Bloom Hotel - Indiranagar

Very clean and well-built facilities that you don't find in every hotel in Bangalore. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even receiving packages without prompting.

We stayed in Bloom Hotels before. This one was the most expensive for a unfortunately rather basic experience.

Rooms are a bit older but very neat

Friendly staff, good central location with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. Room was spacious. Loved the selection of free cold drinks from the fridge near reception.

Renovation work happening in the hotel reception area at 1am. Lots of noise as a result. Not great for guests trying to sleep in the middle of the night. A shower screen would be much better than a curtain. And main window curtain was broken, which meant light coming in. Breakfast selection was okay - friendly and helpful member of staff.

The most convenient location!!! Clean and spacious rooms.

The location is excellent. Small boutique hotel good for short stays.

Every night there was sharp noise on adjoining doors which woke us up. It was happening at some intervals. The bathroom needs some upgrades. The F&B needs more options. Food options were just too limited.

Location is good and the color of the hotel is nice.

The check-in was weird, took extremely long. I had to wait for some computer confirmation, then download an app and confirm something in the app after entering my details. The waiting for the confirmation to come through took very long. It's not regular, but something specific to the Bloom group. The room seemed sunny and new on the photo, but was very old. Breakfast was simple.

Somehow it gave a feeling of more a serviced apartment than a upmarket hotel accommodation.

I stayed in room no #103 on the 1st floor, and for some reason the airconditioner in that room made a lot of noise to the extent that one couldn't sleep in place. Weird dichotomy since on one hand you want to turn it off but then the room has no fan, so it gets super stuffy. Plus you've had a long day and its middle of the night so expecting someone to show up is ambitious.

The ambiance, the accessibility and the location was what we liked. The staff were courteous

The front office team were very helpful and the location was great. One of the two rooms we booked had a seating area which was nice.

I tried calling the property before I arrived a number of times but there was no response. Despite a complaint, the shower head in our room had no pressure at all. The bathroom of one room had a peculiar smell that persisted despite the property making an effrot to get rid of the odour. The property should clear its entrance at the sidewalk to allow for guests to off load and load their baggage.

Location with several amenities and eateries in the neighbourhood. A pigeon or 2 outside the window may be a nuisance to some.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient part of Indiranagar with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall ambience was modern and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the room felt bright and pleasant.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, and sound insulation could have been better—noise from the outside was irritating . I also didn’t like the restroom design because after taking a shower, the entire toilet area would get wet.

1. Noise from revelers late in the night 2. Entrance blocked with vehicles. 3. Check-in could have been a little more efficient.

Location is reasonbly close to Metro (1.5km). Lots of eateries around.

Wifi almost non-existent. Kept dropping off every few minutes and finally, figured imy phone 5G was better. Slow check-in and check-out process 'cos of slow wifi, as even the staff complained. Road noise is omnipresent even with windows closed. Being in middle on Indiranagar, it is a big hassle wrt traffic, getting to and from the hotel. They don't provide lotion, toothbrush/paste etc and only way to get it to use a slow online chat.
