המקום יפה מאד, המיקום של ימקא מצויין, אבל קיבלנו חדרים בחלק הישן יותר, והיתה תחושה שלא השתמשו בחדר זמן רב, המים הראשונים שיצאו מהברז היו חלודים וזה היה מבאס החלונות היו מאובקים עד כי בקושי אפשר היה לראות דרכם, לא נוקו לפני בואי. וחבל. זו לא הפעם הראשונה שאני מבלה בימקא, בפעמים קודמות קיבלנו חדר באגף המחודש, היה נקי, מרווח, מואר, והרבה יותר נוח. להבא אברר אם אקבל את החדרים באגף החדש אם לא אבטל את ההזמנה.

יש לשפר את הניקיון באגף הישן של המלון.

Breakfast was very good. The car park was excellent. the room's fridge was very good on such hot days. The a/c was good, and comfortable to turn on and off.

The towel hangers in the bath were not installed, and in the shower there was nowhere to place the soap while showering. It wasn't comfortable.

מלון יפה ובעל אווירה, צוות אדיב ויעיל. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה, חדר מרווח, מיקום נהדר.

חסרו לי כוסות בחדר, גם כדי לשתות את המים שבבקבוק וגם במקלחת כדי לשים את מברשות השיניים/ משחת שיניים/אביזרי איפור.

את המקום והמיקום, הצוות היה אדיב ונעים.

המקלחת הייתה קטנטנה ומאוד מאוד לא נוחה!!!

The hotel is located in historical building, and its architecture is impressive, both inside and outside. The rooms are comfortable, with nice view. Despite the age of the building, the hotel rooms are maintained and well-equipped. The bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a parking arrangement and its own sport center with swimming pool, sauna, gym and more. There is a restaurant in the hotel, they serve breakfast and brunch till 13:00. We found it very useful for us, as we wake up late. The coffee in the restaurant was very good.

If you have a stroller, mind that you have to lift it by hands 10 steps in the front entrance. There is an option to avoid the steps, you have to enter the building from the back door from Washington St. and elevator.

Beautiful architecture, excellent location, underground parking, staff was very nice. We went up to the tower view - 360 panoramic view of the city.. We ate breakfast, not part of the booking, at the local Farran restaurant that was one of best we have ever ate

Location excellent close to Old City and easy to walk to Israel Museum and or catch the train to Tel Aviv or bus to Masada etc. Breakfast lunch supper or just coffee - YMCA restaurant TOPS! FRANCIS at reception has been our joy - thank you Francis you made us smile every day ♥

כמעט הכל היה טוב, מלון יפה, בריכה גדולה, חדר כושר די טוב המסעדה (תוספת תשלום) הייתה טעימה ובמחיר סביר.

בחדרים אין תה, ארוחת הבוקר הכלולה במחיר בלי אפשרות בחירה,

מלון מיוחד ויפה במיקום הכי טוב שיש בירושלים לקחנו סיווטה כך שהחדר שלנו היה מאד מרווח ,החדרים הרגילים היו מעט קטנים אבל נקי מסודר ונח ארוחת בוקר קטנה ונחמדה הצוות מאד נחמד יש בית קפה פעיל כל הזמן מרכז ספורט וכושר מעולה חניה חינם

Бассейн не в самом здании - общественный рядом, старый. Нет халатов и тапочек. Гостиница уставшая, все старое. Не стоит своих денег.

Завтрак не пробовали, расположение отличное. Очень понравилось наличие бассейна. Бесплатный вход на лифт на смотровую площадку.

Из ощутимых минусов только отсутствие возможности оплатить наличными.

קבלת פנים בקבלה הייתה נעימה ויסוידית. איכפתיות ורצון לספר על המקום. מיקום המלון מצויין, חניון לכל התקופה נדיר! ביתה קפה צמוד למלון ארוחת בוקר טוב.

החדרים קצת קטנים, מחודשים, הכורסאות המדהימות שחלק מהאווירה לא ניתן לשבת יותר מחמש דק. כך שהחדר הוא רק למקלחת ושינה וחבל. מקלחת סבירה. למי שמחפש לילה שתיים בהחלט הייתי ממליצה למי שרוצה ליותר לילות תשדרגו.

We booked this hotel mainly for its excellent location and good value compared to the many luxury, and more expensive, hotels nearby. The building is beautiful and spotlessly clean everywhere. The food in the restaurant is very good, not kosher, but the restaurant is open and hopping on Shabbat. The rooms are a decent size and recently renovated.

Очень хорошая гостиница понравилась месторасположение прекраснейший вид с башни на Иерусалим хорошие бассейн есть где оставить машину и вообще хорошие гостиницы

Всё супер кроме завтрак завтрак очень вкусный но одно и то же яичница с салатом и кофе единственный напиток который можно выбрать

כל המאפים היו טריים ומעוררי תיאבון. שרות מצוין ברקע מוזיקה נעימה.

עוצמת המוזיקה היתה גבוהה לטעמי.

The YMCA hotel is truly like no other in Jerusalem. The building is iconic, everyone knows it in the city. It is beautiful. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and the cafe is open until late. I had pizza and a wonderful local wine for lunch. The rooms are elegant, quiet and very comfortable. The hotel is a very short walk to restaurants, shopping, the Old City etc. And there is a pool and jacuzzi. I am definitely staying here on my next visit.

In the room the tv was really old would love a smart tv or at least hdmi

Very clean and comfortable. Very close to the Jaffa Gate and within walking distance to everything. The staff were very friendly as well

פרנסיס בקבלה היה 10. מלון נעים וחמים ונקי יצאנו עם טעם של עוד

התנהלות עם ארוחת הבוקר

המבנה מרהיב והיסטורי. מאוד מיוחד.החדר היה מצוין ונקי ביותר. יחס הצוות היה מצוין. המיקום בעיר יוצא מן הכלל. מעולה שאפשר לשים את האוטו בחניון של המקום. החסרון היחיד הוא שארוחת הבוקר (בתשלום נפרד) מאוד צנועה וחדר האוכל היה לא מחומם (ביום מאוד קר) ולכן לא לקחנו אותה.

Ausgezeichnete Lage.Alles ist gut erreichbar und in wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Der Aufzug vom Parkplatz zur Rezeption war außer Betrieb. Man muss zwei Stockwerke zu Fuß hochgehen.

For what is supposed to be only 3 stars it not so cheap.

אהבנו את המראה החיצוני של המבנה, היסטורי ומרשים. צוות הוהדים היו נחמדים. חוץ מזה לא נהננו הרבה לא הצלחנו להנות מהשינה היינו במצב חירום ונאלצתי לנסוע חזרה הביתה . משעה 03:00-05:00 היינו במקלט צוות ההנהלה לא טרח להגיע ולשאול לצרכנו. בשעה 05:00 עזבתי את המלון. הייתי מצפה לפיצוי!

דחוף את הניקיון בחדרים בשטחים הציבוריים, בחדר האכל!!!! בקיצור אכזבה!!! יתרה מכך לא שהיינו במלון היינו במקלט ובשעה 05:00 עזבתי את המלון ולכן המלון חייב לנו פיצוי.

we were upgraded to a suite. LOVELY!!!! This is our second visit to Three Arches and we really enjoyed staying with you.

I wish the restaurant served dinner. Also, your coffee shop was closed (in the past it was open forafternoon coffee)

Breakfast was offal

Beautiful hotel, in the perfect location. They have retained its historic past but modernised it in keeping with its character. My deluxe suite had the best bathroom ever! Make sure you ask to go up the tower where the views over Jerusalem are spectacular, and visit the chapel one floor down circular stairs. The peace there is tangible. The breakfast could be improved but the service from all staff was outstanding.

We loved the central location, lovely architecture and interesting history, comfortable room and very helpful staff. Of course there is always the amazing panoramic view of Jerusalem from the tower, parking is also a plus. This was our second stay and we plan to book again when in Jerusalem. We have stayed in various other places near the Old City, but this is our favourite.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is great if you want to visit the Old City by foot. Francis at check-in was lovely. We got an amazing large and quiet room on floor 2 with a beautiful bathtub and shower. The AC worked perfectly, and there was plenty of hot water. I loved the old style windows and tiled floors. They still had the Christmas decorations up, which was nice to see. We went up the tower for a great view. The breakfast was simple, but good value for NIS 50 - vegetables, eggs, some cheese and salami, bread and a tapanade. We didn't have time to use the sports center or pool, but still thought this was amazing value and a great stay!

The breakfast salami was not the highest quality, but that's honestly grasping at straws here!

Great staff- accommodating, responsive, and helpful. Great location- about a 15 minute walk to the old city and to Zion Square. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and interesting- fountains, lovely artistic stone and tile floors and ceilings. A nice place to hang out- relaxing and interesting for adults and fun for small children. Guests can go up the bell tower for a view of Jerusalem from 4 directions. There is a restaurant and a gym with a pool and jacuzzi. If I stayed there again, I would ask for a room facing King David Street. I was on the second floor facing the grounds, and my view looked straight into the child care center which obstructed the view of the grounds and was noisy. The room was comfortable- it had central heating and enough hot water. The beds were a bit hard for me, but I think that’s standard for Israel. Overall, I’m glad I chose it and would stay there again.

Solid value with great facilities and staff. Good-sized room by Euro/ISR standards, excellent gym, and terrific location.

Breakfast was disappointing this year. Just some cheese, vegetables, omelette and bread/pancake upon request… And you have to ask for everything and wait until it will be ready. There were no simple yogurt or cornflakes or fruit for kids

the rooms are dated some paint and new flooring would make the rooms much better, the elevator is very small and slow , not the best value for the money

Advertised Air conditioning, BUT NO AIR CONDITIONING, OPEN WINDOWS, NOISY STREET, they moved us, next room, not bad. Luckily it was cold 2 out of 5 nights

החדר היה מוכן באיחור של 4 שעות ארוחת בוקר מאוד דלה

לא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר. המיקום מצוין. הטוב ביותר. והחניה - הדבר החשוב ביותר לתושבי הארץ. הכל ביחד הופך את המקום לאטרקטיבי ביותר והמועדף עלי כשאני מגיעה לירושלים. תמורה מלאה למחיר.

The breakfast need more improvement

באנו ללילה אחד ונהננו מאוד. המלון מיוחד, נקי מאוד ונוח. ממוקם מדהים, מרחק הליכה ממילא, העיר העתיקה, המדרחוב ועוד. בחזית המלון היה שוק כריסמס קטן וחמוד עם מחירים סבירים בדוכנים.

בגלל שהמבנה עתיק המעלית קטנה וצריך לחכות לה. לא ענו לנו בקבלה מספר פעמים כשהתקשרנו. אבל כשירדנו עזרו לנו והיו אדיבים מאוד.

סוויטה הייתה נריה ונוחה מאוד . מיקום המלון מעולה .

ארוחת בוקר על סך 50 ש״ח יש להשתפר בנראות המזון . יש להסביר שהדלפק שצמוד למטבח המלון לא שייך ולגבות 19 ש״ח על כוס קפוצ׳ינו שהיא בקושי רבע ליטר לא סביר. המקום לא היה מסודר ונקי, נאלצנו לבקש סכום . האדם שהיה בדלפק של ה״בית הקפה ״ לא היה מסביר פנים ולה היה ממובן שזה לא שייך למלון. הסלטים נראות יבשים מאוד ונראה ששמו אותם ולא עניין איך נראו או למלא חדשים . בקיצור לא היינו מרוצים מארוחת בוקר ( כמובן שאי אפשר להתלונן על המחיר אבל היחס וההסבר לא היו מובנים) . שוחחנו עם מספר דיירים במלון שהביעו אכזבה מהשירות ורמת המזון .

המלון מלוכלך מאוד, תחזוקה לקויה, מגבות במקלחת שחורות ומלוכלכות, החדר ישן ולא מתוחזק , כל המלון אמור לעבור שיפוץ יסודי, לא ראוי לארח בו. אין צוות במלון, חדר אוכל מלוכלך ברמת סכנה תברואתי. פשוט בושה

המלון מהמם. הצוות בקבלה מקסימים. קרוב להכל

החדר היה עם מלא תקלות. מיני בר שעושה רעש של טרקטור באמצע הלילה. מים לא יורדים בשירותים. ידית של המים באמבטיה קשה כמי אבן ובקושי ניתן להזיז אותו. הארוחת בוקר הייתה ב-י-ז-י-ו-ן!! שנה שעברה היה ממש אחלה. כל השיטה השתנתה לגמרי. מחלקים וואוצ'רים כדי לאכול. שזה גם מה שאמור לתת אפשרות להזמין ביצה... לא נתנו וואוצ'ר לילדה בת 6 בטענה שהיא לא משלמת על האוכל.. אז בפועל. לא הסכימו להכין ביצה גם בשבילה. לא היה אוכל בבופה בכלל! מלבד ירקות בודדים שנשארו. ולא הסכימו למלא. (השעה הייתה 9:15 כשחדר אוכל פעיל עד 10:00). בלי לחם. בלי גבינות. רק ירקות בתפזורת. לא היו כוסות לשתיה חמה/קרה. לא היה מספיק סכום. בקיצור. ארוחה שמייקרת מאוד את השהייה. ולא שווה את הירידה במעלית בכלל.

המיקום של המלון מצוין, במרחק הליכה מהעיר העתיקה. פרנסיס, פקיד הקבלה, היה אדיב, שירותי וקיבל אותנו בסבר פנים יפות. הוא עזר בכל בקשה והיה נעים מאוד. קישוטי הכריסמס הפכו את החוויה לחגיגית ומיוחדת

עומת זאת, ארוחת הבוקר – שנרכשת כתוספת במקום – הייתה מאכזבת מאוד. השירות היה איטי, האוכל לא היה טעים ולא היה מגוון. אנו ממליצים לוותר על ארוחת הבוקר במלון ולצאת לאכול באחד מבתי הקפה הרבים שבסביבה.

אהבנו את קישוטי הכריסמס. והאופציה לחנייה במלון.

למרות ששאלתי- המקום לא מונגש בכלל! רמפה בין הלובי למעלית קטנה!!! רק לעמוד בה וזה לא מונגש. בקשתי מקלחת. לא קיבלתי. אמבטיה? בלי מחזיק להחלקה. לובי? לשבת? אין. המסעדה סגרה ולא היה שולחן עם כיסא לשבת.
