Happy about the location which is great - Breakfast spread was good - Check out process was handled extremely well Check in was Okay -

left confused - no water in the room when i checked in - Only after asking on chat i was told there should have been complimentary water bottle, that clearly was not provided - Unfortunate power outage in the middle of the night caused suffocation as there is no ventilation except for the AC - Food choice provided in Room Service wasn't great - I didn't like the preferential / biased treatment to guests at the Breakfast Counter - Property response time to queries during an emergency was Un Real - they seemed to struggle during minor emergency, as simple as a power failure.

Affordable and pleasant stay for a premium location. Check-in was smooth and the service overall was excellent.

It gets quite noisy during evenings in the weekend because of the location. Would help if the rooms are better insulated from noise.

Had a great stay at Bloomrooms @Indiranagar. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff was polite and helpful, and the location was convenient for travelling around the city. Overall, a very good experience and worth the stay.

I’ve stayed for many years now it was pathetic saw cockroaches in rooms and bad air conditioning it’s deteriorated. Not worth anymore . They never refunded my one night extra they took. The booking customer care and Bloomrooms both are pathetic.

It is right on the famous 100 ft road, so the location is great. the room was clean, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast included freshly made dosas and eggs. They have a free hot water/ tea/ coffee set up in the passage of each floor. Reception staff was polite and helpful.

This place is incredibly disappointing — essentially a glorified budget stay dressed up as something more. I booked it assuming it was a proper Bloom Hotel, but it turned out to be more like a backpackers’ hostel misrepresented as a hotel. Nowhere do they clearly state this, yet they charge premium hotel prices for a hostel-level experience. Issues I faced: 1. The AC was broken and didn’t even swing. An ancient piece of junk. 2. The bed was awkwardly pushed into a corner, making the room uncomfortable. 3. The light switch was oddly placed right above the bed. 4. The washroom was cramped, with an open trash can — very unhygienic. 5. I requested an upgrade to an actual hotel property and was willing to pay the difference — this was refused. 6. I asked for a refund for the second day (well within the 24-hour cancellation window) — also refused. Overall, misleading, overpriced, and poorly managed. Would not recommend.

The staff are absolutely amazing and attended to my every need. They've really got a good system going and made everything easy.

I had a business meeting cancelled and reached Bloomrooms at 10:00 am instead of the schedule 2:00 pm check-in time. Vasu was kind enough to assist with an early check-in without any charges. Clean, reliable and ever so accomodating

Cubicle rooms are not for all. Also the linen was dirty generally. They did change it, still attention to detail wasnt much.

I Booked for Queen room and the Room Was too Small to accomodate 2 people, Also there was little space to walk inthe room.

Staff didn't know how to pay, called room later and woke us up to come and pay. Noisy area. Smoke detector constantly beeping for 2 days and couldn't fix.

For a long term guest, they gave me a room whose fuse was known to trip, leaving me sweating at night 4. My belt was sent with the clothes for laundry and for four days, and until escalation, nobody had an idea where it was

The staff was very nice and cooperative. The room was clean and the location was great. They had all facilities.

It was extremely loud at night. There is some pub/bar close by and they play very loud music till midnight which was very uncomfortable. The staff did try to help but there was nothing they could do about it.

Rooms were compact and with no windows

Stayed at this hotel recently for 3 nights. The room was quite small and very difficult to move around, but clean with a very comfortable bed. No wardrobe, just a little space to hang few items, that too attached to the main mirror. This was quite an inconvenience as we had to move the items to use the mirror every time. No safe is available too. However, the bathroom was spacious and comfortable with amenities provided. Hair dryer & iron and iron board was provided immediately upon request. The hotel had great wifi and online chat available which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, however lack of some key essentials like a lobby seating area created a high level of discomfort for us. Especially during check-in, we expect some fresh towels, seating and refreshing drinks upon arrival after a long trip. Instead, had to stand during the whole check-in process at the counter. Being located right next to a bar was another major inconvenience. I booked the place for a quick mandatory stop hence it did not affect as much as it could have during a holiday, however I would not book the property for a relaxing vacation unfortunately. The room really felt like a small box. Furthermore, repainting our floor occurred during our stay which also caused some kind of disturbance with the smell and workers being around. Something worth mentioning is that the breakfast provided was better than expected, after seeing the rest of the things. Hope the hotel consider these for future improvements.

Irrespective of providing all my card info during booking , my booking was cancelled and front office staff had no clue what he was talking about. He just kept on repeating the same message and had no solutions. After a long haul flight and at early morning 3.00 my reservation was denied and I had to find alternatives. Such a horrible experience
