Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Burg und Kaiserpalast sind in etwa 30 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zweibettzimmer bieten ausreichend viel Platz
Das Bad hat eine Stufe und man muss nachts gut aufpassen, wenn man nochmal dorthin muss.

Odayı görmeden önce bu şartları bilseydim kesinlikle bu odayı tercih etmezdim. Odada pencere bulunmasına rağmen pencere kilitliydi. Rica etmem üzerine açıldı; ancak pencere dışarıya bakmıyor, ara karanlık bir bina boşluğuna bakıyordu. Bu nedenle odanın doğal ışık ve hava alma imkânı neredeyse yoktu. Odada nem oranı %72 seviyesindeydi. Klima ayarlarının kilitli olması nedeniyle nemi azaltmak için “Dry” modunu kullanamadım. Klimayı yalnızca odayı serinletmek amacıyla çalıştırdım; ancak klimadan oldukça ağır ve rahatsız edici bir koku geldiği için kullanmak zorunda kaldım ve sonrasında açamadım. Bunun yanı sıra yatakların temizliği konusunda da ciddi bir sorun yaşadık. Konaklama sonrasında kaşıntı problemi yaşadık ve bu durum bizi oldukça rahatsız etti. Genel olarak bu odada konaklama deneyimimiz maalesef oldukça kötüydü ve beklentilerimizi karşılamadı. Ancak özellikle belirtmek isterim ki, yaşadığımız bu sorunların otelin tamamını veya diğer odalarını kapsayıp kapsamadığını bilmiyorum. Belki de bize verilen oda özelinde bir problem söz konusu olabilir.

Nella hall è disponibile uno spazio con tavoli e sedie per mangiare o bere un caffè (anche preso fuori). Eravamo in 6, con 3 camere matrimoniali. Lo consigliamo!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Hotel Gran Kyoto were excellent.I enjoyed staying here the one night I had there. An error on my end at check in was overlooked and they were accomodating. I had everything I ever needed, it was comfortable and clean. For the price I paid I can have no complaints It's in a great spot for tourist activities. The Geisha part of town is a 10 minute walk away, there are temples to view and of course the famous market is nearby too. For bits you can't get too local buses and trains are nearby. This was the most convenient hotel I booked whole in Japan.
My only tiny gripe is that the technology is a little behind and there are no usb ports to charge your stuff. You will need an adaptor and really if you're travelling you should have one, so that's on me rather then them As I say the one small improvement

トイレ使用前の準備の音が激しすぎて、毎回、怖いくらいだった。 スタッフの方々が、確認とか手続き中（特に男性）笑顔がほとんどなくて、寂しい気がした。何か不都合があったのかと不安になるので、ちょっとした声かけとか工夫されるとありがたいです。

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026It is located above a busy street, with convenient access to nearby markets. There is a reception desk for check-in, similar to hotels in the U.S., and coin-operated laundry facilities.
We booked one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel-a tatami-style room. It was spacious enough for four people, but the bathroom bidet didn’t work properly, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. There was a small refrigerator but no microwave. We also had to make our own beds, although we weren’t sure whether this was standard for a tatami-style room. Given the price we paid, we expected a better experience. In hindsight, booking separate rooms might have been a better choice.

Note that you can't see out the window and have to ask to open it. The AC was nice and strong. Clean room. The water dispenser in the lobby was a life saver in the blistering heat of summer.

一部の女性スタッフの対応の悪さに疲弊した。 こちらの問い合わせ件についてチェックアウト時に受付では対応できなかったが、その後、電話にて問い合わせたところ結局対応できることとなった。受付はよく調べもせずにマニュアル対応のみしか出来ない、機転が利かない感じのため、こちらが、再三対応しないといけないところが疲れた。上手く対応してくれるホテルのフロントがある分、差を感じた。

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026絕對是地理位置，河源町三條，每次逛完神社、附近的百貨像BAL、愛電王、京都高島屋回來車站就在門口算相當方便，出來巷口有7-11但時常沒有東西，總體而言地理位置很好。2樓有洗衣機可以洗算是住長天數的一大福音。可以拿免費的櫃檯的瓶裝水也不錯，不用特別去買超商的水。
絕對是不乾淨程度，前幾天睡起來很癢，後面4天睡起來有好一點，每天早上12:00前可以跟櫃檯說要整理房間，但是可能是地板是地毯所以很容易髒，不推。看人品了。

鏡台みたいなのがあってもいいかなと スタッフにバス乗り場を聞いたら反対側を言われてしまい乗ったのにすぐ降りてバス代を損した あと浴槽のヘリにゴミがあった

Fenêtre qui ne peut pas du tout s'ouvrir même en OB, et vitre qui ne pemet pas de voir dehors. Bien pour 2 ou 3 jours mais pour un séjour plus long cela devient oppressant

Pulizia ottimale. Stanza piccola ma in Giappone ne abbiamo trovate di più piccole. Nella hall era disponibile acqua fresca, grandi tavoli e divani dove poter stare a lavorare, mangiare, rilassarsi
Aria condizionata molto forte nella hall. Manca un onsen interno, peccato. Bagno e camera piccolini, nella media degli standard giapponesi.

Excellent emplacement (5 mn de Gion à pied, Metro et plusieurs bus à proximité immédiate, très nombreux commerces et restaurants au pied de l’hôtel…) chambres spacieuses, grands lits confortables, laverie en libre service (payante), réception 24/24 avec personnel très serviable, à un prix plus que raisonnable. Parfait pour découvrir Kyoto et ses environs

Breakfast was included and a very good assortment of dishes to choose from. Facilities were very good and very clean. The room was modern. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

O banheiro e quarto são ligeiramente menores, ainda que para padrões japoneses, mas ainda assim compensa pois o hotel é limpo e muito bem localizado. Perto de restaurantes, do mercado principal e lojas. Fizemos tudo a pé! Tem uma loja de conveniência ao lado do hotel.
A descarga do banheiro era meio barulhenta, e para entrar no banheiro tinha um degrau, mas nada que prejudicasse a estadia. É um hotel que vale a pena!

No real window - since staying longer in Japan, this is normal. There was a loose stool to get into the bathroom as it was a high step, this wobbled and was slippery when getting out the shower.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Chambre propre, possible lavage et séchage même si mode d'emploi pas évident malgré les explications. Séchage avec prolongation tout juste bon pas le pire du voyage. Emplacement un peu excentré pour le calme mais proche métro. Hôtel calme. Pas recommandé si temps long sur place, pas d'agrément à rentrer le soir, même si la chambre fait son job.
chambre la plus petite et étriquée de notre voyage, limite pour 2 avec une grosse valise, nous nous en sommes accommodé quand même. Pas vraiment de zone d'accueil avec café et ou thé. Pas de petit déjeuner possible. Le minimum quoi. Dans notre cas, agrément de séjour faible concernant l’hôtel. Même petites, les chambres d'Osaka et Tokyo avec d'autres chaines d’hôtel ont été plus plaisantes et optimum en qualité/prix.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026観光したかった場所からもそれぞれ近く、24時間チェックイン体制が整えられてる点が良かったです。
1階の奥にある休憩スペースが、電波状況が悪いということをチェックアウトしてから気づき、チェックアウトしてからその場所で次への旅の経路を確認していたので、チェックアウト後もフリーWi-Fiが使えたら良かったかなぁと思いました。もしかして、フリーWi-Fi飛んでたのかなぁ？私の確認ミスだったらごめんなさい。
