Staff was negligent (lost girlfriend's id card) and refused to take responsibility or take action to correct the problem caused by their policies

The staff were kind and very helpful.

Both washbasins on unit 310 and unit 525 are clogged and not draining water. AC on unit 310 is very noisy so we had difficulty sleeping.

Location is ok, everything else could be better though.

Aircon was very loud, decor in rooms was very old & tatty, hotel isn’t great but also not so expensive, budget option.

Excellent location and a clean hotel. Special thanks to Filipina Manager and the female hotel staff I don't know her name who resolved the issue by talking to local scam taxi who asked extra money of his delivery!

Location is somewhat good being near SM (though there's no direct road connecting the 2 establishments), there are pharmacies too nearby.

They claimed I have 2 room reservations?! So I didn't get the studio I had booked and paid for : (

I got a room where the shower pressure was weak and water was only cold. The hotel had internet but not in the room. The TV and safebox were broken. The hallway noise was loud!!! : (

SUITE FOR 3 PAX, We had to pay 100 each for blankets (thick) Shampoo was rejoice 3pid pack cut into 3pieces. We had to call 2x for the complimentary bottled water The table was dirty inside the suite. The receptionist was not welcomy. Day 1 and day 2 . Both elevators were noisy. No coffee/kettle in the room The lock of the bathroom/toilet was destroyed.

overall stay doesnt meet my expectation, there is a lot to improve

The following are the issues I'm facing while inside the facility. first, front desk has machine for cards or gcash payment but not working, so we need to withdraw cash to pay. 2nd, the room is not that appealing to see, 3rd, the tv is not working, no signal 4th, the internet is not working at all, but before I booked online it emphasizes that internet,television are included. The worst hotel experience.

I thought it was part of the fee i paid but i was informed it was not. Booking online says with breakfast but we had to pay for our breakfast and i think 399/head is quite expensive when comparing to the food offered.

aside from my sentiment in the previous question, I have no other concern.

The staff is not friendly, seems not suitable for Customer Service. They dont even greet with smile. Not time conscious. I was asking them to fix the card because It was not working. The lady has to keep on chatting with her colleague instead of addressing it first. Seems the room was not clean. At around 4:30 am we here the cleaning ladies so loud at the hallway chatting like no body was asleep.

The breakfast was great especially ordering the eggs you wanted them

I had to transfer to another hotel because I cannot sleep. The sheets were itchy, the leather foam cover of the bed needs to be replaced. the shower nozzle needs replacement. there is no wifi (but the front desk advised me that the wifi is slow. its not just slow, I couldnt connect at all!). and my data signal is poor! the Cable TV connection is also poor. so after 1.5 hours of check in, I went down again and checked out! They are willing to give me another room but I told them, dont bother because I need a good internet connection. I transferred to the nearby Savannah Hotel (I just rode a trike) and I had a great sleep! I’m a frequent traveler to Clark so I tried many hotels there already. But this one is a NO.

Sobrang dumi ng cr sa malapit sa waiting area. Hindi gumagana yung heater at yung bathtub wala naman pang lock yung sink para magamit. Yung wifi sa tv nawawala at nung pinaayos, hindi naman inayos. Yung stay namin ng 2nd day no wifi even sa phine kasi pinatay nalang nila.
