Nada en realidad, el balcon una mugre, la habitacion pasable

El trato con la persona que nos vino a resolver el primer problema con la ducha y nos falto el respeto, porque pretendia que el duchador lo tuvieramos en la mano y asi lavarnos la cabeza y el cueroi porque la ducha por ejemplo no quedaba agarrada, yba los gritos lo trato de loco a mi esposo, hemos pasado un momento muy dificil

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación central de Milán y dos líneas de metro. Bastantes cafés, restaurantes y par de supermercados cerca. La habitación es amplia, cómoda. El barrio es tranquilo

El empleado que nos recibió era pésimo, no nos dejó ni pasar al baño , su mal trato nos sorprendió , totalmente desagradable para estar en una recepción.Realmente nunca me había pasado algo así !!

It was a very nice experience! Clean rooms, convenient location, fast check in, the bathroom is shared, but it's clean, rooms have everything you need for a stay and they even offered me tea!

Generalnie obiekt jest w znakomitym miejscu dla turysty blisko jest do stacji kolejowej autobusów i metra i w zasadzie ma większość rzeczy które pewnie narzuca prawo ale można tam spać jedną noc i nie bardzo chce się tam wracać. Personel bardzo miły i uczynny aż szkoda że struktura jest do kitu.

łazienka zrobiona chyba z modułów do łazienki do domku letniskowego lub publicznego szaletu; irytującym jest brak absolutnie wszystkiego czyli haczyków na ręczniki półeczki na przybory toaletowe itd. jest na podwyższeniu więc w nocy można zrobić sobie krzywdę. Wyposażenie - meble wzięte chyba z lombardu kompletnie do siebie niepasujące elementy absolutnie pozbawiane jakiejkolwiek koncepcji. Tam się nocuje wyjeżdża i zapomina oraz raczej nie wraca.

Parecía una cosa diferente en las fotos, pero la realidad fue un poco diferente. Es un edificio bastante viejo y han reformado un par de pisos para crear habitaciones turísticas. Respecto a la habitación, era poco luminosa y la cama de matrimonio estaba pegada a la pared y únicamente se podía salir por un lado (en las fotos de Booking no era igual)

L’emplacement entre les 2 gares est très pratique. La chambre est grande et calme. L’accueil et le départ sont facilités.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement dans la chambre (filet d’air frais mais pas froid). La taxe de séjour est très chère par rapport à la chambre et la SDB commune : 18€ pour 2 pour 1 nuit. Ce qui fait monter le prix à 100€ la nuit.

Facile da trovare e comodo essendo vicino la stazione. Il personale ti accoglie ed è gentile. Bagno in comune abbastanza grande sempre pulito. Camera pulita e grande

Nonostante sia a un terzo piano la camera è molto rumorosa, si sentono sia rumori interni che soprattutto esterni che impediscono di dormire in tranquillità, andrebbero forniti i tappi per orecchie. Nella camera c'erano le zanzare! Sono riuscita a prenderne solo due,fastidiose. Inoltre danno un solo asciugamano.

No había enchufe cerca de la cama y el suelo no había sido limpiado en mucho tiempo, las paredes son muy finas y me costó mucho dormir ya que estaba al lado de la puerta de salida y la escuchaba abrirse y cerrarse toda la noche

Era comodo y limpio

No tenias heladera ni te dejaban guardar nada tampoco en las heladeras del lugar. Solo hay un baño para compartir con otras 4 habitaciones y cuando me dirigi al personal para preguntarle por otro baño fue bastante descortes

The room was renovated in surface, the door was very week, the bathroom had mold and that is not acceptable

Bathroom pod was a little cramped for a 6'4 male like myself and water did leak into the sink/toilet area.

The shower still has a lot of broken tiles. They have nit fixed the shower floor fir a number of years. They still have shelves with sharp edges on top of my head in the bed. They are dangerous. I got up at night and hit my head. No shelves please on top of the bed right on top of my head. How stupid. Dangerous.

La literie était confortable. C'est très bien situé entre la gare Garibaldi et la gare Centrale.

Le couloir reste éclairé et la lumière rentre dans la chambre. Le matin, la lumière du dehors rentre dans la chambre. Il manque un porte-serviettes.

Il personale non parla italiano. Abbiamo trovato una maglietta asciata dentro la stanza da un precedente inquilino. Il bagno non è il massimo in quanto si tratta di una struttura prefabbricata in plastica in mezzo alla stanza che si allaga facilmente.

Although the Philippinos working there during afternoon and night shifts are kind and helpful the guy working in the morning is rude and for sure not suitable for such work (maybe he even was the boss). Check out was at 11 and at 11:08 he knocked on my door and starting shouting about extra charges and that I delayed to check out. Hotels are meant to be known for hospitality and not such behaviors. Room was also a little dirty and really expensive for what it is

La posizione è sicuramente il punto forte, a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Centrale ma anche molto vicino alla BAM e al quartiere Isola. Staff gentile e reception disponibile a qualsiasi ora. La camera era semplice ma molto spaziosa. Il bagno in comune era sempre pulito ma forse da rinnovare. E poi c'era Leo, il vero proprietario della Guest House, che ci ha accompagnato in questo soggiorno e ci ha salutato prima di andare via (Leo è uno splendido gatto).

Non ho quasi mai incontrato altre persone nei bagni o nelle docce, quindi non c’era mai affollamento. Era un posto tranquillo e molto confortevole in cui soggiornare.

Clean room and nice reception. The staff was great.

The air from the bathroom goes directly to room, so its not very pleasant. There is not air ventilation from the WC, that's going out of the room 😄

I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend for two nights, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. When I booked the room, I selected one large bed, but when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had two large beds, which was a wonderful bonus. The room also had air conditioning and, unexpectedly, a small balcony that we really enjoyed. Everything was very clean, and although the bathroom was separate, it was spacious and spotless as well. After our first night, while we were out, housekeeping cleaned the room, provided us with fresh towels, and left everything neat and tidy, which we really appreciated. I would also like to thank the wonderful reception staff, who were always kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. And of course, we were very happy to meet the hotel’s lovely cat! On the day of our departure, the reception staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel because our train wasn’t until the evening, even though check-out was at 11:00 a.m. This was extremely convenient and much appreciated. I would happily stay at this hotel again. The quality of the service exceeded all of our expectations, especially considering how affordable the price was. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Great location for the central train station. Very very friendly staff and would recommend if looking for good price and easy access

The guesthouse is very noisy, can hear everytime a door is opened in another room or toilet flushed and the buzzer for the main door. Lift only fits one person comfortably as on a third floor. The tv is almost unusable as it is in retail mode that can’t be turned off so be prepared to use your own device for tv.

The location is perfect. Very close to central station. Very clean. Staff were helpful. Toilet and shower is super clean.

The only issue was that when you took a shower, the water didn't drain properly and started to build up, making it seem like it might flood.

Tutto bene nessun problema

Ottima posizione con bar/ristorante/mezzi vicinissimi. Struttura accogliente dotata di ascensore. Staff gentilissimo, compreso il gattone della reception 😂 stanza ampia, dotata di aria condizionata, tavolino e mini frigo. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale.

Unica pecca la mancanza di bidet 😂

Small, old room, with basic cheap and old furniture, almost no electrical plugs. Main apartment door didn't even lock. Way too expensive.

The location and cleanliness was great.

They got into my room to make my bed and take the trash. I didn't know they would do that. They didn't have do not disturb cards to put on the door handle either.

The room was properly cleaned each day, and the shared bathroom is regularly cleaned by staff making it very clean too.

Only one thing - the rule that you can’t stay even in the reception area after you moved out. I had a flight 5 hours after check out, and got denied to stay even for one hour before my departure time to charge my phone.

La limpieza, ubicacion cerca de la estación de trenes y metro, lugar tranquilo, seguro. Un minimarket al frente, que ayuda mucho, con variedad y buenos precios.7

Dentro de lo ofrecido por el lugar esta una terraza, al preguntar si podíamos usarla, nos dijeron que estaba cerrada y no se podía, además los recepcionistas que nos toco ver eran muy desagradables, al realizar alguna pregunta apenas respondían.

Convenient location walkable to the central bus and train stations. Was fine for a quick overnight after arriving at Milan airport.

The bathroom is not particularly private- it is basically a closet that has been added to the room, and has translucent sliding doors. This aspect wasn't super clear in the photos so came as a surprise - may be better suited to the solo traveller. The pillows and blanket were both very thin.
