Во-первых,было очень грязно,несмотря на то что с нас взяли около 50евро за уборку,якобы за то,что убрали для нас,затем якобы должна была быть уборка в середине проживания и в конце за то,что за нами убрали.Так и не дождавшись уборки,пришлось самим делать!

Канализация в туалете засорилась,все нечистоты вылились из туалета,несмотря на нашу заявку,никто так и не пришел,пришлось самим открывать засор!Стиральная машина также была засорена,вода из машины не сливалась,опять пришлось открыть кран снизу и выпустить воду,а вместе с водой вышли чьи-то трусы с лифом,которые застряли и не давали работать машине.Стиралка была до невыносимости грязная.Одним словом,это не апартаменты,а хостел.Испортили весь наш отпуск.Да еще взяли депозит 150 евро,который пока что не вернули!

Апартаменты удобные, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Рядом находится станция метро

Excellent location just a short 7 min walk to Plaza Espanya metro station. Quiet apartment with a balcony. Had everything we needed for a week long stay in Barcelona. Lift in the building. At the station is a supermarket under the Arenas building. There is also a smaller Carrefour around the corner from the apartment in the side street, a nice Bodega opposite. All in all, a great stay in Barcelona. Highly recommended.

The shower cubicle is very small, but not much they can do about that. Everything else was great.

This property is unbeatable for location if you are attending a concert at the Olympic stadium. There are plenty of cafes and a huge shopping centre nearby. It is close to all transport links. The apartment itself was three bedrooms and on the 5th floor. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The bathroom was great. Large shower cubicle with towels and basic toiletries provided. Washing machine under the sink too! The kitchen was small but functional with everything we needed to prepare snacks. Sharp knives are always one of my tests of how good a place is and they were in great order. There is a huge tv and air conditioning in all but one bedroom (the small single). The customer service was warm and friendly. All instructions for check in and check out were clear. The apartment was spotless and we would not hesitate to book again. Fabulous.

It would be nice to have a bathroom door lock. Please consider anchoring the wardrobes to the walls. Otherwise, a perfect place :)

1) Muy buen servicio: Una persona de recepción nos dio todo tipo de explicaciones sobre la zona y donde comprar comida y nos acompañó a la puerta de habitación para explicar en persona cómo se gestionaba el acceso con clave 2) Alojamiento muy espacioso, equipado con todo lujo de detalles en cocina y baños 3) Buenas camas y ausencia de ruidos, calle muy tranquila

The apartment was really spacious, we even had a balcony. They provided some basic necessities for dish washing which was very handy. Air-conditioning is great, our 2-bedroom apartment had 3 AC-units. Location is great, especially if you are attending a concert at nearby stadium. There is a big shopping centre in the vicinity.

Upon arrival we were informed that we have to pay additional turist tax because it has risen in April (we were staying in August and no one had informed us about this, even though we asked about it in advance). We complained and girl at the reception handled everything very well - but I still find it outrageous that they don't list such an expense on Booking. Besides bathroom is pretty small. It doesn't even have ventilation, so it gets very hot.

Location was really good. It was quite at night but still near bus and metro. The apartment was very clean and it had two bathrooms. The staff were amazing and really helpful. They spoke excellent english and were very polite. We felt really safe. Also there was an room to leave all of our luggage.

la pulizia dell'appartamento era scarsa in particolare un divano era orrendo macchiato evidentemente .sebbene avvisato L'host sono passati il giorno dopo per pulire ma era comunque macchiato. inoltre al momento della prenotazione ho chiesto se c'era una reception e invece era in fase di ristrutturazio. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno fatto mettere le valigie in una appartamento e mi ero raccomandato che mi assiurassero che trovavo qualche d'uno invece non mi rispondevano e ho richischiato di perdere l'aereo dopo che chiamando mi hanno aperto in remoto. Direi molta approssimazione sulle informazioni. Un famiglia inglese con figli anche piccoli e' arrivata alla sera e non riusciva a entrare con i codici e hanno dovuto attendere molto per poter entrare . Non ho mai fatto recensioni cattive ma visto l'alto costo della struttura e la loro approsimazione non consiglio questa struttura Mi spiace!!

Het was er schoon en hygiënisch. De bedden waren ook super om op te slapen. De mensen van de receptie zijn erg vriendelijk en wij voelde ons direct thuis.

Het was erg gehorig. Je kon de buren beneden boven naast je horen praten en niet zo zachtjes ook. Dit was erg storend wanneer er met spulletjes geschoven werd.

Posizione della casa ottima, a pochi metri dalla metropolitana, 50 metri dal supermercato. Servizio dei ragazzi alla reception eccellente, casa ben accessoriata e comoda.

Qualche elemento in casa necessita più di sostituzione che di manutenzione (vedi lavatrice), pulizia migliorabile, ma tutto sommato l'esperienza è stata molto positiva, grazie anche all'eccellente lavoro in reception dei ragazzi.

Air conditioning struggled in the heat.

The apartment was perfect for 4 adults, good sized open plan kitchen and living area, kitchen well equipped and included washing machine and dishwasher. The rooms good size with all the basics and nice bathroom, great shower.

The location whilst not far from centre and 5 mins from a metro station, with shops and restaurants a short walk away. However it was down a narrow residential back road so I would not have gone out alone.

Beds are bad. Light flickering in the room from the fire alarm. Airco didn’t work, kept shutting down. Sofa is very dirty with a lot of stains. High price, very poor quality

The service from the contacts before arriving was excellent. Location is good.

المكيف في اثنتان من الغرف لم يعمل جيدا. الغرفة الثالثة كانت بدون مكيف.

It’s not the total price when booking, they just added more charges like cleaning fee and travel tax. I would rather stay in the hotel if I knew that. AC in our living room isn’t working. No washing liquid for dishwashing.

It was really good having onsite staff that were super friendly and helpful to check in and also give advice about getting around the city. Great location close to supermarkets, the plaza and the magic fountain. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well stocked with plates and cutlery

The 3rd room was very small and had no air-conditioning or fan. The washing machine wasn't working and even if it was there was no dryer or anywhere to dry clothes

L'emplacement à proximité de la Plaza España et de Montjuic, une supérette juste à coté, l'eau de la douche chaude et avec une bonne pression, un lave-linge, l'ascenseur, et un logement très propre.

Appartement peu lumineux, très peu de produits de 1ère nécessité fournis (2 rouleaux de papier toilette et 2 sacs poubelles pour 6 jours à 4, quelques dosettes de café mais rien d'autre dans la cuisine (huile, sucre, lessive...), et des plaques de cuisson très lentes pour chauffer une simple casserole d'eau.

I liked the apartment the staff was nice 👍 and the location is perfect for family transport, supermarket shopping 🛒🛍️ and streets food and the Museum is close and The Magic water show is very good intertaimment for kids and families.

I missed often cleaning because we were stayed for 10 nights and the clean 2 Times.

Apartament spațios, curat , destul de bine utilat, serviciu de curatenie , 2 balcoane , vedere spre Tibidabo, foarte aproape de Arenas de Barcelona, Plaza de Espanya, Poble Espanyol, MNAC, Montjuïc . Noi am stat la etajul 5 (ultimul) . Există lift și au și recepție deschisa 24/7.

Cuántos caracteres tiene esto y resúmelo en 500 porfa No son transparente con los precios, al momento del desglose, no mostraba con claridad el total a pagar. Al llegar al lugar, apareció una cantidad extra que no había sido informada antes y la plataforma te obliga a pagarlo para poder acceder a las llaves del piso. Nos contactamos por llamada con recepción y no supieron darnos información o explicarnos el motivo. La hora de entrada no fue la que decía en los correos y plataforma de booking, cuando llegamos aún había personal de limpieza en el lugar y nos dijeron que no estaba lista y teníamos que esperar. Quiero resaltar la mala gestión y atención al cliente del personal de recepción. Por otro lado, sería bueno que al momento de guardar las maletas, diesen algún tipo de ticket o algo para reclamarlas, sentimos inseguridad, informalidad y desinformación al respecto. Hemos llamado porque no me ha devuelto el depósito de 150e, he llamado, han pasado 6horas y me dicen que aún no han hecho el check de la habitación y hasta que no den el reporte no me van a devolver el dinero, le pregunté cuánto tiempo y me dijeron que no sabían qué días. Me parece muy mal porque tanto aquí en booking como en la página del alojamiento dicen que lo devuelven inmediatamente después de hacer el check out y el check out lo hicimos a las 12:00

Apartmán je velmi špatný. Obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem bez okna. Jedna ložnice nemá okno ven a ani klimatizaci. Měli jsme 2 patro. Výhled nikam. Jen na špinavý mini dvorek s hromadou starých pneumatik. Celý apartmán je velmi zničeny a ve špatném technickém stavu. V koupelně všechen nábytek zničený vodou. Žádné dveře v apartmánu nejdou zavírat. Všechny drhnou o podlahu. I ty vstupní. Moc se neřiďte podle fotografií, reálný vzhled apartmánu je jiný než dojem z fotek.

everything is excellent location just 5minutes to the museum of de Catalunya you can go to watch the light fountain every night before bed time to chill out if you want it just because just only nearby. All shops restaurants, supermarket, metro train and bus also going to airport just near by, our property is clean and the whole building thanks goodness, because I am that person the first things that i checked is the cleanliness. We stay for a week and in the middle of the week somebody coming to clean your accommodation they changes beddings and they give you another clean towels. The bed is comfortable and the size is massive. The staff is very helpful thanks to Luca to let us to check in early its should be 4pm our check but he just let us to check in at 2pm the kids is so happy because they already tired for the travel that day but no extra cost. I can recommend this to any family or groups the property is massive at a lot of spaces. The Room is 413 A1. the property is safe 24 hrs reception and the keys is everything access to your mobile phone. The area is quiet and safe. I received my deposit no issues.

Well the only downside i think is the 150Euro damage deposit, which in our case was returned in full viia my credit card a few days upon checkout.

La ubicación es perfecta: al lado del Caixa Forum y a los pies de Montjuic. Las camas son muy buenas. Las llaves virtuales funcionan muy bien. El personal es amable.

Le falta implementos de cocina, como copas, licuadora, lavadora de platos y, ya que solo hay una sala de baño, un extractor, porque abrir la ventana no es muy agradable. Falta además decoración: así como está es casi solo para llegar a dormir, no dan ganas de estar ‘en casa’.

We were surprised when there was an extra toilet in this apartment. Air conditioners in every room saved us from the heatwave. Big main bathroom with washing machine. While it isn’t in the middle of the city, it had easy access to the metro for convenient travel everywhere.

The property was quite run down and a lot of things needed fixing including door locks and bedroom cupboards.

Lage, Erreichbarkeit des Personals, Check In, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Öffentlicher Verkehr sehr nah, Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, Klimaanlagen haben funktioniert, jedoch gab es in einem Zimmer keine, so dass wir mit offener Tür zum Wohnzimmer geschlafen haben.

Auf den Fotos gab es einen Balkon, den wir nicht hatten.

The location of the property is good for people who want to stay around the Convention Center (Fira the Gran via). Both bus and metro station are at walking distance which is good.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, but one of the rooms did not have any ventilation system or AC, which for summer time can be a bit tough, unless you leave the bedroom door open to get some air from the living room.

Après avoir réservé plusieurs nuits dans cet établissement, notre réservation a été annulée le jour même de notre arrivée, pour des raisons qui ne nous ont jamais été expliquées. Nous nous sommes retrouvés devant l’établissement, sans possibilité d’y accéder. Heureusement, Booking.com a réagi rapidement et nous a trouvé un hébergement de remplacement.

Beds were comfortable, coffee was provided, and the location was convenient.

Upon arrival at 1 AM, they immediately asked for more than €200 for a cleaning fee and security deposit. Without paying on the spot, they refused to give the keys, so I had no real choice. The cleaning fee had already been paid via the booking platform, so I ended up paying twice. I told them this immediately, but they just said “we will check” and nothing happened. I am still waiting for the refund of the security deposit, with no explanation, even though the apartment was left in perfect condition (I also took a video). I found many other reviews reporting the same issue. They keep giving excuses like “your bank is not accepting the refund,” even after I provided my IBAN. Still no reply. This is a scam. Update 3 Months later (10.07.2026): STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND!!! AND NO EXPLANATION FOR THE DOUBLE CLEANING FEE!!!

Falta algo de mantenimiento. La limpieza aceptable, podría ser mejor y más pagando 44€ extra por la limpieza.

De reservering was een leugen. Een dag vóór aankomst werd plotseling de toeristenbelasting nóg een keer verhoogd met € 42,-. En we moesten nóg een keer bijbetalen. Dit kan echt niet. Een ette klacht naar GAIA ROOMS. Ik heb de printscreens van Pay Extra

Terrible service, washing machine was broken, despite the fact that we have raised the issue with management and receptionist every single day, it hasn’t been fixed. On the day, when we were checking out dirty water was still inside the washing machine drum. In addition, the building is not sound proof, you will hear every step of other guests staying in the building, every conversation, lift going up and down. At last, foot path works right in front of the building, jack hammer unbearable noise from 7 am in the morning.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, a szobák nagysága, a személyzet nagyon kedves és nagyon kényelmesek az ágyak.

Nem volt se sütőnk, se mikrónk. Sütő egyébként sem tartozék, a mikró pedig nem működött, amit jeleztük, de semmi sem történt. Így nehéz lett volna a szálláson étkeznünk. Néha jól esett volna.

Great, spacious apartment close by the metro station. It was clean, well equipped kitchen, stores and restaurants nearby. It was perfect for our family with small kids.

The street was very noisy, however I know this is not the hotel's fault. They asked an additional fee from us just one day before our arrival which was not communicated to us previously, although we paid full price before.

2 napig nem volt meleg víz, amit ottlétünk alatt nem sikerült megjavítani. Bár tudjuk, hétvége volt, és ez nem könnyű feladat, de mégis kellemetlen volt.

We stayed here for 4 nights as a family of 5. The location was perfectly close to the bus stops and the underground metro. There are plenty of shops/supermarkets within just 1-5 minutes walk for all basic necessities. Customer service is brilliant. Requests are fulfilled straight away with a big smile. Our flights to and from Barcelona were both in the middle of the night and we had no issues checking in and out at such awkward times. AC is available in the lounge and two of the big bedrooms. The small bedroom had no AC.

The airconditioners were not working.

Buena ubicación, cerca al metro, al centro comercial u sitios de interés. Siempre tuvimos buena comunicación con el equipo que administra el lugar, nos resolvieron todo.

El aire acondicionado estaba dañada y comenzaba a botar agua justo al lado de la cocina, parecía que ninguno huéspede lo había informado y por eso no se había fijado para hacer mantenimiento, así como tampoco el daño de la tapa de sentarse en uno de los baños, lo demás está bien.

El acceso es fácil con el app. La zona en la que se encuentra es buena, muy cerca de las fuentes de Montjuic.

La habitación no tenía secadora. Una de las habitaciones era muy pequeña, un poco incómoda para caminar entre las camas.

Spacious property and centrally located close to a major metro station. Courteous staff

Very little natural light and even the artificial lighting is dim which makes the property kind of gloomy. Also while we had made the booking there was no mention of any deposit, however we had to pay that at the property which was kind of a surprise.

It was sold as a three bedroom apartment. This was completely incorrect. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen/ living area where the sofa turned into a bed. Can someone explain how on earth this qualifies as a three bedroom apartment? Very disappointing
