Sehr sauberes und schönes großes Zimmer. Bett war sehr groß und bequem. Dusche geräumig und Toilette war separat. Personal freundlich.

Der Poolbereich ist etwas heruntergekommen. Trotzdem sauber. Das Frühstück war ok, mehr nicht.

Große Zimmer, Pool auf dem Dach

Sehr freundliches Personal, viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr weiche Betten, Whirpool, große Smart TV, schöne Aussicht, kostenfreier Parkplatz, Massage im Haus

AC sehr laut im Zimmer, teilweise könnte das Interior mal aufgefrischt werden (neue Holzlasur oder Farbe an die wände). Mehr gab es nicht zu bemängeln.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und die Betten sind mega bequem.

Das Personal ist ultra unmotiviert und unfreundlich, was in Thailand wirklich eine Seltenheit ist. Ausgenommen die Dame, die für die Bar und den Spabereich verantwortlich ist. Das Hotel ist unwahrscheinlich schlecht gelegen, direkt an einer ultra lauten Hauptstraße und es gibt wirklich keine relevanten Geschäfte oder Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir hatten zum Glück Roller und waren nicht auf den Hotel Shuttle angewiesen, der mit einer langen Liste an Auflagen uns beim Check in Angeboten wurde. Ich würde da Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

I liked that it was out of the HuaHin city so was peaceful chilling on the balcony or the top floor pool and bar area. The staff were fun and polite. Also it was a great location from which to explore the surrounding areas as we rented transport.

The main overhead shower nozzle was in need of replacing

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean, and the room cleaning service was excellent. The pool and billiard table were great additions, bootles of water in the room, and the free shuttle service was a fantastic bonus and very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is one of the best budget friendly hotels we’ve found in Thailand.. by far the BEST BED!! So comfortable we struggled getting up in the mornings.. great location.. lovely staff.. shuttle bus.. bar and food on the roof were stunning.. has a small gym.. massages.. and steam room.. coy fish that you can feed.. an absolute favorite of our kids.. our 3rd time staying here.. and we will definitely be back!! Also met some gorgeous friends too 😍

Hatten einen family Raum gebucht man musste ein zusatz Bett haben und noch 600 Baht bezahlen für eine Nacht habe die Personen angegeben und hatte nur ein Doppelbett

Zimmer sind groß und ordentlich. Personal freundlich und meistens auch hilfsbereit Kleiner aber netter Pool mit Fitnessraum im 7. Stock.

Frühstück ist immer das gleiche, keine Abwechslung. täglich 1 Gericht mit Curry eins ohne. 2 Suppen, Spiegelei, doppelt gebraten und kleine Omletts. 2 Sorten Weißbrot und ab und zu ein Körnerbrot. 2 Sorten Marmelade und 2-3 verschiedene Flakes. Kaffee nur auf Bestellung. Das Shuttle fährt im 2 Stundentakt, man muss sich aber vorher anmelden um auch mitgenommen zu werden. Wenn man Pech hat, wartet man halt noch einmal 2 Stunden oder fährt auf eigene Kosten z.B. mit Grab was eh zu empfehlen ist.

Great rooms, clean and huge with balcony. The rooftop bar/restaurant is also excellent. Staff are great, friendly and very helpful.

The only complaint I have is no shade around the pool. A small thing but I burn easy so...

Sehr ruhige Lage, zum 7-11 oder einem Restaurant sollte man gut zu Fuß sein oder halt Taxidienste wie Grab oder Bolt bemühen. Damit klappt es aber schnell und günstig.

Byłam zachwycona jakością pościeli i wygodnym łóżkiem.Spało mi sie znakomicie. Pokój był świetnie urządzony, przestronny, bardzo nowoczesny Sniadana były smaczne, zwłaszcza świeże gofry. Obsługa bardzo kontaktowa,pomocna. Basen robił wrażenie.

Na poczatku śniadania były w formie bufetu a potem musiałam wybierać z karty. Bufet był lepszy bo mogłam spróbować różnych dań.

10/10 for the bed & mattress….most Thai hotels that I’ve stayed in usually have hard beds this 1 was the best I’ve ever stayed in ,they even sell the mattress topper’s & pillows as there so good.. The staff were excellent always helpful & smiling…also the shuttle bus driver who took you to market village was extremely helpful… would highflying recommend it…

The only 1 thing is the location is a bit far from town but they have a shuttle service that runs every hour if not you can get a songthan (that’s a small bus that operates up & down the main road & passes about every 10 minutes which takes you into town I often caught it back & you can get off right outside the hotel & it only costs 15THB)

Alt og alle på Whale, det er et super flot og virkeligt rart sted, mad, restauranten, og "rooftop bar'en" At sidde heroppe og få sin aftensmad serveret lige ved swimmingpoolen. Nyde lyset og udsigten fra byen omkring, samtidig med at der næsten er fred og ro.

We enjoyed the privacy deck with the tub and the pool facilities. It was quiet and away from the busier Hua Hin area but just close enough to check out the temples, shopping and beaches.

Some of the staff were fantastic and some were not so fantastic. The facilities were okay for the price; we did not afford the overpriced spa services.

The rooms are amazing! We stayed in the room with a bath and it was great! The beds are so comfortable, literally like sleeping on a cloud! The food was also really nice!

Wonderful staff

Petit déjeuner excellent, rooftop avec piscine spa sur la baie de thailande d'un côté et de l'autre sur les montagnes. Il y a un service de navette pour nous déposé dans le centre ville qui est un peu éloigné de l'hotel.

L'hôtel mène sur une route très fréquentée. Nous n'avons pas entendu de bruit la nuit mais lorsque vous êtes au petit déjeuné ou à la piscine sur le rooftop, ça peut être gênant à certain horaires.

Sehr laut. Mann hat den Straßenverkehr gehört, als man mitten drin wäre. Sehr schlecht zum Schlafen. Alles sehr abgenutzt.

Pas de serviettes de piscine disponible toujours en train de réclamer, à mon arrivée le coffre était bloqué il à fallu attendre le lendemain, il y avait 2 lavabo dont 1 ou la robinetterie était complètement desserrer ça bougeait dans tous les sens et pas d eau chaude sur ce robinet et l écoulement boucher

Very comfortable room (superior). Friendly and helpful staff. Good food and breakfasts. Ok location but a scooter helps. I'd recommend staying at Whale.

Lå langt i ødemarken 😫ved bassenget var det bare 6solsenger og en parasoll .skyttelbussen som hotellet drev gikk hver andre time og hadde bare åtte sitteplasser så den var alltid full😝

The room was big and comfortable and a whale plush toy welcomed us 😍 The facilities like the swimming pool were great and the restaurant downstairs offered some vegan dishes. The staff was friendly and even though the hotel is a bit far from the train station and the beach, you can book a free shuttle bus. It makes it better than staying in the centre as it's a quiet area, and we were more comfortable there.

De kamer was ruim, schoon, het restaurant wat roomservice verzorgde was goed.

Waarschijnlijk mismanagement, maar het personeel was niet erg vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Niemand van het personeel leek er zin in te hebben. Daarnaast is de locatie niet erg bruisend.

Luxury place. Beds and pillows were wonderful. The shower is wonderful. Everything was very clean. The balcony is clean, with comfy seating. The balcony is maintained with room cleaning. The restaurant is very good. Breakfast was not included with our room, but we paid for the buffet breakfast 3 times. My man was thrilled with waffles and real maple syrup. I enjoyed the Thai dishes and everything! We usually use the shuttle 2x times each day. The drivers were punctual every time. The shuttles are easy to arrange. The pool is super. We had a special date night up on the roof with beer and pizza and watched the sunset. Sunrise over the sea is a good view also!!!

The location is not great. The shuttles help.

Fint middelklasse hotel. Personalet var meget søde og i mødekommende altid hjælpsomme. Rengøringen var fin og sengene gode. Prisen er billig, så et godt hotel som passer til det du betaler for. Vi kunne godt finde på at bruge det igen

Great little boutique style hotel. Really nice design touches and a great rooftop pool and restaurant area. Room was particularly well laid-out and designed. Friendly and professional staff and a pretty good restaurant.

You are a little way out of Hua Hin (but that could be a positive). There is quite a busy road out front and you do get helicopters from the local airport - which are a novelty at first - but then quite annoying.

Mooie grote kamers met een heerlijk balkon op het noorden dus je kunt er de gehele dag gebruik van maken, je zit niet in de snikhete zon. Het beddengoed was een beetje sleets maar wel schoon. Op het dak is een heerlijk zwembad met een gezellige bar. Prijs kwaliteit is zeer goed.

Ein tolles Hotel, sehr guter Service und Super-Personal. Wir haben den Pool und die Billiardplatte auf dem Dach sehr genossen, ebenso wie die gute Küche und das SPA. Das kostenfreie! Shuttle in die Stadt ist eine prima Idee und zeigt die ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung des Hotels, vielen Dank für den sehr engenehmen Aufenthalt, Daumen hoch und alles Gute!

Great Shuttle service into Beach area and Village Market. The hotel is a few km out of town and taxis would not have been frequent passers by. Fab breakfast with different local soups and foods each day and also western selections.

We used a limo from Bangkok AP and landed at rush hour. Took 4+ hrs to get to The Whale, only 3 hrs to return. Don't try this trip on a Sunday if you have a flight to catch, you will need 5 hrs at least we were told.

Disliked · Terrible service. Never had to leave early from a hotel but there was a constant banging every 30 seconds and the hotel did basically nothing to figure out what it was. It was during the whole night and day. 24/7. They actually use noise sounds like this as a form of Torture in SAS training. After one night, I needed to leave. At breakfast, one of the staff had a terrible cough. At a buffet, it was so gross. If you’re sick, just go home. Staff did little to help me. After I left, I made a formal complaint. No response to that so I’m just leaving this review instead. I’ve never left a bad review in my life. I try to be positive but you need to be warned

Das nötigste war da.

Das Essen war unterirdisch. Ich ging an dem zweiten Tag nicht einmal zum Frühstück. Die Räumlichkeiten sind alle so abgewohnt. Zerrissene Vorhänge, Mauerwerk was im Bad bröselt und überall sind Abnutzungen zu sehen.
