Vị trí rất đẹp, gần như đẹp nhất ở bến Ninh Kiều. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình tư vấn phòng và những dịch vụ gần bến Ninh Kiều. Buffet sáng ngon, rất vừa miệng.

Vào cuối tuần có thể có hội nghị của một công ty nào đó nên sẽ rất đông đúc

Kế toàn của khách sạn làm việc rất tệ. Ko xuất hóa đơn cho khách hàng mặc dù bắt khách hàng trả tiền ngay từ đâu nhưng hóa đợn thì ko trả ngay. Khi check out khách hẹn sẽ gửi lại thông tin xuất ok. Tới khi bảo xuất thì bảo quá 1 ngày ko cuất nưa. Tiền trả thì phải trả hóa đơn làm khách hàng mất tiền oan với ks này. Trong khi nhiều khách sạn khác vẫn hỗ trợ bình thường Khách ở thât, tiền trả thật thì phải xuất hóa đơn. Ko thể viện cớ do qui đinh thuế này thuế kia để ko xuất hóa đơn. Cần hộ trợ để khách hàng ko mất tiền oan chỉ vì thủ tục ko rõ ràng.

Excellent location locating right next the Ninh Kieu river walk and restaurants. All the breakfast buffets items are so good.

The shower door allowed water to leak outside causing slippery surfaces

At night, on the waking path, there were too many retailed sellers & money begging people who aggressively forced us to buy their products or asked for money.

The bed is too hard and the shower-licking water floods through the hold bathroom

Nice rivers view, walking distance to dinner cruise, night Market and shopping. Lovely 2 nights at Ninh Kieu Riverside Hotel on our 20 yrs married anniversary. Great breakfast too. It was recommended by my daughter, she was booking this hotel for few nights before. Anyway thanks for the service. 14/12/2023 YH and LP

Water leaks out while showering. Breakfast was crowded with tourist to the point that it was difficult to find a seat. The food selection was poor. Only offering 1 noodles soup and the other food was the same for 3 day straight. Drinks all pour into the container hot, thats a first for me. Location is close to the night market but that's it. Hotel had alot of mosquitoes, could be because we were close to the river. We stayed at Muong Thanh 5 yrs ago and thought this was similar, it turned out to be far from it. Bed was hard. I will not go back here.

Location is great !

4 stars hotel but the shower head is only 3 stars and also they should upgrade the hair dryer . It is not heating enough for drying long hair. Took ages to get it dried.

Friendly staffing but we’re very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The towels provided were so old and smells. The bathroom door wasn’t properly closed.

Hotellet var flot....i 1980! Meget slidt og beskidt hotel. Sengen var så hård at man ligeså godt kunne sove på gulvet og afløbet i badet virkede dårligt. Morgenmaden var 99% asiatisk og personalet kunne ikke kommunikere på engelsk.

Amazing mekong views. Went on hotel river dinner cruise that was a experience and very reasonable. Room cleaned e every day with fresh fruit left. Huge breakfast choice. Arranged river morning Market trip very reasonable

The staff was great. Could not ask for any better. The hotel looked pretty nice on the outside, but my room had little issues here there, but nothing to really complain about. The food, the little I had was good. The area around the hotel is nice and well maintained. If or when I return to the area, I would stay again.

Everything was perfect during my stay in this hotel. In terms of view, location, staff, foods, and affordable room rate, I have found nothing to criticize. But there was unpleasant smell from the drain in shower booth, which was gone once I started taking shower.

Modern design hotel in a great location. However, housekeeping could do a better job at cleaning the bathroom. The bed is hard. Buffet breakfast selection is excellent; more like lunch.

The hotel doesn’t live up to its 4 stars status. The bedroom is big, but haven’t got ambience. The shower overflows into bathroom area, and the bathroom blinds are slightly broken. Breakfast buffet is good and service attentive

The view from my window both day and night is spectacular

Excellent location. Bed is very hard. Bathroom smells and air con does not reach into bathroom making it very hot and stuffy in there. Had to call reception every time you want to use the gym and waited 25 minutes and physically went down to reception area to ask for someone to open the gym.

For that price it is clearly overrated, strong stinky smell in toilet.
