Nach unserem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt im Anantara Riverside Bangkok, verbrachten wir mehrere Tage im Anantara Hua Hin. Auch hier trafen wir auf ein sagenhaftes Traumhotel in unglaublich schönem thailändischen Stil! Die „407“ können wir wärmstens empfehlen, ein fantastisches Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Pool… das Personal ist auch hier in allen Bereichen sehr lobenswert zu erwähnen… Tausend Dank für die sensationelle Zeit!

Wie im Anantara Riverside Bangkok wurden auch hier Renovierungs- und Sanierungsarbeiten durchgeführt, die aber bei weitem keine so große Lärmbelästigung verursachten!

La rénovation a fait toute la différence dans les jardins, magnifiquement entretenus. La piscine moderne est agréable et chauffée, ce qui est un véritable plus. Les piscines froides sont de plus en plus dépassées, et Anantara l’a bien compris en installant un bar accessible depuis l’eau. L’hôtel est également pet-friendly.

Lovely hotel but it didn't 'blow me away'. Walls between rooms are paper thin, pool has loads of chemicals (gave my son an ear infection and gave me a skin rash). Breakfast offering was 5/10.

I understand pools need to be kept clean but they must be using something quite strong - it turned a little girls hair green, gave my son an ear infection and gave me a skin rash! Housekeeping came very late everyday - we spent the entire morning at the pool or out and about, yet they only came after 4pm!

近くにセブンイレブンはあったが中心地とは離れてるので、観光する場合は少し大変だと思う。ホテルが充実していたので、終日ホテルを楽しめた。 外出しているときに次の日の天気を伝えるメッセージを置きにスタッフが入室していたが、部屋を散らかしていたので知らずにびっくりした。

Spent a weekend there with family and absolutely loved this resort. Staff are friendly, the facilities are well maintained.

We were back again, everybody was excited about staying here again at the Anantara Hua Hin Resort. And to see Rocky, the yellow-blue Macaw. The place is great, the low-rise buildings and the layout of the property make it feel like we are in the middle of the nature. Everything here makes the stay enjoyable, it’s very relaxing. A hop away from the airport, the shortest airport to hotel trip so far, 3 minutes. Our favorite place, the pool and swim-up bar, where we can enjoy drinks and food all day with the same team of ladies. And the lagoon pool, such a beautiful and quiet place especially at sunset. The restaurants on the property are good and worth trying. Like the new Sea Fire Salt restaurant if you are looking for a seaside view and breeze with live music. And of course, all this while enjoying flavorful dishes like fresh oysters, a full Phuket lobster grilled and a seafood tower. We had breakfast everyday at the Issara Café, while listening to a saxophonist, a new addition to the Saturday breakfast. I would recommend to add the Kasara Club Privileges (already included in some suites). You will have access to the Kasara Lounge to enjoy all-day refreshments, sunset cocktails and snacks and other privileges. A special mention for the staff, as always, where we spent most of our time. We had a nice welcome at the Kasara Lounge and a nice time every evening, the day starts with smiles and attention at the Issara Café then it continues at the Loy Nam in the pool. The service is faultless, the people from the resort are kind and helpful. Over the years, it hasn’t changed, the quality of service is there. We will come back again for sure.

I still like this hotel even though room rate is slightly higher than other hotel in Hua Hin. If you like hotel resort style, many trees, good swimming pool and good breakfast it’s this hotel.

A stunning resort, beautifully surrounded by wild nature and flowing water, creating a truly peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, high-quality, and meticulously maintained in every detail. A gorgeous pool with a stylish bar and great vibes, along with an excellent restaurant located right on the beachfront. The rooms are luxurious, modern, and maintained to the highest standards, with exceptional cleanliness and service. The breakfast was rich, nourishing, and very tasty. Overall — a perfect experience. 10 out of 10.

Great freshly renovated hotel with marvelous architecture and landscape design. All the rooms are clean, staff is respectful and highly kind and welcoming. The variety of breakfast options was incredible and personal approach stays long time in my heart. The hotel has a mini-farm, shuttle buses to the city center night market and a huge selection of activities along the day: Tai Chi, Aqua Aerobics, Tennis, Pickleball, Sunset Yoga and lots of others. Their restaurants are also exceptional. My husband is quite a gourmet and I chose Anantara because of their cuisine options. Both Thai and Western restaurants made every evening special. It was a gift for my husband’s birthday, and the team helped me to make it special: they gave us a birthday cake and beautiful room decorations. Thank you for everything you did for us. I really enjoyed the fabulous palms on the shore. They made this holiday special: the wind, the sound, the sea… I’ll pay again to see this view. It’s unbelievable

Only a few moments: Compared to other 5-star hotels in Thailand I’ve stayed at, the prices here are quite steep. I chose king bed a few months ahead the travel paying a pretty penny, but they asked if they could suggest me 2 twin beds right before check-in. Maybe the prices are high because of the high season, maybe it’s always like that. I don’t know Both the ants and pigeons made the stay quite strained: impudent pigeons every time we had food outside tried to steal it from our hands, not only from empty tables. And if you sit outside while taking breakfast — be ready to fight the ants. All the rest is just as good as on pictures. Thank you

This is a beautiful resort with a tradition Thai architecture. The service was superb and the people are warm and welcoming. The pool has a adult and a family section. The gym was a bit underwhelming. Half of the gym equipments were located outdoor. It would be nice (and cooler) for all the gym equipment be located indoor. A shoutout to Pooh (the resident tennis pro)!! He showed me how to play pickle ball, I had a BLAST!!! I had so much fun and Pooh made my day. Thank you, Pooh. Also the resort provided a shuttle service to the town (night market & Market Village).

Always relaxing and looks better after the recent refurb but prices have increased too Spa is consistently excellent

In March 2026 we spent a total of 13 nights at Hotel Anantara, Hua Hin. As with everything else in life, you arrive with an expectation of what is going to happen, and of course we did too. It happens that expectations are disappointed or that everything is as expected, but fortunately sometimes it also happens that the expectations you had are exceeded. That was the case with our visit to Hotel Anantara! We were greeted by the most smiling, polite and service-minded people at a resort that everyone should be allowed to visit. We stayed in low Thai buildings with everything you could want in terms of amenities surrounded by small lagoon areas that contained both fish, birdlife but also water lizards of various sizes! The area was lush with many different flowers, bushes and trees. If you got up very early, you would experience a sea of ​​service employees who were busy preparing the area for all the guests, so that everything was clean and tidy everywhere. The 2 pools in the area are lovely and if you find the noise level a bit too high at one you could just walk down to the Adult pool a few hundred meters away or you could go down to the beach. There were plenty of sun loungers, cushions and beach towels in all 3 places and never a problem getting any. If you got thirsty, there was happy hour from 12:00 to 18:00 distributed across the 3 bars in the area. In the evening the 3 restaurants serve lovely food at acceptable prices and the service was also top notch. We are now back in Denmark happy and full of good impressions and are wondering when we will be able to come back again. Thanks to Anatara and especially to Lula who was our contact person on site.

I had always wanted to stay at an Anantara resort and this certainly did not disappoint! The surroundings were so calming with mature trees and lush grounds, The amazing pool had plenty of loungers and places to rest and my wonderful room looked out onto the sea. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Any request was dealt with efficiently and with a smile. A shuttle bus could be booked to take you into town and back if you fancied a trip to explore Hua Hin town which is a short distance away or you could could easily grab a taxi or Tuk Tuk. The breakfast was amazing. One of the best I’ve ever had with lots of choice and very good quality food. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely return.

Lucky enough to stay in Room 081, the penthouse suite, paid by my partners daughter formy partners birthday. 7 of us in the suite. Absolutely fabulous apartment, service at the hotel first class and the swimming pool just superb. Breakfasts were excellent and afternoon snacks very nice. Staff also very attentive and helpful. Wish we could of stayed longer!!!

The most beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff who only made the experience even better. From our arrival with the reception staff, before being introduced to Lula and her team in the lounge, we were made to feel at home. After the initial introduction things continued to surpass expectations. The various restaurants were all top class and the staff especially so. Pang and Faii who looked after us in the beach restaurant were (like Lula) awesome and made our stay extra special. Highly recommend the hotel and the team if you want to enjoy the very best. Fantastic 13 night stay in this beautiful, relaxing, super friendly hotel. Disappointed to have to leave you earlier than expected but we literally got a telephone call at 6pm from our travel agent to catch an 8pm taxi back to the airport for a repatriation flight from Bangkok direct to Manchester. This sadly didn’t give us the opportunity to say goodbye to all of the staff who had made our stay so memorable. Breakfast was delicious, such a choice of food available, the grounds of the hotel immaculate, a beautiful reception area with super attentive staff, lots of choices of areas to sunbathe…..big shout out to The Lagoon staff who thought my number of trips to the loo were hilarious (they constantly supplied us with ice cold drinking water). A special mention to our room attendant Tor. Super friendly, super efficient and a pleasure to meet. He really is an excellent ambassador for your hotel (Room 420). And not forgetting the star of the show……Rocky.😀 We used the shuttle bus on many occasions to the centre of Hua Hin. Don’t worry if you miss it on the way back, a Tuk Tuk Will only set you back about 200-250 bhat. To summarise, one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, simply couldn’t fault it. We are always fans of Anantara hotels in Thailand and our stay here only added to that feeling. The staff team are incredible - so friendly and helpful. The site is beautifully designed both inside and out, to create an oasis of calm. The food in the hotel is very good, and you really are looked after. A few people mentioned work being done but we barely saw any at all. It certainly didn’t get in our way. Stay here, visit the spa for wonderful massages, eat yummy dinner, and enjoy the opportunity. Thank you to the whole Anantara Hua Hin team!

This is our first time to try the pickle ball. We like it so much, it is a new and very nice experience. Coach Pooh is a very nice guy, very experienced, and he plays very well.

This is our first time staying at Anantara resort and we were bowled over. Lula -from the moment we stepped into the resort with a welcoming smile we had an initial conversation with Lula, who kept us informed of events going on and was happy to help with anything we needed. We used Lula a lot on restaurant bookings, keeping us refreshed in the Kesara lounge most evenings. Booking the massages. Lula really was a splendid advert for your resort and having been to a few 5-star resorts on my travels, we have to say Lula is very high on that list of front of house/concierge service. All the restaurants we were given were splendid. Rim Nam, Thai Restaurant – Tle was really good at making us feel very welcome on both of our wonderful evenings. Our meals on both nights were superb, accompanied by welcoming and smiling staff. The meals were so well presented with so many different and enjoyable flavours. The cocktails were also very welcome. Sea, Fire Salt – Our meal on the first night at Sea, Salt, Fire was good. The steak a little over seasoned but the other parts to the meal were super tasty. Faii has been ever present for most of our two weeks stay. Whenever we headed back for an after-dinner drink,Faii was there with a beaming smile, and also remembering our drinks, without having to ask. Meeting Alex was a joy, another friendly, smiling face to brighten our mornings, which were already positive when we woke to glorious sunshine each day. Our room was just perfect – away from the main part, quiet and a view of the sea-thank you for putting us in that area. Boat and Joy were brilliant in keeping our room super tidy. The lovely note each night made us smile a lot. I am sure there are several other people I have forgotten about, however they have all done their part to make out stay as enjoyable as possible. It is the little touches that Anantara do really well. Welcome fruit and chocolates in the room, positive notes every evening, staff remembering our names. Complimentary water in the room. Complimentary water & sun lotion by the pool. Fresh floral arrangements on the stairs. A rose given to me on 14th February, after dinner. The benefits of booking the suite were really well received with the Kesara Lounge drinks and food, the discount on f&b, complimentary couple massage, etc. The only 2 things I could think of to improve our stay would be a late night/chill out bar (till midnight) on the Sea, Fire, Salt roof & internet connectivity throughout the comp

We loved our stay at the Anantara Hua Hin! It is such a beautiful resort and felt like a little oasis of calm and peace while we were there. The grounds were lovely and it was so nice to have everything we needed in one place. There was a variety of delicious food and drink options in every part of the resort, and plenty of things to do to keep ourselves busy (when we weren't relaxing by the pool or beach). It was a beautiful, relaxing honeymoon trip for us, and one we will certainly never forget.

Amazing resort with great facilities for adults and children. Kids club was such a great place for little ones. All staff are incredibly helpful and a particular shout out to Dream who manned kids club and the aqua aerobics! The spa is a must ! Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙏🏽

We stayed for 7 nights at this beautiful hotel just outside Hua Hin. The rooms, the service, the food and the gardens were just excellent. The hotel provided with a shuttle bus to Hua Hin Centre which was nice. Too long for walk.

Lovely hotel , comfortable and clean , we had premium room which gave is free drinks and bites 4-6 pm The pool was warm and nice to swim in The staff were amazing Easy ride into into town with free shuttle Town was full of lots of fun restaurants and bars The dislikes- a bit of a battle for sunbeds The biggest dislike was the beech , realistically there is not one , a tidal sea that came right up to the concrete edge , deff no sunbathing on the beech and the sea was full of jelly fish and did not look that clean

Booked 2 pool side rooms with direct access to private pool, both rooms were excellently appointed though pool was often in the shade which may suit many families but we wanted a bit more sun. Main pool itself often very busy with limited sunbed availability in sunny locations, same at sea front area. Food at Sea, Fire and Salt was excellent as was breakfast offering but breakfast often busy. Kasara Lounge team were outstanding, especially Lula and View who looked after us so well suggesting offsite dinner locations and booking trips. Will consider Anantara chain again for our next holiday.

The hotel is situated in beautiful tropical grounds on the beach Our room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the gardens The pool area was lovely which was fortunate because it was impossible to swim in the sea because of jellyfish. Breakfast was good but pool service could be a lot better

I regret to say that my recent experience at Anantara Hua Hin did not reflect the level of service expected from a luxury resort, particularly during a special occasion. Firstly, I arranged for a bike delivery to the hotel. The concierge was aware that the delivery was addressed to my room number. However, the item was never brought to my room. I called guest services and the concierge three times, but no one answered. Eventually, I had to walk to the front of the hotel to collect the delivery myself. This was inconvenient and not aligned with five-star hospitality standards. Secondly, during our stay for Valentine’s Day and our anniversary, my husband arranged a flower surprise. While the flowers were delivered, there was no card provided, no message arrangement, and no thoughtful presentation beyond the bouquet itself. For a resort of this level — especially on Valentine’s Day — the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. A simple handwritten card or presentation element would have made a significant difference. The most concerning issue occurred after check-out. The credit card provided at check-in for incidental charges did not process successfully. Instead of handling the matter calmly and professionally, the hotel repeatedly called me 6–8 times per day requesting payment via a payment link. Unfortunately, the link did not support my bank card. I clearly informed the team that I would complete the payment within two days via bank transfer. Despite this, the manager and staff continued calling excessively. The frequency of the calls felt unnecessary and conveyed a lack of trust and respect. I completed the transfer on the same day and emailed proof of payment, yet I received no confirmation or acknowledgment that the payment had been received. For a luxury brand, communication, discretion, and attention to detail are essential. Unfortunately, this experience fell short in several areas. I sincerely hope management reviews these service standards and internal communication processes to ensure future guests receive the level of hospitality Anantara is known for.

We had a very nice time at Anantara Hua Hin. Especially the Fitness instructors like Meepuu and his colleagues the archery Trainers and Thai boxing instructors made it active and fun. Bomb at the MiniFarm went above and beyond to share his passion for the animals and plants. The whole architecture is wonderful and relaxed. On the downside: there is NO beach, sometimes long waiting times for breakfast and not enough sunchairs on the beach amd main pool.

Beautiful resort . Very friendly and helpful staff . Lots of places on the resort to eat and drink . Need to use the complimentary shuttle service in to the main are but the shuttles were very frequent . Although they stopped at 9 pm the tuk tuks were very easy to use . Happy hour ran from noon to 6 pm as long as you changed location every 2 hours . Overall it was fantastic

I have stayed at this resort a number of times and previously posted a review after my first ever stay there. This time, my stay at one of the Lagoon Suites to celebrate our birthdays was done after the recent renovation was carried out at the resort. (Disclaimer: I am an Anantara Vacation Club Platinum Member) Main Renovation Improvements: - One of the major renovation changes is the Garden View Rooms and its previous garden ground now has new swimming pools with ground floor rooms having direct access to the pools. This change should be appealing to guests with young children. The pools look very nice and surrounded by a nice landscape. - The Lagoon Pool which previously was exclusive to Lagoon Suites guests is not open to all over 12-year old and adult guests. - There is now a Mini Farm that is located near the Lagoon Pool and has live animals which is interesting and very well maintained. - The Kids Club has moved next to Issara Cafe and is much bigger and nicer than the old one. There seem to also be an improved list of activities for guests and kids. - The Issara Cafe where the breakfast buffet is served now has air-conditioned seating areas which can be a nice relief from the hot mornings. - The Lagoon Suites have also been renovated to be more modern. Less Positive Comments: - When the Lagoon Pool was exclusive to the Lagoon Suites guests previously, drinks and afternoon canapes & afternoon tea sets were serviced at the pool side. This is now replaced by Kasara Club Privileges at Kasara Lounge which is not as nice as being able to enjoy those privileges at the pool side. - The Kasara Lounge Welcome Tea Set was very disapointing and consisted of a variation of small Thai sweets that you can get at any Thai sweets shops, cafes, restaurants and even street-side, and sandwiches, compared to the Afternoon Tea Set that was provided previously. - Some of the traditional beautiful and interesting Thai artifacts and decorations that made the Lagoon Suites a pleasure to stay at were removed which is a pity. - We had dinner at the Sea Fire Salt restaurant to celebrate our birthdays. Even though we told the staff about the special occasion when asked and we ordered expensive seafood items from the menu, the food took longer than expected to be ready and no complimentary celebration was given. Overall: - The recent renovation upgraded the resort to be much more modern and family-friendly but it felt that luxury and exclusivity seemed to have been lost because of this, especially for Elite AVC guests and when compared to other main Thailand-based Anantara resorts in Bangkok and Phuket.

I spent 2 weeks solo with my 1 year old here. I knew I would be "stuck" - not being able to leave the resort, so this time I was picky with the choice. Anantara ticked every box for me both during planning, and most importantly in experience. They literally have everything a parent and a small child needs. The entire resort is gorgeous, including our beach-front room which looks even better than on photos. Over a week into the stay I found myself still discovering new areas of the resort, due to it´s incredible size and diversity. I never felt the need to explore anything outside the resort, apart from the convenient 7/11 and self-laundry service right next door. There´s even a massive supermarket across the street from 7/11. Food and drinks at the resort is pleasantly cheaper than in comparable Anantara Riverside Bangkok - where we also stayed. Another positive surprise to highlight would be the evening cinema with pop-corn in their gorgeous lush gardens. So original, fun, and it gave a true feeling of luxury and exclusivity. On the lesser side there were some inconsistencies in service in several departments. Apart from the somewhat mediocre Thai-massage at the otherwise gorgeous spa, I'll focus on my biggest concern: Service at the beach area. Staff is absent, so no service is pro-actively offered. Beds are equipped with call-buttons, but I question this solution. Although staff are adorable, they lack the basic training. In contrast; Anantara Bangkok Riverside has the same call-buttons, but staff there are hands-on and well trained. On the other hand several staff members in various departments made our stay feel just like home, and made sure we would love to visit again next year: BT - the most amazing nanny I could ever wish for, from the great kids club. I am picky on who to trust with my child, but she immediately knew how to interact, what to focus on, how to play, and give the right amount of space to my child. They became great friends, and I could truly relax from the very first moment and enjoy my free-time. BT is a top professional, but most importantly she works with her heart. Joy - at housekeeping. What a lovely soul. So attentive, caring and humble for all our needs. She spent time and took great care of every detail in our room at all times. We even had some challenges with mosquitos, but she went the extra mile to keep them away every evening. She also became like a loving grand-mother for my child. I have only good words for the manager Pang - at the beach restaurant "Sea Salt Fire", and Brook who makes the best cocktails. The food here is also delicious. Gift at "Loy Nam" pool restaurant is so sweet and attentive. Atom at breakfast service in Issara cafe is also such a wonderful and professional person. Chaian is a great and fun chef. So attentive of all the orders at the busy egg-station. Ray, the Front Office Manager did such a great job, so helpful and attentive to any needs or requests. What a stay! Looking forward to hopefully revisit next year.

Anantara is such a welcoming resort—with Alex at the reception and everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful! My family and I had a wonderful start to our mornings with yoga instructor Neem. Her classes were so relaxing, held on the grass with fresh air, birds singing, and the sound of the sea in the background. It was the perfect way to begin the day. I highly recommend signing up for the yoga classes if you're staying here! Overall, a fantastic resort experience!

This is the third time we are at Anantara Hua Hin and every time it has been a wonderful and awesome stay. The Club Lagoon suites and additional Kasara Lounge benefits will give you access to the adults only pool, Kasara Lounge happy hour and lots of benefits and reduction. The surrounding of the resort is very beautiful with lots of trees, flowers and vegetations. There is a very large pool with bar and you can also take a swim in the sea or lay at the seaside. The restaurant Sea, Fire, Salt has a wonderful cuisine, or you can have real Thai dinner at Rim Nam. The Staff is the top of hospitality and will do the upmost to make your stay complete. We hope to be back next year.

It was an amazing 4-day stay for our family. Their service is top notch and super friendly. Thanks to the recreation manager name Fire and another team member name BT, they were super accommodating to guide us in all the activities in the resort like archery, pétanque, rock climbing, pickleball etc. You won’t be bored in this resort! Our family has so much fun and collected great memories here. Breakfast was superb too, good spread and variety. Room looks aesthetically pleasing too. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Hua Hin Resort. The resort has a beautiful, tranquil ambience with lush tropical gardens, lotus ponds, and very well-maintained grounds that make it feel like a peaceful retreat. The amenities are excellent, with lovely pool areas and plenty of activities available. The staff were warm and attentive, which really added to the overall experience. We especially enjoyed the wellness and sports options. The yoga and gym classes were great, and the tennis facilities were fantastic. A special mention to Pooh, who was an excellent tennis partner and coach. The kids club is also excellent and offers plenty of engaging activities for children. The dining experience was another highlight, particularly the breakfast, which had a wide and high-quality selection of both local and international options. The only slight downside is the beach, which is nice for relaxing and walking but not ideal for swimming, as the water can be deep and currents quite strong. Overall, this is a charming and relaxing resort that we would happily recommend, especially for families or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Sehr schöne, ruhige, gepflegte und saubere Anlage direkt am Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal. Hervorragendes Frühstück und großer Poobereichl. 3 Restaurants zur Auswahl. Günstiger Shuttle Bus ins Stadtzentrum zu fixen Zeiten mit vorab Buchung. 7Eleven nicht weit weg vom Ressort, kann zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreicht werden.

Bei viel Wind kann das Meer aufgrund starker Wellen leider nicht genutzt werden.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmerreinigung sehr gut.Der Pool war spitze.

We really came for the golf at Black Mountain but were delighted by the beauty of the hotel, the excellent food offerings and lovely staff. I had my first, fabulous Thai massage too.
