Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt! Wir haben eine Nacht im Victoria Can Tho Resort verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Begrüßung bei unserer Ankunft – wir wurden so freundlich und aufmerksam empfangen, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Überhaupt war das gesamte Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder in den anderen Bereichen des Hotels: Wir sind überall auf herzliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter getroffen. Auch unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen – schön eingerichtet, komfortabel und sehr gepflegt. Dazu kommt die wunderschöne, grüne und hervorragend gepflegte Anlage, die eine angenehm ruhige Atmosphäre direkt am Mekong schafft. Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht hier waren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Victoria Can Tho Resort uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den wundervollen Aufenthalt!

Un posto meraviglioso, con spazi molto curati, un design dallo stile elegante con il fascino di materiali esotici e naturali. Bellissime le piscine, ben due per adulti e bambini. La vegetazione attorno straordinaria, curata dagli esperti del resort. La zona spa con casette bungalow di paglia stupende con una palestra accessoriata. La colazione raggiunge livelli eccellenti con un ampissima offerta dal cibo locale, alle influenze francesi a quelle più tradizionali continentali. La colazione merita un 5 stelle. Lo staff eccellente molto professionale, sempre sorridenti e sempre disponibili, curati e preparatissimi: Questo resort è un sogno e ci lasceremo il cuore.

My partner likes a more firm pillow than soft but this is only a minor thing.

Nous étions venus en couple il y a 18 ans et nous avons souhaité revenir dans cet hôtel pour partager avec nos enfants l’expérience merveilleuse que nous y avions vécue à l’époque. Et quelle belle surprise de retrouver, toutes ces années après, tout ce qui nous avait tant séduits lors de notre premier séjour ! Le lieu est magnifique, avec un superbe style colonial, plein de charme et d’élégance. Les piscines sont très agréables et l’excursion en bateau privé jusqu’au marché flottant est une expérience que nous recommandons vivement. Le petit déjeuner est également de très bonne qualité. Un endroit qui a su conserver tout son charme au fil des années et qui nous a permis de créer de nouveaux souvenirs en famille.

Le dîner était très bon et à la hauteur d’un hôtel de ce standing, le rapport qualité-prix est toutefois un peu élevé. Cela n’enlève rien à la qualité globale de la restauration et de l’expérience sur place.

The hotel had a lovely charm of old. It was well located and offered everything we needed.

It was unfortunate that one of the pools was closed for maintenance whilst we were there which we were not made aware of until after booking.

Personnel accueillant, souriant et gentil. Mention spéciale à l’employé qui nous accueille, s’occupe de nos bagages et qui nous aborde chaleureusement chaque fois qu’on sort on rentre à l’hôtel. En plus, il a un français parfait!! Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement!!

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a true haven of peace during their stay in Can Tho. I stayed for a week, which allowed me to fully enjoy the property. A one- or two-day stay may be a bit short to truly appreciate all it has to offer. It is possible to organize several excursions, in addition to the floating market—sometimes even more authentic—as well as enjoy the evening market. Taking time for a day at the spa or by the pool is a real moment of relaxation. The place is of great beauty, both calming and refined. The architecture, gardens, common areas, and even the scents create a uniquely enveloping atmosphere. The comfort is excellent, and the staff is exceptionally kind. A special mention to the reception team—Madame Min, Madame Dõng, and Madame Ngang—as well as Madame Trink for the massage; all of them demonstrated remarkable professionalism and warmth. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant and terrace for dinner provide a truly pleasant setting. Beautiful paintings are displayed in the lobby, and they can be purchased at the hotel’s boutique, which also offers bags made with the artist’s works. It is a true cocoon, where one feels completely at ease. I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a moment of calm, beauty, and comfort.

Bel et grand hôtel avec une magnifique piscine. Chambres confortables et personnel très serviable. On peut aller au centre de Can Tho à pieds en suivant la rivière. Plusieurs bars et bon petit déjeuner.

L’excursion au marxhé flottant organisée par l’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur : le guide nous trimballe dans un magasin pour acheter des nouilles de riz puis force la main pour acheter chez l’artisan des paniers en bambou soit-disant faits mains… avec des attaches en plastique.

Einfach alles! Das Hotel liegt ganz ruhig, direkt am Mekong. Es ist wie eine Oase inmitten der Hektik und der Lautstärke der Stadt. Wir haben die letzten drei Tage unserer dreiwöchigen Rundreise hier verbracht. Alles ist sehr gepflegt - von den Zimmern über die Außenanlagen und den Pools. Das Frühstück ist großartig. Es gibt alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch sehr gut. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist jedoch die außerordentliche Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, vom Gärtner bis zur Bedienung im Restaurant. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wenn man am Ende einer Vietnamreise noch ein paar Tage relaxen will, ist man hier richtig. Absolute Empfehlung! Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

What’s not to like. From the front desk to the restaurant to the spa to the property itself, everyone and everything was exceptional. I’d mention names but I’m afraid I’d miss someone. Stay/Start here and add a 7-day cruise up the Mekong River with Victoria Mekong Cruises. I’ll be back!

Everything! The location was perfect very close to the walking bridge. The pool area was fantastic. Room was very spacious comfortable ams clean. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

A fantastic hotel in Can Tho, so close to downtown, but at the same time in a very quiet and secluded area. It is a small paradise. Staff is incredibly helpful, they helped us get information about opening hours of museums, rent a motorbike. The facilities are just outstanding, it's a historic hotel with the vibe of colonial style, with modern amenities. The outdoor pool with water above 30 degrees is just great.

Honetly, everything was great. The only thing they can improve is to fix a few missing tiles in the swimming pool, that's about it!

Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel im Colonial-Stil! Das Hotel liegt direkt am Fluss und nur wenige Minuten über eine wunderschöne Brücke zu Fuß vom trubeligen Zentrum entfernt. Wir waren wirklich froh, nicht direkt im Zentrum zu wohnen, sondern außerhalb und ruhig. Zwei Pools dienten zur Abkühlung. Die Zimmer sind nicht riesig, jedoch für uns ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Pool is excellent, with pool staff assisting chairs, towels refreshments etc. Restaurants provided very good tasty food of a high quality All the staff are there to make your stay better, great customer service.

Beautiful pool area and nice staff. The yoga teacher was amazing.

We were quoted 700 VND for a transfer from the airport, while a grab was 120 VND. This is the biggest markup we’d experienced from any hotel while travelling in Vietnam, and it wasn’t a very good first impression. The hotel offered a complimentary yoga class but didn’t make it clear advance booking was required, so I was disappointed to turn up and the yoga teacher not be there. I did the yoga on my first day and just turned up - it was the best yoga class I’ve ever done. So was disappointed the following day.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the dinner. We wanted cheeseburger, but they were out. We ordered a club sandwich and a Caesar salad, and it wasn’t very good at all. No taste. The breakfast was excellent.

There is really nothing to improve about our stay in Can Tho. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to visit another Victoria Resort afterwards—but unfortunately that one did not live up to the same high standard.

Het is super schoon en het zwembad is prachtig! De ligging is perfect. Je loopt in de avond naar de night market

Het hotel oogt massaal en groot en dat is het ook, maar merk je niet als je er zit.

Prachtig hotel op 10 min lopen langs een mooie boulevard naar het centrum. Vriendelijk personeel, prachtige zwembaden en een fantastisch ontbijt. Ook het avond eten was super. Kamer was ruim een het bed fijn.

De accommodatie was een dikke 10 maar de georganiseerde boottrip naar de drijvende markt zou ik niet aanbevelen. De markt is niet meer wat je ervan verwacht, meer boten met toeristen dan fruit/groenten verkopende bootje.
