Altersdurchschnitt der Kunden war deutlich über 70 Jahre alt. Es war wie ein Veterans Club. Ich habe 1 Tag früher ausgecheckt.

Odaların temizliği ve boyutu gibi konularda biraz daha dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor zannımca fakat ödenilen fiyat düşünüldüğünde bu büyük bir eksik değil.

Wir hatten das Hotel ursprünglich für fünf Nächte gebucht, leider war unser Aufenthalt von Beginn an von mehreren Problemen geprägt. Wir kamen am ersten Abend gegen 21 Uhr im Hotel an. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Buffet bereits geschlossen sei und wir außerhalb des Hotels essen gehen müssten. Als wir anschließend unser Zimmer bezogen, stellten wir fest, dass die Duschtür defekt war und wir die Dusche nicht benutzen konnten. Uns wurde zugesichert, dass der Schaden spätestens am nächsten Morgen behoben werden würde. Dies geschah jedoch nicht. Wir mussten wiederholt an der Rezeption nachfragen und wurden jedes Mal vertröstet, unter anderem mit der Aussage, dass der Techniker „in einer halben Stunde“ kommen würde. Dies entsprach leider nicht der Realität. Am nächsten Tag bemerkten wir plötzlich rote, stark juckende Flecken an unserem Körper. Nachdem wir der Ursache nachgegangen waren, stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um Bettwanzenbisse handelte. Zunächst wurde von der Managerin und der Rezeptionistin bestritten, dass es im Hotel Bettwanzen geben könne. Nachdem wir aufgrund der Beschwerden ein Krankenhaus aufgesucht und einen entsprechenden Befund erhalten hatten, informierten wir die beiden erneut. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass sie auf diese Information nicht überrascht oder betroffen reagierten. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen haben wir uns nicht mehr sicher und wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt nicht wie geplant fortsetzen. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns der einzige positive Aspekt. Von einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse hätten wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit, Hygiene, Organisation und vor allem einen professionellen Umgang mit solchen Problemen erwartet.

Location is amazing, 2 steps from the sea and closed to everything in Marmaris. Good food

Любимият ми хотел от 2015 г. Морски изглед, плаж на 20 метра, чиста вода и море като езеро! Много вкусна храна! Всичко е наблизо и нищо не ни липсваше!!!

Нещо, което не касае хотела, а нахалното отношение на някои гости!

We spent fantastic 10 days at the Begonville hotel on an all-inclusive basis from May 1 to May 11. It was the start of the season, so there weren’t many people, which was perfect for guests who enjoy peace and quiet. Our experience was entirely positive. The service, quality of food, and cleanliness of the rooms were all excellent. Housekeeping was carried out daily, and bed linen was changed every three days. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently of a high standard, offering a wide variety of dishes. The staff were courteous and attentive at all times. The reception operates 24 hours a day, and any requests or issues were addressed promptly and efficiently. The hotel is conveniently located just 50 meters from the sea, with complimentary sunbeds and beach towels provided. We are very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Only the view.

Everything else! We arrived in the evening. The room was presented as a very basic unwelcoming pansyion (guest house). It bore no resemblance to the online photographs. There were no colourful cushions or throws. There were old sheets folded at the bottom of the bed. The duvets in the wardrobe did not have covers on. The two single beds had been pulled out infront of the fixed bedside tables which meant that a slim person had to squeeze through a small gap to access the balcony (or crawl over the bed). The bed also restricted access from the toilet. Not acceptable, especially when someone has mobility issues. Breakfast was a rip off. Our booking stated breakfast was £1 payable to the hotel. When I went to pay for the mediocre breakfast buffet I was given a bill of £27 for two people. When I showed them my booking details I was told that my contract was with booking.com and that had nothing to do with them. The staff looked bored and miserable. The place was not at all hospitable. We moved out to a decent hotel. When we complained I was accused of lying and staging the room for photos. Why on earth would I do that? They would not return any of our payment despite misrepresenting the room. Disgraceful!

Friendly receptionist, the balcony view, awesome shower, fast Internet, great price.

От 2015 г. посещавам хотела и почивам през юни и септември! Винаги си резервирам стая с морски изглед, защото гледката е превъзходна! Разположението на хотела е централно, можеш да се разхождаш и в двете посоки - център пристанище и Ичмелер! Магазините са на главната улица, а покрай морето е пълно с прекрасни малки заведения! Който не е идвал тук, непременно да го посети! Юни отново сме тук! Успешна нова година!

Dat het aan de boulevard lag en aan de zee.

Ik persoonlijk vond het personeel niet echt vriendelijk en soms ronduit arrogant uit de ogen kijken (de jongen met het staartje). Het eten werd met de dag minder omdat we aan het einde vsn het seizoen zaten denk ik

Ich habe wahrscheinlich nur wegen des Meerblicks für das Zimmer bezahlt, leider. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, es gibt keinen Platz für Koffer. Die Minibar – tut mir leid – scheint nur zur Dekoration da zu sein, denn sie funktioniert nicht wirklich. Was die Sauberkeit betrifft, hat sich die Reinigungskraft zwar Mühe gegeben, aber es war trotzdem nicht so sauber, wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte. Das Essen vom Buffet war nicht immer frisch. Rindfleisch gab es gar nicht – jeden Tag nur Huhn oder Fisch. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit, aber die Servicekräfte waren leider weder erfahren noch professionell. Die Klimaanlage in der Lobby funktionierte selten, es war sehr heiß. Auch im Restaurantbereich gab es keine großen Ventilatoren oder Kühlgeräte. Wegen der Hitze war es kaum möglich, in Ruhe zu essen. Ein Vorteil war der hoteleigene Strand – er war sauber. Aber insgesamt hätte das Hotel deutlich besser sein können.

The room itself was really clean when we checked in, but daily cleaning was weird, they don’t even make the bed, is like as if they’re washing the floor and taking out the trash and that’s it. Is noisy until 1am, but this is the price for the hotel on the beach in the city, didn’t bother us though.

Only thing i liked was the rooms were clean and tidy

While the hotel itself appeared pleasant and the rooms were clean, the experience overall did not reflect the standard promised, especially under the "all-inclusive" package advertised. Below are the specific issues encountered: Limited and poor-quality drinks: The only alcoholic beverages available were beer (which was noticeably watered down) and just three basic spirits. There were no cocktails or mocktails, and staff responded with indifference or shrugged when asked about other drink options. Food hygiene concerns: The quality of the food was very poor. Most concerning was the discovery of mouldy sandwiches during the afternoon snack service. I have photographic evidence of this incident. When I raised this with a staff member, he simply shrugged and said “sorry,” and left the same sandwich tray out for other guests. Unprofessional and inconsistent service: Staff were generally unfriendly. At one dinner, we asked a waiter for a drink and were told “self-service,” only to see the same waiter serve drinks to Russian guests moments later. Unsanitary and unsafe facilities: The men’s shower area was flooded, and the lights were not working, which forced guests to shower in complete darkness. The communal women’s toilets were in an unacceptable state, with mould covering the walls and ceilings. On our final day, when my partner used the shower, a staff member entered the same area to wash before prayer, indicating that communal facilities were shared between staff and guests. No private changing room was available for guests after check-out, forcing us to use the same communal areas in poor condition. This experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below what was advertised and expected. It significantly impacted our holiday and left us feeling let down and uncomfortable during the entirety of our stay.

Staff were excellent, views of the sea are wonderful, hotel is very clean food was repetitive but always could find something to eat. The only down side was not having a pool and the noisy bar 2 doors down. Overall we had a great stay

Location was on the beachfront with ease of beach walk ways.

The room had long black hair around the room floor and in the shower and basin. Didn’t feel very clean. The room didn’t have a kettle for coffee. Generally noisy due to other establishments in the area.

Great water pressure, the shower was good, but they should raise the handle above the head instead of at the waist, staff was very friendly and helpful. Pleasant patio in good weather!

Room was small, AC did not work all the time… neighbor was on the balcony smoking - so it was not pleasant to leave the door open.

Beautiful beach front location. We thought we had booked all inclusive, but when we got there we were told All Inclusive doesnt start for another 10 days. We got a bargain though and the hotel was worth it

Bad place near bars, music sounds until 3:00 am, then starts at 8 am, renovation sounds from inside and from the sides of the building until 5 pm, I asked when the renovation will be finished, construction never finishes, old woman in the information room told me that's your problem go somewhere else

Small of food from kitchen came to our room every morning and evening even we’re on fourth floor. Also when was rainy the floor was floating under the window.

A decent stay at most, i was only really looking for a bed and room for the duration of my stay for a good price and they have delivered it without fail, havent really interacted much with the staff as i was mostly walking around the bazaar during my 3night stay, not bad in my opinion plus the breakfast was a hefty meal as well for a good price, im not a food critic so i wont touch upon how it tastes but it definitely filled up my stomach up till lunch

Kısmı deniz manzaralı rezervasyon yaptırmıştım, bana verdikleri odadan deniz manzarası sıfırdı. Ve çevrede ki barların müziklerinden dolayı da çok rahat uyuyamadım. Onun dışında konumu ve denizi güzeldi. Temizlik de iyidi.

Check in ve check out gayet güleryüzle karşılandık. Odalar biraz küçüktü fakat tasarımı fena değildi.Makyaj malzemelerini koymak için minik bir alan olması iyi olurmuş .Diş fırçası koymak için bir kutu bardak vb bir şey beklerdim yoktu .Sadece katı sabun vardı sıvı sabun yoktu . Kendine ait otelin önünde beach olması güzeldi.(odaya çıkmadan duş alınan alanları da vardı) Deniz güzeldi kumlu bir alandı .Otopark yoktu aracı park etmek için yine de çok zorlanmadık yakınlarda yer bulabildik . Yemekler hemen hemen her gün aynıydı (akşam ızgara ,pilav,makarna,mezeler,meyve,sıcak ana yemekler..) Gün içerisinde alkol yükleyebiliyorsunuz(buzlu bardakta sunum yapılıyor ).Sabah kahvaltısını deneyimleme fırsatım olmadı fakat geç kahvaltı biraz vasattı .Otel çalışanları ilgiliydi . Odanın kendine ait balkonu olması güzeldi denizi görüyordu .Merkeze yarım saat yürüme mesafesindeydi rahatlıkla yürünen bir yoldu . sadece yetişkinlere özel olması harika bir şeydi .Etrafta koşan rahatsızlık veren çocuklar yoktu .

The worse vacation! Only good thing, location. Meals depend who cooks.Rooms are old. Very small. Not good cleaning. Towels’ colour turned to gray due to over used. Sheets change every 3 days otherwise they don’t touch it. Sinks are blocked! Elevator never cleaned! The second day of our arrival they announced that there was going to be disinfection of the rooms for bugs and insects and bacterias! I’ve never seen such a disinfection in a hotel while there are guests in it. Clearly there was a problem even they called it routine . It proved in the end that first, my husband, and then I got very very sick vomiting and diarrhea , a terrible one, on our last 2 days of our stay. Staff inexperienced! They seem never worked in a service business (one or two excepted but those were very rude anyway except receptionists). 2 girls from the staff were argued badly in front of the guests. The hotel owner was there with his whole family for a vacation. I wanted to talk to him to make a positive comment.I was reacted very aggressively and rude, tried to redirect me to the hotel manager whom was never ever seen on site. When I said I was there for 4 days and never seen him, the owner got very frustrated and told me that if I was questioning their management! When I said “I am sorry but I am a customer” I was told to Stop there!! I didn’t argue further! Later I learned that that person called Adil Tunca, was VP of Southern Aegean Tourist Hoteliers and Operators Association. No comment !!!

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Merkezde ve her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Plajının olması da çok güzeldi. Oda temizliğini yeterli bulamadım. Çarşaf ve havlularda bir sıkıntı yoktu fakat aynalar duvarlar yeterince temiz değildi. Bunun dışında her şey çok güzeldi. Yemekleri de yeterliydi. Kahvaltıyı da beğendik. Özellikle Burak Bey'e teşekkür ederiz.

Love this place

I cannot reasonably afford a good review of this establishment, although I will be fair throughout. To provide context, I spent 8 weeks in Turkey last year and therefore compare my experience to other hotels in the same country. Having communicated my disappointment to Booking.com at the time of my stay, I am compelled to compliment the customer service team for adressing my complaint promptly. Sadly, the core issues were not resolved despite the hotel offering me a room upgrade, which I did not take up on the principal that a better view is not a substitute for poor service and quality. With the exception of two daytime staff members, the attendants were unreceptive and non-committal to service delivery of whatsoever nature. I recall an occasion on which I was beckoned to fetch my order instead of it being delivered to the table as would've been the custom anywhere else. I arrived to a room that was poorly prepared for my stay, finding patio furniture still stacked in the room. The weather did not justify this, as I would've reasonably understood had it been the case. Being well travelled, I regret to say that the amenities cannot be compared with the average international standards; in fact I've been accommodated in far better lodgings in third world countries elsewhere. Breakfast was a dismal affair, and I regret to say that the eggs, processed meats and fresh produce was of questionable quality and far from fresh. As a professional chef, I was horrified to find raw, gelatinous eggs in bain maries one morning; food safety seems non-existent and apparently bacterial food poisoning is of no concern here. To the hotel's credit of attempting to serve eggs to order (as opposed to the raw buffet eggs), I was, however, disappointed to be served a rubbery omelette after asking for soft scrambled eggs repeatedly. The coffee dispensed cannot reasonably pass as palatable, being of instant variety with coffee creamer instead of fresh milk.

Beautiful place, nice looking, just step (not Steps) from Sea. relaxing sea view from your room, even though it was too small to move around or organize our languages. staff mostly nice and simple young good people ..

The balcony view is brilliant. The location is also very well. The hotel has its only beach area which is a plus.

The room was too small. The beach was quite dirty. The breakfast was not very good, although had a variety. Curtains had several spots and were dirty and in dust. The bedding set also had some spots which was disgusting! We did not complained about all of this because we had only 2 nights-stay in the hotel.

Lovely unique little hotel, great location, beautiful views. Ur rooms were clean, tidy and the small fridge was an added bonus. Lovely wrap around balcony with sea view. Room 509. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend and stay again.

Very nice hotel. THE VIEW is incredible. We got the all inclusive package and had plenty of beers, tea, coffee and juice as well as enjoyed the foods from the buffet. The all inclusive includes all local drinks (beer, wine, vodka, raki, gin, tea, coffee, juice). The food was very tasty. Not a massive selection but sufficient to always have a good meal anyway. The private beach and loungers with umbrellas were also really great. We took our own beach towels with us.

Not much. There is indeed some music noise from the club a bit down the road but when we closed the door it wasn't loud enough to stop us sleeping. Also the building next door is still under construction which was a bit noisy here and there if you wanted to keep your balcony door open during the day.

Otelin asansörü 2 kişilik ve kötü durumda hareket halindeyken ses çıkartıyor. Kahvaltı vasat. Otelin otoparkı yok ama hotels.com da var görünüyordu ve benim bu oteli seçme sebebim otopark var denmesiydi. Araba ile geliniyorsa aracı ara sokaklara park edip sahile yürümek gerekli, girişi sahilden. Otelin önü deniz ve kendine ait plaj oturma yeri var. Kısa süre için uygun olabilir.

no English food at all, no toast, food was awful we ate out every night, no kettle in room, no iron in room, u can hire an iron from reception. Bring ur own tea bags and coffee and bring a travel kettle, no swimming pool

The food was disgusting, catered more for the turkey people. Staff were very rude especially the restaurant manager not willing to help at all. Restaurant tables we’re getting cleaned with dirty cloths. There was a foul smell at the tea machine , the water machine was filthy. I had sickness and diarrhoea for 2 solid days I couldn’t leave my room. I asked for a refund but was refused because the room was non refundable. Which really only happens if a no show. My friend had surgery and was really unwell also. Can you look into a refund please? My husband is seeking legal advice. I’ve a video of the dirty water machine but won’t let me upload.

En büyük hayal kırıklığım yemeklerdi. Sanki bütçeden kısılmak üzere yapılmıştı herşey. Ne kahvaltısı ne akşam yemeğe güzeldi diyemicem. Çeşit yoktu. Ve çocuklarınızla asla gelmeyin aç kalır çocuk. Patates içinde para isterler. Masaj için diğer otele gitmemi söylediler bunun için hiç bir çaba yoktu . Otelden çıkmama son yarım saat zır zır aradılar çık die. Odada su haricinde kahve bardak vs bile yoktu . Birde o kdr söylememe rağmen arka oda verdiler.

Lovely attentive staff, they couldn't do enough for us. The hotel situation is great, right on it's own private beach and also central to all Marmaris attractions. Food was plentiful and loads of choices

The food, although plentiful was often stone cold, even when newly brought out. Other than that, no complaints

Odada 2 ayri tek yatak olsun diye yaklasik 600 tl fark vermistim, gittik ki 2 yatak bitisik, hadi soyledik ayirdilar ancak oda o kadar küçük ki yataklar ayrildi denemez elini uzatiyorsun diger yataga degiyor, bar kismindaki bardaklar cogu zaman cesme altinda soguk su ile calkalaniyor, kactane ruj lekeli bardak denk geldi. Konumu guzel, etrafinda park yeri sıkıntısı var, kendi plaji var ama yer bulmak biraz zor, herkes birer havlu atip gun boyu sezlonglari isgal ediyor. Sonuc olarak ortalama bir otelden şusu daha iyi diyebilecegim bir ozellik bulamadim.

I would say the hotel totally worth for the price. We enjoyed our stay at this beach hotel. The hotel was clean and the food were great. The most important part of the hotel, I would say is the great staff of the hotel. They are really friendly and helpful. I would like to say special thanks to Kizban, Tayfour and two Furkans.
