It’s an old property good location for those who target Old Lucknow

It’s quite old property in terms of favorite room decor room amenities Rooms and floors has an old smell which usually comes from old property where things are not maintained properly and updated regularly

Cleanliness wasn't good, breakfast options were Limited and repetitive which was disappointing for such an establishment. There are better options at lower or similar price range that fill the gaps found here

Breakfast options and cleanliness like occasional cleaning of lanterns, lamps

The room size was nice, the staff was great, the property location was amazing, central to most of the attraction, the breakfast area was beautifully done and nice

Food was very very average, for the price point that it was there the options were fairly limited, so not really value for money, the breakfast options were very bad and every thing in breakfast was like street food, very very spicy , very very limited and even after 1 hour of opening was not fully ready. The food was the biggest let down and limitations of the hotel and offering

Location is very near to parks and markets

The in room facility is very outdated and old

Great staff. My old relative was helped to the facilites and wheel chair provided even when she was not staying at the hotel. Thanks to the staff.

Great Stay! I was there with my family for 4 days. Room was clean and staff was very helpful. Plenty of options for the breakfast.

They didn’t have basic medicines such as for domstal, ondem or stemetil. My daughter fell sick at midnight and I had to get medicines from blinkit. Also while checking out the staff at the reception wasn’t aware that I had already been charged for the stay. I had to tell him and show him the message on my phone - only then he agreed. They should be trained better.

This place needs a makeover. The c.orridors are smelly, rooms need to refurbished and the bathrooms too.

The size of the Hotel and breakfast are a wonderfull

In the bathroom not too much space for put our items not enough hangers for putting the towels.Our batywas not clean.Im also dissapointed no alcool for this 5 star Hotel .😡

There were no sild curtains in the room and could not sleep .. the sound was too much ,and had to keep asking for water to be sent to the room ... the breakfast was sorry affair as well , ended up having itl at the zolo crust ..

Great building. Brilliant staff. Reservation was easy. Very warm welcome, efficient check in . Taxi transfers to and from airport arranged at a fair price with safe drivers. Initial pick up was efficient and polite. Reception organised a driver and car to key sights in city. Safe and efficient service, lots seen in short time again for a fair price. Certainly made to feel a valued customer, thank you everyone.

Pool surround dirty. Cylindrical shaped rungs on pool ladders are never a comfy idea, what is wrong with a flat step??

Centrally located

Not very safe. One person tried to barge in using master key. Initially the telephone rang which I was not able to pick. After sometime one person barged in without even knocking on the door. On questioning he said he had come to give an iron, which I had not asked for. Very scary. Complained to the duty manager. They had no complaints register, which was strange. Clearly the intention was burglary. While checking in the clerk was sitting on a chair busy with other guest. No extra chairs in the reception for guests waiting. The clerk should be standing not sitting. He was busy crunching numbers while I had to wait. Food was pathetic. I had expected genuine food that Lucknow is famous for but we were disappointed.

The service time and acountability of request can improve. the service in the restaurant can also improve.

Though we were late for breakfast still managed to get nice grilled sandwich and omelette.

Cheerful staff as they looked tired, my observation completely.

The management was not good. The room was provided to us later than expected even though we arrived well after the official check in time. The prices for the rooms were too high. They even demanded extra 1500 INR + taxes from us even though we did not get any extra bed. Later after enquiring about the reason for that, they did not charge us. This looks like a shady way to extort money.

The entrance lobby, staff, location, Gomti river view, helpful front desk, quick room service delivery, Falak Nama was a good experience ,

the food was average, breakfast was not varied- but heavy on fried stuff, Dosa etc. very oily, we had to change the room as the first room was below expectation's, leaky shower , wet bathrooms etc. the rooms need a big upgrade, after the grand entrance, they are a disappointment.

Expensive for the location though, could have been more affordable, had to give up on choosing breakfast option.
