Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Our room was comfortable with a great view over an intersection in downtown Turku. The breakfast was delicious and well provided. The lobby was a comfortable place to spend time when we were not exploring the city.
The breakfast room was too cold to sit in comfortably for any length of time.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Fantastic customer service. I really value that small interaction. Breakfast staff were great, the friendly greeting was very appreciated. I loved my room, very elegant and well designed. The bathroom was fantastic, loved the shower, I wish I had those heated floors in my house. Mattresses was good. Gym was cool and sauna was very enjoyable
Pillow was fairly soft, plus that giant multi colour cushion pillow was unnecessary. Since I had a double bed it felt pretty unusual to have a duvet fit for a single. Oh you could mention that the coffee pods are complimentary and not part of the 50 euro pre authorisation for the minibar

The building could have a bit more windows, all though the ambiance from not having so much natural light also makes it quite special :)

Huone oli kuin jääkaappi saavuttaessa. Kun lämpöä itse lisäsi, kesti tosi kauan, ennen kuin lämpesi. Lattialämmitystä myös kaipailimme kylpyhuoneeseen, oli tosi kylmä kaakelilattia suihkureisulla.

Pdj avec peu de choix d’aliments de qualité, trop d’aliments industriels, croissants industriels, saumon mélangé à de crème , omelette de légumes fade , idem pour les fruits… ça ne sent vraiment pas bon dans la salle de restaurant assiettes mal lavées ….bref pas top

Breakfast with plenty of choice. There's also a sauna and a fitness room but we didn't have time to try them. Next time!
I'd have to be a really spoiled person to complain about something. We really had a lovely stay.

Borde finnas en avlastningszon utanför hotellet, just nu besvärligt när man kommer med bil. När det är varmt ute går det inte få svalt på rummet. Parkeringen en bit bort, och dyr.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Breakfast was luxurious, the art deco aesthetic was tasteful and not dull, the high ceiling of our (second floor) room made it feel really spacious.
I guess the parking wasn't that great. There is roadside parking which is expensive (though free from saturday afternoon and through sunday), and the hotel has a deal with a nearby parking garage for reduced rates, which still was pretty high.

No English TV channel. Room was small to the extreme. You could not have had a normal size suitcase with you. Breakfast room is a bit strange. Why not downstairs where the restaurant is? One morning the coffee machine didn't work and there was no back up. You'd think, a hotel of that size would have a second coffee machine...
