The reception and spa areas are nicely decorated and look like those of a 4 star hotel. You can take a shower in the spa area on the last day, the toilet and shower there look amazing, much much better that the ones in the room Breakfast had a few healthy options, such as salads, vegetables, and Greek yogurt. Nespresso capsules in the room. They offer a welcome drink at the pool area.

The room was a 3 star hotel at best, nothing close to a 4 star accommodation. Overall, it was not great value for money. In my opinion, the stay was worth about half of what we paid. Breakfast: the coffee was very poor, only filter coffee was served. At a 4-star hotel, I would expect espresso from an espresso machine rather than filtered coffee. I ended up bringing my coffee from the room every morning, where Nespresso capsules were provided. On the last day, I asked if I could have a coffee made with the capsules, but I was initially told no. I had to insist and explain that I had heard another employee offer capsule coffee to another guest. The breakfast selection also included only a few cold-cut and processed cheese options. The bread selection could be improved as well. The hotel also has a gym, but it is very small and realistically only suitable for two people at a time. On a couple of mornings, there were four of us training at the same time, which made it quite difficult un. Cleanliness was okay, but not great. On the last day, the room was not properly cleaned anymore, only the bed was made. Hair was left on the floor, and my pajamas had been thrown into a corner on the nightstand. The coffee capsules were replenished with decaf only, and no caffeinated capsules were left.

La struttura è molto bella. La camera spaziosa e moderna. Disponibilità della reception a prolungare l' orario del check in fino alle 1.00 pm.

La camera aveva vista mare molto ristretta e soprattutto vista piscina. Non è stato rispettato l' appuntamento preso per la manicure, ho trovato un' altra cliente nel mio orario prefissato ed ho dovuto rinunciare al servizio prenotato. Poca serietà da parte della ragazza della Spa. Colazione inclusa ma solo pochi piccoli croissant ed il caffè espresso o cappuccino non sono compresi, previsto solo pagando extra.

Highly recommend the Euphoria Suite with Sea View. The hotel has a boutique feel with good facilities including relaxing pool area and spa. The location is in the heart of Agia Marina with easy beach access. Would stay here again.

Small details like the shower soap being empty and towels changed every two days. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, and the location was great, with easy access to the nearby beaches. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It is definitely a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The only negative point was the bathroom. Since there was no proper shower door or screen, water tended to leak onto the bathroom floor while taking a shower. As a small suggestion, they could also improve the welcome cocktails by offering a wider variety. The cocktails were not bad at all, but the selection was quite limited.

I liked the aesthetics of the property, they had done well with making it a nice environment. I also liked the location as it was close to the main road, beach clubs, the beach and the bus going to Chania. I also liked the little terrace and the pool area.

It seemed like they had spent to much time on the look of the place instead of functionality. The renovation seemed very shallow and surface level. The room was not the best, and the service was also base level. I had trouble with the shower in our room and the one in the spa area, with things falling apart. It was much more a looks kind of place it seemed like. I would say it had the look and amenities of a 4 star hotel, but both the actual service and day to day functionality. The breakfast was also not the best, but the setting and the view was nice.

Great location, close to local bars & restaurants and the beach. Sun lounges are free by Me Gusto restaurant. Comfy beds, delicious local breakfast.

El hotel es muy agradable, tranquilo y cuidado. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y muy cómodas, y quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad y atención de todo el personal, que fue excepcional durante nuestra estancia. El desayuno es muy completo y de buena calidad. El hotel cuenta además con dos piscinas y muchas hamacas balinesas, y el ambiente durante el día es muy tranquilo y relajante.

Todo me gustó, quizá lo que menos el precio de la cena del restaurante del propio hotel que me pareció un poco caro. Pero, en general, una estancia muy recomendable si buscas un hotel tranquilo, cómodo y con un ambiente agradable.

This is generally a good Hotel with decent sized rooms especially the ones on the floor 1 with direct access to the pool - The front desk ladies were emphatic and helpful; We liked the rooftop breakfast area

The rooms tend to be rather humid and can feel the smell, we had to ask for a dehumidifier before getting another room because it felt a bit too much for us. The cleaning service can improve: there were some ants in the room on arrival, coffee cups and capsules were not replaced after use as well as the bathroom amenities were not refilled on a couple of occasions we had to call the front desk and ask. We also found the bed uncomfortable. For a €200+ a night Hotel, we were expecting a bit more to be fair!

Evexia Boutique Hotel is beautiful. Very relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in . This hotel is very clean & the beds were super comfortable . The staff were helpful, very welcoming & kind . The breakfast on the roof top was great with an amazing view . It’s in a great location within. walking distance to many restaurants, cafes & beach . Highly recommend !

Jolie décoration, chambre spacieuse, petit-déjeuner varié, bien placé: proche de la plage et de restaurants, magasins ... Petit détail appréciable: les draps sentaient bons.

La propreté de la chambre était malheureusement très moyenne, beaucoup de poussière, sol et toilettes sales ... Les serviettes de piscine/plage ne sont pas fournies mais disponibles pour 3€ par jour et par personne. Le parking privé à 9€ par jour est un terrain vague non sécrurisé entouré d'un grillage fatigué.

The hospitality and accommodations of the staff were great, the cleanliness and attentiveness of the cleaning staff was fantastic, the balcony privacy room to room was great.

My only complaint is that the walls & gaps between the doors are very thin so you can hear every movement from above you or outside your room.

This was a truely relaxing experience . The facilities are excellent, the spa ins comparable to some of the best Spas in Europe that I have used in larger hotels. The beach is close by and affords beautiful views of the sea and local landscape. All staff were very friendly and professional.

One of the best Boutique Hotels in the region. Exceptional SPA and wellness facilities. Very professional staff .

The spa was a nice break from the beach, the renovation is done to sublime standards really tranquil and zen. Staff were super helpful, and the private rooftop pool / terrace was much used .

Breakfast was good but not the best. I personally appreciate fresh orange juice in morning. Fortunately the shop next door sold freshly squeezed OJ for €2.5 for 500ml so we brought bottles with us to breakfast 🤩

Hotel and staff were amazing. Since we were checking out early due to the flight, they prepared us a small breakfast to go which we really appreciated.

Frokosten var litt skuffende. Flere dager var det tomt for ferskt brød, selv om man kom i god tid før frokosten var ferdig. De hadde heller ikke mer på kjøkkenet. Dårlig å fylle på med div . Måtte flere dager spørre om påfyll. Synes og at personalet var litt dårlig med å forstå hva vi mente , når vi hadde forskjellige spørsmål. De som vasket var hyggelige og smilende.

Het personeel van de bediening was erg lief. Het was precies wat je er van verwachte eigenlijk, luxe mooie uitstraling met een goed ontbijt.

In onze suite (met zwembad) was een dakraam wat een mooie lichtinval gaf maar daardoor word je gewekt door de zon. Er miste een mogelijkheid om dit raam te bedekken.

Et smukt moderne indrettet og samtidig meget stemningsfyldt hotel. Der er så rent og pænt. Personale meget opmærksomme og hjælpsomme.

Det var en skøn morgenmad. Et lille minus var at yoghurt ikke stod på køl, og blev derfor hurtig “varmet op” af de fantastiske vejrforhold ☀️

Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη σε κάθε επίπεδο και συνέβαλε καθοριστικά στο να απολαύσουμε τη διαμονή μας. Η καθαριότητα ήταν υποδειγματική, τόσο στα δωμάτια όσο και σε όλους τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Beautiful central hotel with very welcoming staff.

The bed was very small for 2 people.

All the staff were nice, but the breakfast and cleaning staff were especially pleasant. The breakfast itself was excellent. The spa, gym, and pool area are beautifully renovated and feel genuinely premium. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the welcome drinks and the free drinks coupon for the pool area.

Our room (1st floor, street-facing) was very noisy and had a persistent damp smell. The AC was the bigger issue — it wasn’t cooling properly and leaked water on multiple nights, including once in the middle of the night when it woke us up. Staff said it was fixed and a technician came while we were out of the room, but the leaking happened again, and this time a technician returned with two extra professionals while we were still in the room, which felt pretty intrusive. The shower drain was also poorly done, so water pooled in the shower every time. Parking was another letdown — despite the hotel advertising parking, we were directed to a random courtyard up the hill, free but a long, hot walk. Overall, the common areas don’t match the room quality, at least on our floor.

L’emplacement est idéal, environ 20 minutes de voiture jusqu’à la ville de Chania (super jolie ville) L’hôtel est également à 3 minutes à pied de la plage, où nous avons des chaises longues à disposition. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité de l’hôtel, également un super marché et pleins de petites boutiques de souvenirs. La literie de hôtel était très confortable. Le rooftop du petit déjeuner est magnifique.

the room was very clean and the towels were changed daily. The bathroom was small, however the shower was excellent. Its adults only boutique hotel, and very close to the beach and the high street with many tavernas. The distance to the airport was only 35 minutes away.

the pool was rather small. Apparently the breakfast started at 08:30am so if you book for an excursion, no point in paying for breakfast, as excursion pickup was around the same time.

Small hotel with great breakfast and possibility to unwind near a calm pool. It's also a spa but we didn't make use of that. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. And our room was quite big!

The bathrooms are a little bit outdated, which doesn't match the vibe of the rest of the hotel. Could be an opportunity for restauration, but it was clean nonetheless.

The location is great! The bar a and pool area is very relaxing and you can enjoy a nice drink. The whole hotel smells amazing! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help!

We had a wonderful stay at Evexia Boutique Hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. It’s one of those places where you genuinely enjoy simply looking around because everything is so aesthetically pleasing. The room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend places to visit and assist with planning excursions. We especially enjoyed our trip to Santorini — it is absolutely worth doing if you’re visiting Crete. Just keep in mind that it is a long day with around six hours of travel each way by bus and ferry, plus several hours on the island. The views are breathtaking, although there were already quite a lot of tourists even in early June. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and definitely worth adding to your stay. We also loved the pool area, which felt warm and cozy on windy beach days, and the cocktails at the bar were excellent. The location is fantastic: there is a bus stop right outside the hotel with regular connections to Chania, and a beautiful sandy beach is only a minute away. The complimentary sunbeds were a great bonus. The sea views from the hotel are stunning, and the spa area smells amazing thanks to the aromatic oils used throughout. The only small issue was that additional coffee capsules and tea were not replenished during housekeeping, but we did not have the chance to ask about it, and overall it did not affect our experience. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay. 10/10.

La suite era bellissima e anche la posizione dell’hotel top. Spa bella, manca solo la vasca fredda per il post sauna. Colazione e menù alla carta molto buoni.

Ogni cosa bisognava pagarla subito, ad esempio un caffè al bar, un massaggio, un toast, ecc. Di solito si addebita alla camera e si paga tutto al checkout. Così è molto scomodo, sia per l’ospite che per i dipendenti della struttura.

Super nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Sehr leckeres und vor allem abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Auch die Massagen waren super. Es war sauber und die Lage ist perfekt.

Erinomainen ja monipuolinen aamupala, jossa myös gluteenittomia herkkuja. Huoneen hintaan kuului pääsy spa-alueelle, jossa sauna, steam room, uima-allas sekä jacuzzi-allas. Lisäksi kiva ulkotila, jossa oli uima-allas ja baari. Erillinen parkkipaikka autolle. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja saimme hääpäivämme kunniaksi lasilliset kuohuviiniä on-the-house.

Spa-alueen varausten hoidossa oli toivomisen varaa, mm. meille esiteltiin tilaa kun saunassa istui toinen pariskunta hämmentyneenä. Meidän varauksen aikana sauna oli kylmä eikä steam room ollut käytössämme. Varasimme huoneen merinäkymällä mutta meri näkyi kerroksestamme vain hiukan.

Nous sommes arrivés toutes les canalisations de la chambres était bouchées . Nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil avant de partir dîner. En revenant vers 23h un monsieur était dans la chambre a essayé de réparer les canalisations, nous sommes allés à l’accueil et n’avons pas été du tout bien reçu. La dame nous a proposé de nous sous classé sachant que nous avions quand même payés la nuit 220€ . Nous avons accepté en demandant quand même une remise commerciale puisque la chambre n’était pas identique à celle réservée. L établissement a refusé nous demandent d’annuler notre séjour sur booking et de partir si nous n’étions pas satisfait de la proposition. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés dehors à minuit avec nos valises à devoir chercher un autre hôtel . Pour la réceptionniste il n’était pas grave d’avoir un plombier dans notre suite en rentrant et, que nous n’avions cas attendre ! Extrêmement déçu .

Je ne dirais pas que c'est un 4 étoile. Les draps n'étaient pas changés a la fréquence indiquée. Nous avons réservé le spa mais on nous l'a pas préparé pour l'heure indiquée, le personnel avait même l'air surpris - du coup on a dû mettre en marche les équipements nous même. La chambre était très mal isolée, on entendait tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs et la musique que l'hôtel mettait en continu. La salle de bain contenait beaucoup de fourmis le premier soir. Aucun espace rangement dans la salle de bain, et surtout la douche fuite, du coup l'eau se retrouve sur le sol à l'extérieur de la douche. Pas de ventilation dans la douche. Nous avons signalé une odeur très désagréable (probablement de personnes fumant des stupéfiants à côté) - ils nous ont indiqué de faire tourner la ventilation (mais il n'y en n'a pas) et au delà de ça aucune réaction, aucune aide. Ils sont même pas allés les voir.

This hotei exudes a quality vibe. The design layout, furniture and facilities are exemplary. The staff are efficient and friendly.

A couple of niggles - a lack of storage space for clothing in the bedroom; towel hooks in the bathroom, slip mats required for the spa water areas.

Unser Aufenthalt im Evexia Boutique Hotel & Spa war einfach traumhaft. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Hotel wurde mit viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail restauriert und hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich nette und aufmerksame Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir hatten die Suite mit Privatpool, und das war wirklich ein absolutes Highlight – wunderschön, luxuriös und perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch der SPA-Bereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und lädt richtig zum Abschalten ein. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden. Absolute Empfehlung!

Parfait dans l’ensemble, hôtel propre, chambre confortable, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, personnel sympathique, piscine fraîche mais agréable.

Bonne insonorisation extérieure lorsque l’on se trouve dans la chambre. Mais mauvaise insonorisation intérieure, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines, dans le couloir et lorsque les portes se claquent.

L'ambiance en générale que dégage le lieu grâce à sa déco et aux huiles essentielles diffusées en permanence. La chambre pour laquelle nous avons été surclassé en suite junior vue sur la piscine. Trop frais malheureusement pour tester la piscine qui avait l'air très bien avec des transats très confortables. Le spa non testé par manque de temps est très accueillant, propre et cosy, sans parler du couloir de nage magnifique. Seule la salle de sport est a disposition gratuitement, idem non utilisée par manque de temps mais le matériel avait l'air très moderne et neuf. La déco de la chambre de la même veine que l'ensemble de l'hôtel, de très bon goût, spacieuse et lumineuse et bien équipée. La literie top Très bons produits cosmétiques dans la salle de bain. Petit dej très bien présenté et varié sur un top roof que l'on a pu apprécier le dernier jour seulement, trop froid avant.

Le parking payant à 100 mètres de l'hôtel qui est en fait un bout de champs clôturé mais non fermé avec plein d'herbes hautes. Quelle différence avec l'hôtel!! En fait on trouve de la place dans les rues et aucune crainte, on se sent en totale sécurité en crête. Nous avions la chambre juste en dessous du roof top et tous les matins réveil avant 7h car mise en place du petit dej et les chaises traînées au sol raisonnent beaucoup...

1) δεν υπήρχε Πάρκιν αν και το ανέφερε στο booking παρά μόνο κατόπιν χρέωσης 2) καμία σχέση παροχών και τιμής 3 ευτελές πρωινό και μάλιστα κατόπιν χρέωσης 15 ευρώ ανά άτομο 4)σε καμία περίπτωση δεν βρίσκεται το οίκημα σε 50 μέτρα από την αμμώδη παραλία της Αγίας Μαρίνας όπως περιγράφεται ατη σελίδα του booking 5) το Μπάνιο ήταν κυριολεκτικά μια γούρνα χωρίς παράθυρο αερισμού ενώ δεν υπήρχε κουρτίνα η τζαμι προστασίας στο ντους 6) ενώ είχαμε κλείσει δωμάτιο με θεα θάλασσα μας έβαλαν σε ένα με θεα οικοδομής ΚΣι κατόπιν διαμαρτυριών μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο την επόμενη ημέρα 7) το Χάρτι υγείας ήταν economy paper που δεν βρίσκεις ούτε σε ξενοδοχείο 2 αστέρων

My stay at Evexia was truly wonderful! From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel welcome and cared for.The hotel is beautiful designed cozy and spotless , everything feels warm and inviting. The Evexia spa was the highlight of my trip. The indoor eco heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and the authentic Turkish hammam created the perfect environment to relax. My massage and facial were exceptional using natural oils that left me feeling renewed and deeply relaxed. Evexia is a place that stays in your heart. I left refreshed. Highly recommended for a long stay this time .

Ηρθαμε για επαγγελματικο σκοπο,ειχαμε μια υπεροχη διαμονη.Το ξενοδοχειο εχει πολυ καλογουστο boho στυλ και τα δωματια ειναι παρα πολυ ανετα.Ο χωρος του Σπα ειναι καταπληκτικος και το πρωινο εχει μεγαλη ποικιλια με προιοντα αψογης ποιοτητας.Το προσωπικο πολυ ευγενικο,χαμογελαστο και προθυμο Το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα!

Clean spacious room with a huge outdoor rooftop area with views to the beach, private pool was great.

Gorgeous hotel, it was so clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food at breakfast and the pool bar were delicious. The pool area was really nice and relaxing. Location was perfect, so near to the beach and really nice restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend, we stayed in October and it was exvellent value.

Highest level of attention to detail and genuine friendliness by all members of staff. This is a truly exquisite hotel, beautifully decorated and maintained. We loved the Spa and Wellness facilities, breakfast was like a piece of art; healthy and atmospheric, overlooking the sea.

Everything was absolutely perfect. There is nothing I would change. I wish we could have stayed longer, enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will definitely return and I would highly recommend this hotel and the entire village.

Personalul hotelului a fost deosebit de drăguț, au observat ca era ziua soției mele și seara am avut surpriza placuta de a gasi in camera o sticla de vin, fructe și migdale si un frumos mesaj cu Best wishes. Chiar ne-a facut seara mai frumoasă! Mulțumim din suflet! Hotelul este renovat recent si totul strălucește de curățenie. Muzică zen se aude in surdina pe hol. Breakfast ul este bogat si variat.

Te cobran extra por cada dia que quieras usar la sauna. Las sabanas del hotel estaban sucias cuando eran nuevas (mal lavadas). En el proceso de check-in nos hicieron esperar mucho rato por tomarse las cosas con demasiada calma.

Das Hotel wurde im Winter 2024-2025 umgestaltet und ist sehr ansprechend und stilvoll eingerichtet worden. Da haben wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist sehr gut, abwechslungsreich (vers. Eierspeisen, Speck und Würstchen, Pancakes, Croissants und Brot, Müsli, Nüsse, frisches Obst und Gemüse, Salate) und wird auf der Dachterasse serviert, von der aus man das Meer sieht. Ich habe auf Nachfrage auch pflanzliche Milch (Mandel / Soja) bekommen. Das Hotel arbeitet mit einer Strandbar zusammen, sodass man bei dieser freie Sonnenliegen bekommt - toll!

Leider hat unser Bad recht muffig und feucht gerochen. Wir hatten wohl auch etwas Pech, weil wir für unsere zimmerkategorie das kleinste / älteste Bad erwischt haben. Das Zimmer war aber groß und schön, sodass es nicht schlimm war. Für das Frühstück lohnt es sich, früh dran zu sein. Um 9 Uhr gibt es eine deutlich größere Auswahl als um 10 Uhr, wenn bereits langsam aufgeräumt wird.
