Reviewed May 14, 2026This is a very comfortable and centrally located hotel. It has been updated within the past 2 to 3 years. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, it is in the middle of all of the tourist activities in town. It is walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. And it is also less than a 10-minute walk from the beach. In addition to it being a very nice comfortable hotel, there are many extras. The primary extra is the restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is on par with the other freestanding restaurants in town. Secondly, and perhaps most importantly to some visitors, it is a guest-friendly hotel with an ample number of expats to help you in finding the highlights of the city. Lastly, I will mention that the staff is outstanding.
I did not experience any negatives. The price has gone up within the past year or two, but that's probably likely due to many renovations. I had no complaints.
