, aprop del centre pero lo suficient apartat per no escoltar molt de sorroll Ames el personal de 10! Ens van ajudar en un problema d’una reserva i abans de marxar estava solucionat

Great location in el nido - walkable to absolutely everything. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, good AC. Good gym facilities with AC. Drinking water available around the hotel for free which is great. Restaurant food was good, lots of variety on menu. Breakfast was good and changed daily, fresh fruit was delicious and the staff were very good at topping up items and keeping them fresh! Delicious juices at breakfast.

Floor in our room was dirty, every time we walked on it with bare feet our feet were black! We didn’t get a welcome drink on arrival despite watching other people receive a welcome drink at the same time we arrived! There are only about 10-12 sun beds for the entire hotel which is not enough for such a big hotel and they are solid wood so are very uncomfortable.

Excelente ubicación, impresionante el servicio de Spa, muy buena y completa la habitación, deliciosa comida en el restaurante y excepcional la atención del personal.

La habitación que nos tocó (301) da contra la esquina a la calle y se encuentra frente a un grupo de máquinas y tubos que en ciertos momentos hace un ruido un poco molesto. No está bien insonorizada esa habitación. Algunos espacios comunes exteriores se encontraban en obra. El desayuno es rico pero le falta variedad de cosas universales como panes salados, fiambre, frutos secos, yogurt. Y creo que alrededor de la piscina podrían poner más cantidad de reposeras.

Nous avions reservé une chambre triple .En arrivant dans la chambre ,nous avons constaté que la porte fenetre donnait sur la bas du mur du batiment d'à coté à moins de 5 ou 6 metres de distance.Comme vue pour une station de bord de mer ,on fait mieux et qui plus est cela assombrit beaucoup la chambre à la décoration en plus tristounette .Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre ,mais bien sür cela a été impossible suite hotel soi-disant plein. Probleme avec l'evacuation de l'eau au lavabo et pire encore il n'y a pas d'eau chaude aux lavabos .Trés agreable pour se raser . Petit déjeuner trés moyen et comme partout fait pour les philippins et pas pour des clients europeens .Autre point négatif ,le coffre dans la chambre est posé au sol ce qui vous oblige a vous mettre à genoux par terre pour le manipuler .

J’ai séjourné à l’El Nido Garden Resort et j’ai été très agréablement surprise par notre expérience. J’avais quelques appréhensions en lisant certains avis en ligne, mais je trouve qu’ils sont souvent exagérés et ne reflètent pas vraiment la réalité , l’hôtel mérite plus qu’un 7,9/10 !! 🙏🏼 Le personnel est un vrai point fort : toujours souriant, accueillant et prêt à aider. On se sent rapidement à l’aise. L’hôtel est très beau, il est situé en bord de mer, avec une jolie piscine et des transats pour se détendre dans un cadre magnifique ! La chambre était spacieuse, avec une superbe vue sur la mer, une climatisation efficace et surtout une literie exceptionnelle , le lit et les oreillers sont très confortables, nous avons dormi comme des bébés. Il y a de plus un écran géant avec Netflix, YouTube, prime vidéo, … le wifi est accessible dans tout l’hôtel avec différents mots de passe. Le restaurant est également une excellente surprise, gros coup de cœur pour les sandwiches et les hamburgers qui sont vraiment très bons. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon et suffisant (omelette, bacon, pain, fruits, jus, café, viande, salade, légumes, …) Il y a aussi une salle de sport dans l’hôtel qui possède le nécessaire pour un bon entraînement. L’emplacement est parfait : en plein centre, ce qui permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Pour aller un peu plus loin, les tricycles sont juste devant l’hôtel, donc très pratiques ! À noter : le ménage n’est pas automatique et doit être demandé via une pancarte, mais cela est bien expliqué à l’arrivée donc ce n’est pas un problème. Bref, nous avons passé 4 superbes nuitées et sommes reconnaissants d’avoir pu profiter de ce séjour à 100% 🫶🏻

Côté points d’amélioration, nous avons trouvé dommage que les bouteilles d’eau ne soient pas offertes à l’arrivée (elles sont payantes, même s’il existe des recharges gratuites et que le prix est vraiment minime mais c’est juste un principe de base selon nous). De même, les serviettes de piscine sont payantes (200 pesos), ce qui est un peu étonnant pour un hôtel mais à nouveau c’est minime comme prix. Pour finir, nous avions parfois une odeur d’égout dans la chambre et un sol pas toujours impeccable mais cela n’était pas alarmant non plus. Malgré ces quelques détails, cela reste une très belle expérience et un hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter!!

Prior to 12th March we had a dreadful room with noise from outside filter to kitchen. Outlook to breakfast room on hotel opposite. Had to keep curtains closed or they could see in as needed lights on. No other rooms available to move us. Breakfast a bit limited.

La chambre 201 avec vue sur des machines de climatisations qui font énormément de bruit et la route je n'avais jamais eu une expérience aussi négative en Asie. Le buffet n'est pas très qualitatif également.

Le cottage, la piscine avec une vue incroyable, la proximité avec le centre animé et la plage, le petit déjeuner et le personnel.

L’organisation des vans n’est pas au bon niveau : il vaut mieux gérer par soi même que de demander à l’hôtel. Il y a quelques travaux qui ne nous ont pas perturbés
