We had a comfortable stay here. The location was perfect as it’s an easy walk to restaurants etc. Nice to have a complimentary breakfast.

In the Main Street

Wunderbares Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bietet aber alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur das Fitnessstudio ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Die Lage zum Arches Nationalpark war optimal, gleichzeitig konnten viele Restaurants in Moab fußläufig erreicht werden. Das Frühstück war ok, sehr netter Service, es gab neben dem standardmäßigem Rührei auch Omlett. Die Zimmer waren ok mit ausreichend Platz. Insgesamt alles sauber.

Frühstück bis auf das Omlett wie immer wenig abwechslungsreich. Pool war ok, es gab aber keinen Getränkeverkauf. Man konnte am Pool angeblich im Nebenlokal Snacks und Getränke bestellen, die geliefert werden sollen, der Barcode an den Tischen hat aber nicht funktioniert,

The room was located outside main buildings, which we weren't aware of while making the reservation. No elevator. Children had to cross parking area on the way to the pool so it was risky to let them go there alone.

Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn is the one I'd lean toward. It's right in the heart of downtown, has a particularly strong reputation for cleanliness and breakfast, and has a rooftop terrace. If you're planning to spend your days at Arches, Canyonlands, hiking, scenic drives, or off-roading, a Best Western in Moab makes a lot of sense. It's more of a comfortable, convenient place to sleep and recharge than a luxury hotel.

An in incredibly good breakfast for hotel fare. The kitchen manager kept a close eye on things and was there to assist. At least three good. restaurants within steps of the hotel.

The TV was overly complicated for viewing apps. We never figured it out.

The breakfast room was upstairs and had a lovely patio with outdoor seating. The pool was large and able to accommodate multiple guests at once. Also, the rooms were very spacious, and there was more than one sink, making it very convenient for larger families and groups. Also, the lobby had free water and coffee, and the furniture was very comfortable. I was also able to walk to multiple different restaurants and other places from the property. There was a side door that led directly to the parking lot, so I could enter the property with my keycard and return to my room more efficiently. Also, the no pets rule helped keep the hotel much cleaner.

The location was great in the center of town close to everything. It was just a few short minutes from National Parks. The breakfast was great with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options. My daughter enjoyed the pool. It was clean and comfortable.

The rooms felt a little dated and there was a small staircase in the middle of the hotel so we had to load one luggage cart and then carry down the stairs and unload onto another luggage cart to finish the trip to the room. Not a huge deal but slightly inconvenient since we had a lot of luggage.

Leider war es relativ hellhörig und wie oft in Amerikanischen Motels ist der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Zimmer, WIFI hat nur unzreichend funktioniert, Frühstücksbuffet ist sicherlich ausbaufähig

EVERYTHING! The hotel exceeds all expectations. We booked this stay last minute. We have never been to the area and we're overwhelmed with reviews on area hotels. We are so glad we landed here. The facility is gorgeous. The value was unmatched for ALL the amenities. The outdoor pool and hot tub was the perfect place to escape the midday heat. Our room was HUGE and comfortable. I loved the tile floor and sitting area. Complimentary breakfast was top notch! The breakfast attendant was so personable and on top of everything. The food options were better than some area restaurants. They even had a pancake machine! So many restaurants within yards, Gloria's even delivers to the pool! 😂 The only issue is going to be finding anything that compares when we travel other places. We will be back!

Vi boede i President suiten, som skulle være det bedste værelse til 4 personer. Der var en kingsize bed, som var rigtig god, og så var der en sovesofa, som var den dårligste sofa jeg nogensinde har set. Man lå direkte på fjedre, og selve stellet var fuldstændig skævt. Dette kan man altså ikke tilbyde, som en reel ekstra seng. Vi fandt ud af noget med personalet, og heldigvis var det to børn, der ikke var for tunge og derfor klarede nætterne på “sengen”. Det havde været meget bedre, men en ekstra queensize, som i de andre værelser. Vi betalte 50% mere for noget der var dårligere end det andet værelse vi bestilte. Desværre.

Great hotel. Room was clean and had ample space. The pool and hot tub were clean and the space was perfect. I would really like to highlight the breakfast service; Food was great, and we liked that it was included. What what made it really special were the 2 guys that served it - Diego and Jorge. They were so friendly and welcoming, and provided the BEST breakfast service I've had in any hotel - ever. Front desk staff was also very friendly. Will stay here again next time we travel to Moab. Location was top tier. I also highly recommend the Moab Food Truck Park, a couple blocks away, awesome for lunch or dinner (we especially liked the Mediterranean and Taco Food trucks), as well as the Dos Mas coffee shop (and Mexican ice cream shop next to it), right across the street from the hotel.

We chose this hotel for its pool, which wasn't open—it's not normal that they didn't mention that when we made the reservation.

Without tourism Moab would probably be no more than a service centre for farm equipment, building and fuel supplies and consumables but the astonishing landscape (including Canyonlands and The Arches NP) have made this Main Street town a mecca for 4WD and SxS enthusiasts, cyclists and treckers of all ages. There are innumerable value priced motels in Moab and Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn carries a small premium due to its central location (restaurants, galleries and the Tourist Bureau)

We spent 20 days traveling out west, staying at the BW hotels when available, and this was by far the best experience of them all. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was within walking distance or a 5 min drive to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The amenities were unending, and we would like to give a special thanks to the gentlemen that worked the included breakfast area. These guys were so nice and friendly that it was a pleasure to see their smiling faces every morning. They could be training examples for all the other BW hotels

Another fabulous Best Western. Helpful staff from the front desk (dinner suggestions) to the super friendly & helpful young man at breakfast this am. The outside dining area is a nice touch. Also very clean and walkable to restaurants and shops.

We had a fantastic stay here in Moab! The room was clean and spacious. The pool area was great. Location is central and close to several restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and the staff at breakfast and throughout our stay were friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend BW Plus Canyonlands Inn! The location is walking distance to the downtown restaurants, visitor center, and shops. The hotel is extremely clean and inviting, but best of all--the staff was wonderful! I want to make special note about the breakfast that is included. It was well presented and included many options, and the kitchen staff went over and above to make sure we enjoyed our breakfast and had everything we needed! It really was exceptional, and I will look forward to my next visit.

GREAT LOCATION which accounts for the highest tariff in Moab. The town itself has contains nothing outstanding other than its proximity to Canyonlands Arches and other natural features. Certainly one of the best motel breakfasts we've experienced in 25,000 miles motoring across the USA

We usually avoid Best Western but, after reading the reviews we decided to give this downtown Moab location a try...I'm glad that we did. This Best Western was in the middle of all dining and shopping, walking distance to almost everything. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet (the room doors did not "slam"). The bed was very comfortable and shower was very hot. Breakfast each morning had a nice variety. The breakfast attendants were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a 5 minute drive to Arches National Park. We will definitely be staying here each time we visit Moab.

The staff were excellent throughout.. the lady who checked us in and had earlier in the day welcomed us and offered to store our bags was welcoming and helpful, the gentleman who was leading the breakfast service was outstanding, he was welcoming friendly highly professional and showed great care assisting those unfamiliar with the breakfast area and those who needed extra help consistently and with lovely enthusiasm he made our stay even better. Easy to find along Central Street in historical Moab, this Best Western is well maintained, loved, clean and has all the bells and whistles. We were greeted by friendly Felicia who gave us useful tips. Through her, we found a tasty Thai restaurant called “Singha,” just down the street. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee machine in the front foyer. This machine even had decaf Café Lata. It was the best machine, even better than the BW in Bryce and Zion. We were upgraded to a larger room due to our American Platinum Express card. It had two good size queen size beds and even a couch sitting area. The bathroom area was of your standard older version of a bathroom, sink and tub shower. Although, there was another adjacent area with another sink and a place to hang your clothes. The view outside our window was of no consequence. We did use the good size refrigerator. The TV had a number of free streaming services. We were watching the Lioness when we received a knock on the door asking us to lower the volume. To be fair, our TV was loud as there was plenty of shooting going on. There is a good size and inviting pool attached to this BW. Breakfast is on the second floor. There is inside and outside seating. The food does vary. The people who take care of the kitchen area is well deserving of a tip. You will not go hungry. This BW is right in the heart of historic Moab, easy walking distance to a number restaurants, café’s, bars and stores. It is not far from Arches National Park just north of town. Just further on 191 is Canyonlands National Park. One should not miss the view from Dead Horse Point State Park. Going east on 128 is a gorgeous 17-mile Colorado River gorge. A free Museum of Film and Western Heritage exists at the Red Cliff’s Lodge. The museum is filled with artifacts, posters, pictures and even an interesting video of the area’s filming history. There is even a good-looking restaurant that overlooks the Colorado river. If you do travel through Castle Valley there is the largest tree in the State of Utah located in that community. One of our favorite finds is going north along 191 is the Mill Canyon Dinosaur Tracksite. There is something special seeing a Dinosaur track 60 to 100 million years old. This site also has a crocodile path. Don’t let the dirt road turn you around as this display is well worth the effort to view. Perfect stop to explore Moab! The gals at front desk were so friendly and very capable. Breakfast was just great and the guys were so friendly as well. Best of all the pool area was awesome after hiking. Walk out the door to the cutest shops and cool restaurants!

We had stayed at the other Best Western in Moab a couple of times and decided to try this one on our most recent visit to Moab. I can't think of a single thing we didn't like about this place. The hotel was more expensive than some other Best Westerns we have stayed at, but it truly was a high quality and elegant hotel, starting from the moment we checked into it. Our stay included a comfortable guest room experience, a lovely outdoor pool and hot tub, and a wonderful breakfast. There's a rooftop terrace where is was enjoyable to sit on and watch the world of Moab go by. The location is perfectly located within walking distance of restaurants and shops where guests can guy souvenirs. In addition, it's fairly close to Arches National Park. There is no charge for parking, and there's enough for everybody. If a guest needs an electric car charger, they have those for you. We took advantage of the complimentary coffee in the lobby. You can call them about this, but my understanding is that they do not accept pets. The only thing we might have taken issue with is the people who supplied the food for the buffet acting as if they were waiters in a restaurant so they could collect tips. Guests are already paying a good amount of money for their stay, and it's a buffet, so there should not be anyone trying to score a tip from anyone. I would love to stay at this hotel when in the area again.

The hotel can be quite noisy early in the morning as a lot of guests have early starts - not the hotel's fault though.

I LOVED this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had tile floors instead of dingy carpet. The rooms were also modern and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a large variety of food at the complimentary breakfast. I wouldn’t stay at any other hotel in Moab.

One of the only reasons we chose this hotel was for the hot tub and the hot tub water was tepid. We asked if temp could be turned up but it wasn’t. It was definitely not hot enough to feel good or be relaxing.

Very centrally located hotel. Can walk to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are large and clean. The star of the stay was the breakfast staff, all were so kind and friendly. We primarily interacted with Jorge who is absolutely amazing and puts a smile on your face every morning. I believe another reviewer said they were going to start a fan club...sign us up! :-)

The Best Western and the staff were wonderful and friendly. The room was very large and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The Italian restaurant next door was excellent, as well Stone's restaurant across the street. Arches national park was amazing.

best westeren canyon lands, is Undoubtedly no.1 in avery good ​chain of hotels that I experienced. impeccable service! impeccable rooms! the people who designed this hotel really thought of everything!! from the parking through the reception area to the shower in the room. in between naturally ,comes the amazing stuff!! that's the pounding heart of this hotel!! every one of them is excellent in his Field! reception- breakfast- cleaning impeccable!! all that combined with a charming small city, in proximity to amazing national and state parks ,results in a perfect vacation!!!

Right in the heart of laid back Moab the perfect base for exploring The Arches and Canyonlands

The breakfast room staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, and engaging. The location in town was very convenient to shops and restaurants.

For the price, the room was very average.

The location was excellent. The staff were nice in the beginning but once you have a problem, they’re very rude to you. Avoid room 101. This room is right near the lobby, the ice machine and the water machine. Also at 5 AM the restaurant staff starts getting ready for breakfast on the second floor right above your room. During their preparation, all we could hear starting at 5 AM was foot traffic back-and-forth on our ceiling. When we approached the staff about this we were met we rudeness. That the hotel was full and they had to use that room. Even though we made a reservation months in advance and checked in early. For the price we paid it wasn’t worth the rudeness or noise.

This hotel was immaculate, friendly staff, and very well situated for everything we were doing. The staff members at front desk greeted us every time we came in. We were there for a week. The included breakfast was yummy. The staff in the breakfast room was delightful too.

The pool is in the shade in the late afternoon evening. But if you’re there in late spring or summer, it doesn’t matter because it’s so hot outside.

BF was good, I know that you can't expect a lot of the BF in the US. European BF are just a higher quality! The rooms are spacious and very standard for best western. You get what you expect. Location is lovely, very close to lovely restaurants and stores.

Everything was fine - people were friendly and all worked well for our family. Not a big experience for us to stay here - but all was fine.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Fantastic location just off the main road in the centre of Moab (but quiet), modern and tastefully decorated. Good reception team. Large clean, comfortable room. The breakfast (included) was fabulous. Lots of fresh fruit, a hot buffet (little omelettes constantly being cooked and placed in the server), and a good choice of drinks. Indeed the hot and cold drinks in the reception were also much appreciated. Large car park. We stayed here for four nights. Unfortunately we experienced some torrential rain, so it was great to have a comfortable room and a town to wander around (highly recommend the independent bookshop on the main street). Due to the slightly wet and then very wet weather, we did not check out the rooftop seating or the pool. A great location for heading to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. They even served breakfast early enough for us to head out for a hot air balloon flight at dawn. If we are in the area again, this is definitely where we would book to stay (I am sure there are many other nice places to stay in the town!).

Tolle Lage mitten in Moab, alle Restaurants etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem war nachts kein Lärm zu hören. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und beinhaltet neben diversen kalten und warmen Speisen auch frisch zubereitete Pancakes und Obst. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf der Außenterrasse frühstücken. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren groß und sehr sauber und komfortabel ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind kostenfrei in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Pool und Whirlpool sind auch toll.

Super Hotel, allerdings auch nicht ganz günstig. Beim Frühstück wird (wie in fast jedem Hotel in den USA) Plastik-Besteck verwendet, was damit begründet wird, dass in der Region Wasserknappheit herrscht und daher auf eine Spülmaschine verzichtet wird.

The location was perfect. The room was comfortable, spacious and very very clean. We loved the vinyl flooring in the room vs carpet. Breakfast was wonderful! Diego was so friendly and helpful. The terrace off the breakfast room was a really nice bonus. We also enjoyed the 24/7 coffee and cappuccino machine in the lobby. Great Hotel!

The location was fabulous--short walk to shops and restaurants--and a quick drive to Arches and a moderate drive to Canyonlands. The breakfast was varied and plentiful with a very responsive, friendly staff and they had non-dairy milk for vegans or those with allergies. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and both the housekeeping and front desk staff were courteous and friendly. We chose the two queen beds with the extra living area with a chair and couch, which proved very useful for our family of four for six nights. We also used the laundry facilities, which came in handy even though we didn't expect to need them. I had been worried about the noise from the street and local restaurants because of some other posts, but we didn't have a noise issue. The hotel was well maintained, and we didn't have a problem with the three steps down to get to our room on the second floor, but if you would have an issue with them (I think they were on both floors), I imagine you could request a room before the steps on either level (the elevator gets you to the second floor). I don't know whether they can guarantee that, but we had requested the second floor (my husband did based on some posts but I'm not sure why) and our request was granted. Reading my review over, it seems a bit bot-like, but this is a real review from a family in Maryland. I don't usually take the time for reviews, but we had a really good experience, so I thought I'd share it in case it's helpful to others.

Stayed at BW Canyonlands last year and came back again this mid March for 5 days. Great place to stay. Staff treated us very well and the room was very nice. The breakfast staff (Diego, Jorge and Jose) are all excellent. They treat you like family. A lot of things to do within walking distance. Will be my go to when we visit Moab in the future.

Stayed here for 3 nights. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast hosts were top notch. The whole hotel seemed spotless. The breakfast was wonderful each morning. The room was quite large and very clean. I would very much recommend this hotel! If I’m ever back in Moab we will definitely return here. Maybe next time I would pick the top floor as I could hear our upstairs neighbors just walking around.
