Very run down and not a good vibe the photos don’t match what it actually is, only book for minimum nights for the party other side of island Thong Nai pan yai beach is 10x better beach and vibes we searched the whole island for you :) dreamland resort is fantastic value in comparison

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026I only liked the location. The hotel is in a great spot and very convenient, but apart from that, nothing else stood out to me.
The staff were not friendly and never smiled, which made us feel unwelcome. The hotel required a 1,000 THB deposit, but this information was not mentioned in the booking instructions. I only had 800 THB in cash and offered to pay the remaining amount a few hours later, but they refused and would not let me enter the room, even though I had already paid for my stay. I had to walk several minutes to find an ATM, withdraw money, and return to the hotel. The whole process was unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic hospitality. The hotel should improve its customer service and train its staff to be more respectful and welcoming.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Najidealnija lokacija na samom kraju Haad Rin plaže. Soba je bila ogromna, sa ogromnim krevetom, lepo je mirisala i bila čista. Pogled sa velike terase je bio na more. Veliki frižider za hlađenje pića.
Može lako da se prelazi sa terase na terasu.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Wij verbleven hier 5 nachten rondom de Full Moon. Toen wij 4 nachten voor de full moon aankwamen leek het bijna alsof we het hotel voor onszelf hadden, maar naarmate de dagen voorderde stroomde het hotel langzaam vol. Op de dag van de full moon zelf zat het helemaal vol met als hoogtepunt het feest recht voor de deur. Hoewel het hotel ietwat verouderd is en hier en daar nog wat opknap werkzaamheden nodig zijn is duidelijk dat het personeel hier druk mee bezig is. Wij verbleven in de bungalow met uitzicht op de tuin/parking. De kamer zelf is degelijk en voldoet aan wat je mag verwachten voor de prijs. Het zwembad is fantastisch, groot en goed schoon met uitzicht op de baai van Haad Rin en zelfs een water glijbaan. Ook het eten is zeker aan te raden, de springrolls en sate zijn voor ons bijna onovertroffen. Personeel is ruim aanwezig en zeer vriendelijk, als je een vraag hebt of iets nodig hebt kan je altijd bij iemand terecht. Al met al een heel goede ervaring!

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Virkelig hyggelig sted, ligger også fint. Værelset var dejlig stort og der var det som man havde brug for. Stor og lækker pool, og hotellet ligger lige ned til stranden. Personalet var også super flinke.
Værelset kunne godt trænge til en lille renovering, men ellers virkelig fint. Maden på restauranten som er ved hotellet er ikke mega godt.

bathroom looked worse than on the pictures, and we had quite a few ants, flies, and centipedes there.The floor was little disgusting. The bed sheets were terrible, and we could not "close" or zip them, which made us uncomfortable sicne the blanket would always get out of the sheets.

Les chambres sont super spacieuse (en tout cas pour les chambre vue piscine et mer). Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable, on aurait voulu y rester plus longtemps
RAS, sauf isolation sonore pas top mais n’empêche pas de dormir !! Ce n’est pas plus dérangeant, sachant que c’est une île réputée pour les fêtes

- Er zaten geen hoeslakens om de dekens. - de douch was echt een heel licht straaltje water - bedden waren echt keihard - alles was niet echt schoon

Einfach alles, personal unfreundlich, habe ein zimmer am Pool gebucht gehabbt, wir wurden etwa 300 meter weg vom hotel gebracht, das auch zu dem hotel gehört, ein herunter gekommenes zimmer auf dem berg, der weit weg vom strand war, aber das hotel Selbst lag direkt am strand, das war wohl die masche von denen, das wir den upgrade vor ort zahlen und dan am pool direkt ein zimmer hatte, obwohl wir so schon gebucht hatten, also nie wieder!

Had some mixup with the room because we booked 2 single beds but got a double, was solved in 2 minutes and we got a nice clean room with 2 beds

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Definitely the location. It was where the full moon party was happening. Plus the swimming pool was nice and access to the beach. Also the staff were very friendly and with a smile always. Definitely the best staff I have ever met in all my trips. I would definitely come back
Unfortunately my bed was kind of hard. It didn't feel very comfortable. The price was a bit too high for all the hostels in the zone. I understand that the location was the key point. If the price was slightly lower I would have stayed longer.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025Fui tres noches, una de ellas la full Moon. Sabía que no dormiría mucho por la música, pero no pensaba que entraría todo el rato gente a mí habitación. La seguridad no fue nada buena ya que la gente entraba a la habitación para ir al baño, sin estar aquí hospedados. No hay nada de intimidad ya que las camas están pegadas las unas a las otras y hay una pequeña taquilla solo encima de tu cama para poder meter cosas (no entra ni una mochila pequeña). Después de ese día pusieron todas las sabanas sucias encima de una cama y se quedaron todo el día (la limpieza de la habitación está bien).

La comunicación del establecimiento fue totalmente insuficiente. En ningún momento se nos informó que, después de las 18:00, no se permitía el reingreso a la playa ni al hostel. Debido a esto, nos vimos obligadas a pagar 200 adicionales, aun habiendo abonado previamente una tarifa muy elevada por una habitación compartida. Para empeorar la situación, el personal que cobraba la entrada nos indicó que el hostel debía proporcionarnos el acceso, ya que no tiene sentido que un huésped no pueda regresar a su propio alojamiento. Sin embargo, en la recepción se limitaron a decir que no podían ayudarnos y que debíamos pagar igualmente. Esta falta de responsabilidad y de información hacia los huéspedes es inaceptable.

Chambres sales dont le sol est sûrement jamais nettoyé, avec des fourmis dessus et des lits sans rideaux. La douche et les toilettes dans la même pièces qui je pense n’est jamais nettoyées. Un lavabo unique pour 12 dans la chambre également sûrement jamais nettoyé. Accès hyper facile à tout le monde et à n’importe qui que ce soit à la piscine où aux chambres. Emplacement idéal pour la Full Moon party mais surtout si vous allez vous coucher à 6h lorsque celle ci fini sinon évidemment compliqué de dormir
