The personnel quality is good.

The water pressure is insufficient. There is not enough hot water. There is no bathing experience in the bathtub room.

The location was nice. That’s why we gave it a chance.

As soon as we entered the room it was clear someone had smoked in the room a lot. The smell was strong. They sprayed the curtains with air freshener but that only covered the smoke smell. Second the aircon did not work as soon as we got in the room. They worked on it a couple minutes and said just give it time. It never got the room anywhere near cold. Next the safe did not work they had to come reset the password so it could be used. Last straw was the bath towels smelled so bad we didn’t even want to use them to dry off. We spent a total of about 4 hours then packed our bags and left the hotel. Hotel basically said too bad we are not giving your money back for the 4 additional nights we had booked.

The staff are amazing and really helpful. The location is very convenient. I had a nice room with a jacuzzi in the bathroom.

Nothing really

The pool is small, the water cold, no sun, no sun bridges, the budget rooms are in the older wing but still in very good condition but have no elevator. The housekeeping is messy. The window of my room had no daylight

The room was very dark even with all the lights on. Previously I have stayed in a similar room with a modern samsung TV. This time an old Panasonic which cannot screen mirror so disappointed.

Ladies on reception and the bar staff were polite.

The pool. Too small and indoors kills it. They need a rooftop pool. The shower had no hotwater and virtually no pressure for 3 days in a row. They offer you a welcome drink on arrival but for 2 days they ran out of tequilia and would not change to vodka or gin - Manager's orders, so only coffee was available.

Location was close to entertainment and restaurants

One of the 6 rooms I reserved had strong odor from smoking. Staff offered much smaller room as replacement. Room would not work for one adult and three children. Property had adjoining rooms available but refused to move my two daughters with 6 children to those rooms staying they couldn’t move them because I made my reservations through 3rd party. Tried to give 3 rooms for the two adjoining rooms but told no because it would be an upgrade, even though the rooms I wanted to trade cost more than the adjoining rooms. Doesn’t make sense that they could change rooms for their convenience but not for ours. Also, no elevator in older part of building, carrying bags up and down stairs was not fun.

New building. The balcony has not been cleaned at all, and cigarette butts and trash are scattered everywhere. The bed comforter smells terrible, and the pillows have a terrible aged smell. Unsanitary throughout. Previously, it was not new, but it was clean and comfortable.

The room and half of the hotel does not match the photos. The front desk told me "marketing strategy ". Which is very disappointing. Miss leading the public is not acceptable in my opinion

The rooms were super clean and of high standard for the price. The pool wasn’t that great but everything else made up definitely a place to stay if you’re not bothered about swimming and sunbathing

In shower area there is no Sope and shapoo Holder. bathroom mat also not available, need to request and get. Doors closer not working proper its too heavy to handle and heavy noise while cloaing the door. bottom of the door more space and passage light entering inside gap and spoils darkness of the room.

Very close to walking street. The room was very nice and loved the big mirror next to the bed . The staff were very nice and friendly and always a smile for me. Hot water and water pressure are great. I would stay there again :)

I stayed at Valentino's for 16 days not far off the walking street. Decent, room size with a balcony, good staff, and house keeping. They just opened a bar in the lobby. Upgraded the pool, for the most part I enjoyed my stay..

Aircon was defective we have to transfer to another room. Shower head sprays all over the bathroom

호텔 위치가 너무 으슥하여 저녁이후 밖에 나가기 어렵습니다. 실내 청결상태 시설 모두 불만족입니다. 특히 탁자가 청소되지 않아 직접 딱았습니다.

An acceptable last minute two night booking.

工事の音がやはりひどい。 朝起きたくない時間帯に工事の音で起こされるし、夜も夜10時までとかなり遅くまで工事の音がうるさすぎる。 口コミで知ってはいたが工事は終わっているだろうと思って7泊したのが失敗した。 あと何故か以前はよくつながっていた部屋内、ロビーでもフリーwifiが頻繁に切れる。

No elevator in the Hotel. We had free water and a kettle but neither tea nor coffee etc. Sower head sprays more water around you than towards you. Great location, Safe parking

Valentino's is a nice hotel, I had the balcony room which added a special touch. I really liked the fact that the cut off time to have your room cleaned was 6pm. The only thing I did not like about my stay was the construction noise from the building next door.

Hotel well located near walking street.overall clean. Recommand upgrading as the bed in the basic room is not as good and you may end up to have a view on a wall. Note that there are work done on building next door and it can be a little noisy.

No Elevator for 4th Floor. Broken Window for Balcony Unkind Receptionist....ask to my companion for ID without asking me anything and treat my friend as a Bar girl. So rude.

Front desk staff very pleasant, room fine for price. Good location, only Down side was no elevator, and my room was on 4th floor. When their new addition is finished next summer, they’re supposed to have an elevator. If they keep rates the same it would be a good option

たしかにウォーキングストリートは近く、安全に行き来できる。また、このホテルにはエレベーターがないものの、運動と思えば乗り切れる。これは良い点です。 私はデラックスルームを予約したのですが、窓はあるものの、暗くてカビ臭い部屋だった。窓の外は建築中のビルがあり、カーテンとは別にシートで目隠しがしてあった。朝6時くらいから時折、騒音も聞こえる。 日中、明かりの入らない部屋は気が滅入る。この周辺には、半額ぐらいでそういう安いボロ部屋があるので、中級料金でワンランク下のクソみたいな部屋を堂々と貸すなと思ってしまいました。 結局、部屋を変えてもらいました。その点は感謝しています。 従業員は優しい方々で、新しい部屋は申し分ない部屋でしたが、部屋を変える交渉は面倒でした。レベルの低い部屋が当たる可能性がある点は悪いところです。

事前にクラーク空港までのサービスカーをメールで依頼した際の反応もよく、きちんと手配をしてくれた。ホテル内はエレベーターがないが、それほど気にはならないと思う。以前に宿泊した時よりも、細かい設備、例えばシャワーノズルなど、改善されていた気がする。スタッフも感じは良いので、またアンヘレスに行く時は宿泊候補とする。

5 floor hotel with no elevator ? The stairs are hard to climb with no proper landings built as you turn to walk up another floor......its clean staff is good ...The rooms are very poorly lit....

Its a good place to stay,, if u dont want a pool..

I liked the area everything was locally and within walking distances or you could reach your destination by trike or jitney. Although I missed a swimming pool but is under construction in the new rentavation
