La propiedad era muy agradable y me gustó que tienen la oficina en el primer piso, de modo que podías hablar con un ser humano en caso de necesitarlo . Lo recomiendo, el servicio en argentina se llama apart hotel, incluso tenía lavadora y tender para colgar la ropa, fue muy útil para nosotros que además teníamos una bebé . Está frente a estación de tren Atocha con lo cual pudimos ir al alojamiento caminando con nuestras maletas

The property was very clean and had all the facilities we needed. The location is also very convenient, right in front of Atocha train station and very close to a metro station. It’s not exactly in the heart of Madrid, but it’s very easy to get around from there. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Madrid.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was even better than we expected — spacious, beautiful, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping came every day, which made our stay even more comfortable, and everything we could possibly need was provided. The location was absolutely perfect and made it so easy to enjoy Madrid. We truly felt at home here and would definitely stay again on our next trip to Madrid. We would also happily recommend it to our friends. One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in!

Nice Location. Nice rooms.

I booked it for my parents. The next morning they stayed there was a fire alarm ringing since 6am. They were frightened since it was their first time abroad and they don't speak English or Spanish. They ran out of the apartment and checked every floor but didn't find any fire or smoke. But the alarm kept ringing for like the whole morning. They had to call me for help. My husband called emergency number from a different city and ask for help. The fire fighters came to check but it turned out to be false alarm. They could not do anything to turn the alarm down. They said it had to be done by the building manager, who did not pick up our calls in the first place. After long time waiting, the manager came and switched off the alarm. No compensation or anything. It was terrible experience for my parents and us worried the whole time from far away.

Excellent hospitality. The room was kept ready before we checked in. Located in close proximity to Madrid Atocha railway station and tourist attractions. Smooth check in process with available storage options. Spacious rooms with all amenities which made our stay comfortable. Had a wonderful experience 10 on 10.

Konumu çok iyi, Del arte metro istasyonu kapının önünde. Daire gayet temizdi.

En önemlisi bu kadar yoğun işleyen bir caddenin üzerindeki bir işletmenin ses izolasyonunun çok iyi opması gerekir. Maalesef sabaha kadar araç sesi, insan bağırışmalarından uyuyamadık. İkinci bir husu daire neredeyse tüm gün güneş alan bir daire. Kullanılan perde/storlar ışık geçirmeğen türden değil. Ayrıca kuşlanılan ahşam panjurda ışığı kesmiyor. Sabah 6 dan itibaren odalar ışık alıyor ve uyanmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz

The property was easy to locate and conveniently located to the train station, the Prada museum, Retiro Park and the Royal Gardens. It was easy to access, although would have been easier if we had arrived during office hours. We were grateful for the elevator.

It was a little noisy late at night.

Everything was perfect except the WiFi connection was very slow

You have installed see through curtain in the room and the other room people can easily see through your room. So you need to install thick curtain that would allow privacy for the bedroom.

La ubicación estratégica para visitar el centro. El apartamento estaba muy completo, la cocina tenía todoeel menaje y los baños también. Las camas eran cómodas y estaba todo muy limpio. Excelente.

El aire acondicionado que no se apaga y las persianas que no se podían cerrar desde dentro sin abrir las puertas del balcón.

This was a great location for a group of friends. The kitchen catered for what we needed. Despite being on a busy main road and next to a station exit, it was really quiet.

Could have done with one more comfy chair to relax in, but it was fine!

The living area is great size. The property has two bathrooms with showers and well equipped kitchen. We enjoy it very much . The property is very cleaned and the location is absolutely amazing .

The kids room was a bit weird, but ok for our needs. Also the kids shower had a crack that they said they will take care.

住宿地點鄰近火車站，樓下就是地點出入口，雖然工作人員疏失，但事後願意退款第一晚住宿費，並且每日提供早餐。

Cleanest & didn’t see any related to late check in ,,, was suprised when I figured out machine check in after 17:00,,, but it works fine,, but I’ll accept it again I believe this process should be cleared from beginning ,,, specially with family & kids

_Clean, spacious, convenient to just one mins for metro station named Estacion del art and just main door downstairs. If you come from Main Train station~Atocha, you can either walk about 7 mins or take one stop metro . _Staff is very helpful, and approachable. Would consider stay again next time. _self check in by machine and efficient communication with the phone Number provided in email which we did call for help about check in. And solution was rapidly provided. _Food wise, there are numbers of restaurants downstairs and near by. _Attractions are perfect which popular museums just walking distance like Prado and Sophie Museums as well as Retro park. _Area Around consider safe, till 9pm night time in Summer(Long day light). _only watch out if you go out alone at night time.

Convenient location. Ample, comfortable space. Big kitchen. Well equipped with things like washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing, board, soap, dishwashing liquid, etc... Simple but nice decor.

The bathroom was uncomfortably small. The drain in the shower didn’t work very well. The ceiling in the bathroom was in disrepair.

Easy walking distance too/from Atocha train station as well as Retiro park and Reina Sofia museum. Quiet place, modern with great AC and shower pressure. Our 2nd time staying here, perfect for a family of 4.

Needs room darkening thick curtains

It’s spacious and very well located. Comfortable bed, big kitchen and living room. Good AC. They leave water in the fridge, washing machine, and lots of amenities. It’s very well appointed. Feels safe.

It is a little loud due to the location, not too bad though. The bathroom is TINY. Extra blankets and pillows would be nice. As would laundry detergent pods. Also, surfaces are underrated. Tables or dressers? Any place in the bedroom to place your things would help!

It was really stinky. So much so that it made it an uncomfortable stay.

Location from Atocha train station and the Estacion Del Arte metro station (literally under the window) was perfect making it easy for us to explore the city on public transport. Halal food is abundant in the area too.

Bathroom is very 'squeezy' and the door is difficult to open and close.

We liked the spaciousness of the apartment, the kitchen was a good size as were the bedrooms. The apartment gets lots of light, and its not hot due to the great windows and shady trees. There is a metro station literally outside the door and the train station is close. There is a taxi stand down the block and good restaurants very close by.

There is a lot of traffic noise all the time. I think every ambulance in the city comes around the traffic circle with sirens blaring.

Una ubicación excelente, frente a la estación de Atocha. Muy cómodo, limpio, ordenado y con un servicio de atención magnífico.

La recepción "desatendida" no resulta cómoda. Hasta ue descubres como escanear el DNI y que lo dé por válido hay que emplear más tiempo y es incómodo. Sugerencia: pongan un pequeño manual ilustrado con instrucciones.

La ubicación es excelente y la habitación es amplia y estaba bastante limpia. Puedes caminar al centro en 20 minutos y el servicio que ofrecen para dejar las maletas es bastante conveniente para terminar de disfrutar tu ultimo día.

The staff made a mistake setting a wrong key code As we arrived very late in the night. It takes great amount of time to sort it out at the end. Otherwise good sides apartment.

Location is great and the apartment is well appointed. Very handy if you’re arriving in Madrid by rail. Staff very helpful.

The area is very lively until the very wee hours so sleeping can get disturbed despite the excellent soundproofing. There was a strange smell in the apartment that disappeared by the second, think it was the air conditioning.

Location-just across the railway Atocha station, the entrance is in front of Estacion del Arte subway station. Bus stations in front of the hotel. Very clean (made daily), with enough kitchenware for a short stay, including a washing machine. It is also close to some touristic attractions and has the advantage that you can use public transport. One day tourist card is 10 EUR and can be used on all buses and subway in central part of Madrid.

We stayed on the 1st floor and there is a crowded bar just underneath, where people stay until midnight. Double-glazed windows help, but you can still hear a lot of noise. Better to have ear plugs with you.

Ubicacion envidiable ya que esta delante de Atocha Zona con mucho transito, pero tiene muy buena inosorizacion para poder descansar y aislarte de el rudio de fuera. Se puede descasnar sin problemas

Location was near many restaurants (especially American fast food if that's your preference) and transit. The room was efficiently designed, and the appliances were great to have. The room was amazingly quiet versus the high street noise heard when you opened the doors to the balconies.

Very nice property, clean, comfortable beds, good amenities, close to everything, & train station across the street. Very good customer service. Attentive to certain needs addressed during our visit.

Tienen sus oficinas en el edificio lo que permite tener claridad total del alojamiento, el anfitrion fue muy amable y permitio poder hacer check in antes de la hora prevista, esto me parecio genial, ademas todo el alojamiento posee alto confort, tiene ascensor, es limpio y confortable.

Odor in bathroom probably from sink drain

Хорошая локация. Чистое постельное белье и полотенце. На первый взгляд очень чисто. Минус: на кухне жирные пятна от прошлых жильцов. Нет штор. На кухне напротив сразу другой номер. Грязная посуда, остатки еды. Фен сломан. Есть гель для душа и шампунь. Но это одна и та же жидкость.

Code entry did not work two of the evenings to get into building. Had to call for help or wait for someone leaving the building. We did report this.

Instalaciones muy cómodas y todo se veía muy nuevo. Ubicación perfecta para movilizarse en metro al centro ( entrada al metro justo en la puerta ) . Parque el Retiro cruzando la calle .

The sink is too small for the strong faucet and washroom overall is nice but very cramp and hard to get into the shower.

de schoonmaak: het zag er op zich op het eerste gezicht prima schoon uit. het viel me later pas op dat er een lang haar hing aan een lamp naast het bed en er lag er een oude contactlens op de grond. Dit lens en dat haar bleven op hun plek gedurende mijn hele verblijf.
