Moqueta, suelo no recto, sin ascensor, instalaciones antiguas y algunas dañadas, ventana un poco descolgada y hay que cerrarla subiéndola y buscando que encajen ambos lados.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Very pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. Small but perfectly functional room with its own compact bathroom (shower and toilet). Lovely, helpful staff. Cleaned daily, very high standard of cleanliness. The older look of the building feels romantic rather than dated. Metro within walking distance, plenty of breakfast spots around.
Rooms are small and modest, and there's no air conditioning – opening the French window wide was enough for us, but worth knowing in a heatwave.

The standard room is so tiny. No division. Your bed is facing a toilet bowl and it’s dirty. No ac, only one plug that is on the side of the bed on the foot part.

Personale poco cordiale, assenza di ascensore, pessimo odore di moquette sporca nel corridoio e anche in camera, porte che creano disagio nell'apertura e nella chiusa. Bagno poco agibile e non ventilato: lavandino piccolissimo, doccia che non si chiude, con pessima pressione dell'acqua e difficile regolazione della temperatura (per chi ha i capelli lunghi diventa proibitivo lavarseli), inoltre non sempre ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani. La finestra della camera (piccolissima) non si apriva con facilità e in una occasione siamo rimaste con la finestra chiusa tutta la notte a soffrire il caldo e il pessimo ricircolo d'aria.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Leider ist es ein wenig laut bei geöffnetem Fenster. Das Duschwasser war sofort warm. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt. Ich bin sehr dankbar, denn ich habe statt im 5. Stock ein Zimmer im 4. Stock bekommen

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Excellent location in a Central location. Lots of cafes and bars. Easy walk of Notre Dame. Good atmosphere. Small room but with Juliet balcony. Fan was also provided. Reasonable water pressure in the shower. Bed comfortable. Good value for money. No frills.
We had a room right at the top of the building - no lift. Would not suit anyone that had mobility issues or was unsteady.

Moquette ovunque. Bagno in condizioni precarie. Odore di fognatura imbarazzante. Scale a chiocciola ripide, dove la mattina vengono lanciate le lenzuola delle camere che stanno pulendo e quindi, oltre alla pericolosità delle scale, devi anche districarti tra le lenzuola. Non c’è ascensore. Non servono colazione

Nos encontramos manchas en las sábanas (color marrón y pelos). Las toallas…si las dejamos colocadas en diferentes sitios de la habitación es para diferenciar de las 4 personas, solo hay 2 colgadores en la habitación cuádruple, no está bien que muevan y doblen las toallas para dejarlas juntas en el baño (no las cambiaron y no sabíamos de quien era…al moverlas de sitio). No me gustó el trato del personal, no saludaban en la mañana cuando yo les decía buenos días en Frances. Somos un grupo de 4 mujeres y aún no nos habían dado la habitación utilizamos el baño del hotel pequeño no cabíamos y nos dijeron que diéramos prisa.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Die Zimmer sind chic und sauber, WC und Dusche klein aber fein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und alles lief sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt an der Rue Rivoli, eine der Hauptstraßen und doch recht ruhig, weil verkehrsberuhigt. Dazu Notre Dame, Louvre und etliche andere Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar!

The smell of the room is bad and in summer the room is too hot, there is no air conditioning. Price is huge. Furnitures are very very old, I do not understand how you cannot find time to buy a new wordrobe at IKEA with all the money you get.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026L'emplacement est idéal et le monsieur à l'accueil est très serviable. La taille de la chambre est satisfaisante pour une famille. Des toilettes accessibles à chaque palier c'est rassurant, au cas où une urgence se fait sentir.
La chambre n'était pas très propre, dans les détails, notamment la table de chevet. En outre le mobilier semble un peu vieillot par exemple le placard en bois, la brosse des toilettes trop usée ou encore l'applique murale au-dessus des lits qui est carrément de travers car décollée sur une partie. De plus pour une chambre familiale, les enfants auraient apprécié une télé plus grande car celle-ci est petite et est placée assez loin au-dessus du placard.

Tengo 64 años, mi esposa 63 y nos alojaron en un tercer piso sin ascensor... La escalera de subida es super estrecha, con escalones desnivelados... Nos costó mucho esfuerzo llegar a la habitación, el baño super pequeño y se ve que lleva tiempo sin reformarse

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026It was close to the metro so was good to get around Paris and when looked was cheap and cheerful and did the job as we wasn’t there to stay in our hotel we was there for a bed and shower which it had and to explore the city so had everything we basically needed.
Could have maybe done with a lift although I get it’s hard to put things like that in old property’s we was on the 4th floor so was abit draining to climb but we worked our day to where we only did it once a day.

Tudo isso é passível de se ir sabendo a partir das avaliações anteriores. Gostei do fato de meu quarto ser limpo todos os dias. Isso eu não tinha tomado nota lendo as avaliações anteriores.
Achei bastante preocupante não terem me solicitado qualquer documento em momento algum. Durante o check-in, não me pediram nenhuma identificação formal, o que me causou certa preocupação. Sei que o estabelecimento é pequeno e conta com poucos colaboradores, mas, em um local que recebe viajantes, considero muito inadequado não haver qualquer conferência de documentação. Nunca havia passado por uma situação semelhante: informei apenas meu nome e, aparentemente, isso foi suficiente. De resto, não tenho grandes reclamações. Já fui para o local ciente de sua realidade, inclusive após ler as avaliações anteriores. Concordo, porém, com alguns comentários de que as fotografias apresentadas não correspondem exatamente à realidade. O quarto, por exemplo, não é tal qual aparece nas fotos. Ainda assim, não esperava muito mais de um estabelecimento nessa região considerando o preço cobrado. Procuro ser realista e justo nas minhas avaliações: não considero razoável exigir o mesmo padrão de um estabelecimento mais caro, especialmente quando se trata de uma opção econômica em uma região com boa localização.

Habilitación chica, incómoda. Placard mal ubicado y feo. Baño minúsculo donde te golpeabas con todos los artefactos y la ducha también muy chica donde apenas podías lavarte. Y el hotel no cuesta con ascensor.

When I checked out, I actually found myself thinking, “I hope I don’t get sick.” The towels weren’t clean, the room wasn’t clean, and there were still marks from the previous guest on the toilet door. The beds were dirty as well. I only booked it because I needed a place to stay for one night, but I regretted spending my money on it.

Purtroppo la nostra camera non era nessuna di quelle che si vede in foto. Moquette sporca e un ventilatore. Il bagno dove ci entra una sola persona era l’unica parte più nuova.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Location was great with plenty of shopping options nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Public transport options were extremely close so it made getting around very easy. The room was the perfect size and fresh towels were provided into our stay. The apartment faced away from the sun so our room didn’t get too hot which was great for summertime

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Emplacement au top pour faire un max de visites à pied 👍. Personnel vraiment très gentil. On reviendra....en précisant cependant notre souhait d être au 1er étage car sans ascenseur avec un petit loulou pas évident.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Uniquement l'emplacement de l'hôtel à deux pas du métro Saint-Paul. J'avais besoin d'être dans ce quartier, c'était la raison de mon choix de cet hôtel.
Difficile de dormir dans cet hôtel, ce qui est pour moi l'objectif principal! Mal insonorisé: J'entendais tous les bruits des chambres voisines, le bruit des voitures dans la rue. Pas de volets et rideaux pas assez occultants: Il fait plein jour dans la chambre à 6h00 du matin! De plus manque de propreté et d'aération de la chambre qui sentait très fort le tabac froid... Des tâches suspectes sur les draps et brûlures de cigarettes sur la table de nuit. Pas d'ascenseur et aucune aide ne m'a été proposée pour monter ma valise au 4ème étage, sachant que je ne suis plus toute jeune! Pas de petit déjeuner possible. Mauvais rapport qualité-prix: Heureusement qu'il y a des hôtels moins chers et bien plus confortables dans Paris, Je ne recommande vraiment pas celui-ci!

Chambre au 5eme sans ascenseur (heureusement je fais un peu de sport). Chambre sous les toits avec un mobilier à bout de souffle : armoire IKEA dont on sent qu’elle a été démontée et remontée 25 fois. Tout demande à être rafraîchi. Porte de sdb ne tenant pas ouverte. Une seule serviette posée par terre, pas de tapis de bain.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026La ubicacion esta buena y tambien como llevabamos valijas grandes nos dieron una habitacion en el primer piso, ademas nos dieron agua fria a la salida del hotel, en cuanto a ayuda el equipo se porto super bien!
creo que podrian implementar la opcion de tener AC portatiles para los dias calurosos que hay, justo cunaod viajamos nos encontramos con la ola de calor y no tenian AC a dispocision, entonces es algo que podrian implementar para mejorar el servicio.
