This is my second time staying at the Homewood in Moab and both times, everything from the friendly, helpful staff, to the room, to the incredible breakfast have been TOP NOTCH! I will stay here anytime I am in Moab.

What a lovely stay! We had a great room (king with a sofa), the staff was friendly and attentive, and I loved that they had the sandalwood Crabtree & Evelyn amenities in the bathroom. Great location, easy parking, and a delicious breakfast make this spotlessly clean hotel a winner. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice experience and stay at the Homewood suites in Moab. We stayed there from July 4 through July 6 visiting arches national Park and canyonlands national Park. Denise at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly and helped us out with three separate requests. She told us where we could go see fireworks in town and where we could get ice cream afterwards. She also helped us with the laundry room. It did look like she was very busy, but she still walked up to the laundry room and helped us open the door when our key card didn’t work. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day of hiking and the breakfast area was wonderful as well. They had coffee available throughout the day and evening. If you’re going to Moab, definitely stay at the Homewood suites. It is also located in the middle of town close to all of the restaurants, shops and ice cream places. Great stay! :-)

Mostly nice, but the main thing we want from a hotel when we are on the road is a restful night’s sleep. The loud noise from the road below kept us up until the wee hours, and the super thin sheets on the bed kept popping off the corners. Tough to fix the road noise but for what we paid a decent set of sheets should be standard.

The breakfast is great! They even have pork carnitas and tortillas! Lobby has board games you can use Good location

★★☆☆☆ We stayed in late May 2026 in a One King Studio with Balcony. Within about 30 minutes of check-in, we reported that our room wasn’t cooling to a comfortable temperature. The thermostat was set to 70°F, but despite following hotel management’s recommendations—including keeping the blackout blind closed, using the ceiling fan, and adding a portable floor fan—the room remained approximately 78–82°F throughout the evening and overnight. Management advised that the system was operating as designed and that similar cooling performance could be expected elsewhere in the hotel. Unfortunately, we checked out early because the room never reached a comfortable temperature.

We were traveling with our 12 and 14 year old grandsons. Great location in the heart of Moab. Staff is very friendly, rooms were clean, easy check in and many breakfast options.

We were on a tour of the Mighty 5 National Parks in Utah and were scheduled to stay here for 2 nights. What a pleasant experience, first time at a Homewood Suites (we almost always stay at Hampton Inns throughout America). The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay; breakfasts were hot, delicious and plenteous; and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great shower. We’ll have to consider staying at a Homewood Suites again.

Wonderful clean location, very friendly staff, spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and the breakfast was delish. There was plenty of parking and we were able to charge our Tesla during our stay. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops.

We spent a couple of nights at Homewood Suites in Moab while we were attending on off-road 4-wheeling class. Sven was at the front desk and was very helpful getting us checked in. He gave us warning that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working particularly well. He also gave us several recommendations for places to eat nearby. His recommendations were excellent. He was also correct about the air conditioning in the room. It didn’t wirk very well. I mentioned it to the manager, Autumn, the next morning. She was very helpful in getting maintenance to look at the problem and she also brought up a fan to our room to help move the cool air. Overall, we were impressed with all of the hotel staff. Everyone was very cheerful, attentive and friendly. Our room (333) was immaculate! Kudos to the housekeeping staff. In addition to its great staff, it is also a very convenient location and a good value. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel was great and all aspects. The room was nice and very clean. You’re very centrally located in downtown in Moab to walk anywhere for shopping and dining. The staff was excellent very kind and welcoming.

We stayed as a couple at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Moab, Utah, while attending a funeral. In a difficult time, this hotel provided a true home away from home. The spacious suite with a separate living area, comfortable king bed, and full kitchen gave us much-needed privacy and the ability to prepare simple meals. The property is impeccably clean, quiet despite the convenient downtown Main Street location, and the staff was genuinely kind, compassionate, and helpful without being intrusive. Free hot breakfast was a comforting start each morning, and the indoor pool/hot tub offered a relaxing spot in the evenings. We’re grateful for the comfortable, supportive stay during a hard trip and would definitely choose this property again.”

Everyone here is so nice. They really work had and go out of their way to make everything perfect. The rooms are great and you are right on the main strip. Shopping is minutes a way and a health store coop is right next to the hotel. Everything has been remodeled beautifully. I absolutely love this hotel snd Moab. Mainly, I love the friendly, kind people that work here that make you feel at home. They were absolutely awesome.

Our room was facing the street and the traffic noise was REALLY loud..also bathroom had issues..mold or dirt in shower floor corners and bathroom ceiling was cracking and needed repair

Price was way too high for such a room. They conduct business meetings for companies in the breakfast room. We could not get a table as employees of a company were using the entire room.

This is a really nice facility with full size refrigerator and freezer. A step up from a Residence Inn. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The only negative is most of the balcony rooms are street side. A bit loud by day but quiet by night.

Our room was very clean. The staff was very responsive to all requests. Any time we needed additional items, they were promptly delivered. The breakfast was good and filling. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and shops as well. We were able to walk to several places easily. We enjoyed our stay.

Homewood Suites always delivers, and the Moab location is no exception. Right downtown (walkable to an assortment of food and activities), they have balcony rooms that allow you to sit out and enjoy the scenery, a pool, hottub, gym, and even an outdoor grill area. One note - bring you own quarters and detergent for the laundry room. They have the washer and dryer, but no change machine or detergent machine.

Our recent stay at the Homewood Suites in Moab was unfortunately not what we had hoped for, especially given what was presented as an “upgrade.” The day before our arrival, the hotel called to ask if I would be willing to switch my Diamond member upgrade from a king bed to a room with two queen beds, mentioning that it would be a bit larger. I didn’t mind at all—after 36 years of marriage, having separate beds can actually be a nice change! However, the caller failed to mention that the room was a handicap-accessible room. Had that been disclosed, I would have declined the change. Upon arrival, we discovered the room was indeed accessible and, to make matters worse, it was located at the very front of the hotel. This turned out to be a significant issue, as the main street in front of the property essentially became a “drag strip” at night, with loud exhaust and cars racing up and down, making it difficult to relax or sleep. At checkout, I shared my concerns with the assistant manager, explaining that I felt "duped" by not being informed about the room type. Her response was that accessible rooms are considered upgrades, which, in my view, was not appropriate for my needs and certainly not how I would define an upgrade. I also mentioned the excessive noise, and she responded by saying that rooms at the back of the hotel—with mountain views—are considered upgrades as well (so why weren't we offered one of those rooms?). She added that there was nothing in my reservation indicating I was a " light sleeper", which I didn't even know I needed to indicate in my reservation!! All in all, I felt her response was dismissive rather than helpful. In addition to these issues, the hotel itself felt somewhat dated or “tired,” a sentiment we also heard echoed by another guest during our stay. Another factor worth noting is that the rooms here are not inexpensive. The hotel clearly benefits from a bit of a captive market given its proximity to the national parks. While I ended up using Hilton points for this stay, I’ve stayed in much nicer Hilton properties that required the same—or even fewer—points than what I used here, which made the experience feel even more disappointing from a value perspective. To be fair, there were some positives. The location is very convenient to Arches National Park, which was a major plus, and the breakfast offered a nice variety and was enjoyable. Overall, the hotel experience was disappointing—particularly due to the lack of transparency about the room and the way our concerns were handled. That said, being able to experience the incredible beauty of Arches National Park ultimately made the trip worthwhile.

My husband and I were traveling with friends on a guided tour which had has booked here for 2 nights. Our room was spacious with a king size bed and a full kitchenette which is my favorite perk of staying at Homewood Suites. The breakfast buffet had the standard Homewood Suites type of breakfast offerings. The dining room was a large area so it was easy to find a table even during peak breakfast time. I would recommend anyone traveling to Moab to stay at this hotel.

This hotel was delightful. The location couldn't be better! We could walk to the amazing Food Truck Park (which we definitely recommend) in less than a few minutes. We brought out delicious dinner to our room and ate it on our balcony overlooking the town of Moab. The room was comfortable. The front desk staff is excellent especially Hannah and Denise. Both gave us extraordinary advice and made our stay at the hotel extra special.

Pool was a little cloudy. Everything else was great.

Overall it was a 5 of 5. Location on Main Street very convenient. Hotel staff from front desk to cleaning staff friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast food of good quality and varied selections. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable, TV worked well and great channel selections available. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator is a plus. My knock on the room would be on the bathroom setup. We like the separated dressing area from the toilet and tub. Unfortunately there is no way to close or shield the dressing area off from the bed area. With the water closet light switch being in the dressing area when someone uses that area the bright light is broadcast into the dressing area and, therefore, into the sleeping area of the room. Same with the dressing area light. No way to shield it from the sleeping area.

This Homewood Suites is one I always stay at when I’m passing through Moab. It always have very clean rooms and one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever seen at a hotel! It’s centrally located so you are just a few blocks from all the food and shops! Can’t recommend this place enough!

I come from St. George ever 3 months for work and I only stay here. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always pleasant. Great lounge an swimming areas. Best part walking distance to a great night life and restraints

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and it’s always been great. This most recent trip reminded me why I always stay here when in Moab. Great location in town, I can walk to shops, food, bike shops, etc. The rooms are all comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is nice. The guest service manager, Autumn, was great in answering all my annoying questions and the rest of the staff was very friendly. I will be back.

We called to book and only single beds were available. We stayed here last year for a week with the family and it was great! Room was clean, parking was safe and the breakfast was good. I booked anyway and Autumn was awesome! She found us a double and we where able to say for a week for the 2nd year in row. Thank you for helping us out and we'll see you again next year! (I'll book earlier next time)

Rooms,parking lot,and the whole facility are all extremely super clean. The complimentary breakfast is amazingly good. And the staff super friendly. (The bad) the rooms could use bigger tvs.

Being right in the heart of a vibrant, walkable downtown made everything so convenient and enjoyable. We loved being able to step outside and immediately be part of the singular energy of downtown Moab. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely professional. They didn’t just meet expectations—they went above and beyond in ways that made our stay feel personal and special. A perfect example: they organized an Easter egg hunt for guests, and it absolutely delighted our children. We left with wonderful memories and will absolutely be returning. Very clean for allowing pets. Was there by chance on Jeep week. Place was busy and customer service was great.

Homewood Suites in Moab was the PERFECT spot to stay when visiting the nearby national parks. The suite, which included a small kitchen and living area, was spacious, modern and very clean. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast was included and had many options for any traveler's tastes. The hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurants which was very appreciated after a long day enjoying the beautiful outdoors of the area. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this Hilton property!

The location is fantastic — perfectly situated and convenient for getting around. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which is always a top priority when traveling. The breakfast was a great highlight — a delicious and convenient way to kick off the day. It's the kind of place that keeps you coming back, and I'm already planning to return on my next trip. The breakfast was wonderful and very allergy friendly. The staff helped me to find items that were dairy free, which was so helpful. We enjoyed our room and spent time in the pool! The location is perfect — on the Main Street but not right in the center. Just a walk away from bakeries and cute shops!

Sven's customer service was fantastic. Kids loved the bunk beds and the pool.

The only note I have is that our guest wifi code and room phone didn't work during our stay. We had our dogs with us, so the room phone couldn't be fixed. Our phones have unlimited data, so the wifi issue didn't dampen our stay....otherwise everything else was amazing and we'll definitely visit again!
