Reviewed Sep 11, 2026La merveilleuse plage en face. Génial pour ceux qui aime marcher sur la sable. L'eau est magnifique, propre, transparente. Les produits nécessaires dans la salle de bain. Les chausson et les peignoirs. Demi-pension à la carte, on peut choisir ce qu'on souhaite, tres bonne cuisine, plats copieux. L'hôtel même est propre, bien agencé . Climatisation efficace dans la chambre, facile a régler. Très bonne cabine de douche, fonctionnelle. Dommage que les toilettes ne sont pas séparés. Mais il y a une petite douchette de rinçage
Pas de boisson de bienvenue offerte. Minibar vide, mis à part de 2 petites bouteilles d'eau plate. À l'arrivée, assoiffé, nous avons bu ces deux petites bouteilles et nous n'avions plus d'eau pour faire un café dans la chambre, il fallait sortir chercher l'eau dans un supermarché. Pas facile lorsqu'il fait chaud en plein milieu de l'après midi. Véritable catastrophe : jacuzzi sale, absolument impraticable, avec des saletés, je pense, non nettoyé depuis longtemps. Les techniciens déplacés ont mis de l'eau partout et on laissé les traces sales sur le sol de la chambre. Finalement, mon époux, énervé et fatigué a demandé au techniciens d'arrêter les travaux et de partir. Nous sommes venus que pour une seule nuit et nous voulions nous reposer. Aucune excuse, pas de proposition de changer de chambre, seulement une bouteille de vin offerte au dîner. Par contre 7 euros pour une bouteille d'eau gazeuse. Vraiment dommage de payer une chambre avec jacuzzi et de ne en profiter. Plus jamais je ne ferai pas cela. Chambre minusculissime! Presque pasde rangement, absence totale de table de chevet de mon côté, aucune surface pour poser un verre d'eau pour la nuit. Les affaires sont éparpillées dans la chambre déjà tres petite. Les toilettes ne sont pas séparés de la cabine de douche. Il n'y a pas de après shampoing.

scrivo puramente per dare uno spunto migliorativo quindi non deve essere letto come una critica. migliorerei il tratto che va dalla fine del resort fino all'inizio dei lettini in spiaggia. dalla scalinata per scendere al mare

HB opcija za večeru ili ručak bi mogla da ima raznovrsniju ponudu salata . Osim obrok salata u ponudi na meniju bi trebalo da postoji i miks zelenih salata, paradajz, sveži krastavaci, kupus, šargarepa, takođe i sveže grilovano meso. U ponudi dezerta svakako bi trebalo dodati i sladoled.

La hotel mi-a placut tot, o singura chestie legata de sezlongurile care sunt pe plaja din fata hotelului ( nu stiu daca apartin de hotel ) . dar aveti grija la oamenii care inchiriaza acele sezlonguri pentru ca la inceput spun un pret iar la final cand platesti vine o alta fata care iti spune ca e mai mult. Ar fi fost mai bine daca erai cazat la hotel sa nu mai platesti sezlongurile de pe plaja.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026If you’re looking for a relaxed atmosphere this is perfect. The location is a great base to explore the area. Located on a beautiful beach with activities and plenty of beach bars and coffee shops close by. Chania centre being only a 20 min drive away and easy access to excursions. We took a speed boat trip from Falasarna beach - a 50 min drive - to Balos beach, which is beautiful & well worth the trip. The rooms are modern clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. The showers are great, with power jets and a steam function. We had a room with a corner pool - it was a small pool, but enough space to relax and enjoy a luxury touch. The gym & sauna are convenient with an indoor pool & also the free hammam was a nice touch. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. We are a family of two adults and two boys age 11 & 20 and the hotel accommodated all of us perfectly. We would definitely return 😊
The only thing I could possibly fault is the coffee from the machine at breakfast - but that’s me being fussy. However you can purchase a good coffee from the bar that opens at 10.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Cala obsluga, wszyscy byli bardzo mili o pomocni. Sniadania przepyszne, ze wspanialym widokiem. Hotel bardzo nowoczesny, wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Dostepne sa dwa duze parkingi, takze kazdy znajdzie miejsce dla siebie. Plaza 1 minute z pokoju z dostepem do wygodnych lezakow i parasoli. Piekne zachody slonca. Mielismy pokoj z prywantm zejsciem do basenu, hotel bardzo dba o czystosc. Codziennie rano basen byl czyszczony i dodatkowo filtrowany. Na koniec dostalismy upominki od hotelu. Jesli bede wracac na Krete to na pewno do tego hotelu!

Reviewed May 4, 2026Short stay (three nights) at Elia Agia Marina Resort was very nice, because of relaxing atmosphere and attentive personal. Breakfast room had a wonderful sea view and food itself was fresh and tasty. Delicious snacks and nice drinks from the bar in the afternoon. Pools were clean and well maintained. I took a massage in the spa and the massager lady was very professional and the whole experience was relaxing and worth its price.
I would have highly appreciated if juice at breakfast wasn't made from concentrate.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025The sauna and steam room and the cosy indoor pool were amazing. The massage was great too! We discovered that there is a steam facility in our shower room, what a pleasant surprise! The sandy beach is very nice too. Staff are very friendly.
The resort is small (we are used to resorts like the Club med). However, it has facilities that large resorts don’t offer, such as indoor steam in your own room. The swimming up pool is quite small, we didn’t use it.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025100 meter from the beach. Amazing breakfast views and access to the best beach around with no rocks. Covered by small ireland at front very protected from wind and waves. Even the 5 star about 1 km away had much worse beach.
Nothing, honestly nothing bad to say even if tried.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025Beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly staff & great facilities. Beach sunbeds provided. We loved the Hamam steam room & salt therapy sauna. Had great massages from the lovely masseuse there.
