Location was fantastic. The island was convenient and nice place itself. La Lune is definitely worth the trip. Loved the breakfast on beach.

Staff has a bit language barrier. English isn't strong so bring Translator App or point and ask. Service was a slow but I guess it was because of language.

L’hôtel est correct sans plus , la plage en face de l’hôtel est belle mais pas incroyable.

Inconcevable qu’on ne puisse pas entrer à l’hôtel par la route , aucun accès. Obligé de venir par la plage. Du aux grandes marée de 1 c’est souvent impossible. De 2 en cas de problème à l’hôtel , il n’y a aucune issue possible à part que la plage. Le prix ne justifie absolument pas la qualité du logement, l’eau de la douche est chaude parfois froide , le restaurant est moyen. Malheureusement je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel.

當天抵達現場發現少訂了一間房 現場訂房居然比網路訂還貴很多 整體我一個人住比兩個人住的還要貴上許多 感覺住宿方用了很多名義要挖我的錢出來 泰國果然是一個現場比網路訂還要貴的地方 奉勸各位千萬要仔細在網路上訂好

В первый день на дне бассейна были мертвые сороконожки, потом их вроде убрали. В ванных комнатах присутствует плесень, уборка проводится посредственно. Во время нашего прибывания случились какие то проблемы с водопроводом. Два дня не было воды на 3 этаже из-за чего нас переселили в другие номера пониже.

The beach was beautiful.

The room was lovely and neat but the floors were dirty and full of sand. No hot water. Had to shower in cold water. I reported it twice and it wasn't repaired .The tables on the beach were filthy. Only wiped down. The vinyl covers over them were sticky and dirty. When I wiped it down with numerous wet wipes it was dark brown in colour. Disgusting. ( See pic attached).I will not go back or recommend friends. My friend asked for an ash tray and it was pointed out to her to fetch it at the bar counter. Shocking. Very disappointed.

It's right on the beach and next to lots of good places to eat.

Beach is beautiful, can arrive directly to the small pier.

Beds was not comfortable, restaurant serve mostly Thai dishes, not so tasty, poor choice for breakfast as well. We asked for a baby high chair and there was one just small chair without any crossbar. No baby cot as week, there is no place in the room for the cot anyway.

I arrived by car (taxi) but the access to the hotel is via the beach - luckily, the tide was low and the staff helped with my suitcase. I was given a room on the ground floor but they changed it without any problem when I asked. The staff were very nice (didn't speak a lot of English, but I don't speak Thai either...- and we managed to communicate just fine). The hotel is right on the beach. It's clean and quite recently done up. It's on a quiet beach for Koh Samet, which is what I was looking for. There was one night when a near by hotel or bar was noisy but compared to other areas of the island it was a lot more chilled. Mix of families and adults. I'd advise getting the speedboat there as it's really close to the jetty. I didn't on the way there but chose that option on the way back to the mainland. Book that option as a return journey before you get to Samet as it'll be a lot cheaper (even if it's quite cheap anyway). You can do the coastal walk all the way to the village - from one beach to the next.

The breakfast was basic and if you have tea in the morning, maybe bring your teabag and ask for hot water. But you're right on the beach looking at the ocean, so a basic breakfast wasn't an issue for me. There is no cash machine nearby - you have to go to the main harbour in the village. Just plan ahead if you don't want to have to go into town and think you'll need cash (for the sarong and food sellers that walk by).

Fridge rusty and bathroom a bit dirty. The food is not good. Looks like a tourist trap to me. We were disappointed, for this price, almost 2000 bath for one night, we were expecting higher quality.

TV and safety box not working

it is the place where you need to escape from the mass and noises. I like it because of staffs and I was there with no, at all, other guests fue to Covid-19. Even, I was alone people there treated me well and there to help. The entrance is complexing but it’s worth walking.

We found a cockroach at the first night. It was damned big one. Overall is fine. Breakfast was not various, just standard.

Great beach and island experience on Ko Samet, but as a hotel the service was extremely poor. Not helpful, not organized. It was very hard to get to to and they didn't help much. Wifi didn't work in the room (third floor) only the lobby. It felt very bare bones, even though they try to give it the appearance of luxury. I guess that's the nature of beach resort holiday. Not my thing usually so I don't know. I would definitely go back to the island but definitely not this place.

Clean hotel and nice pool 5 meters from white sand beach. Stayed on center of third floor, which had direct view of ocean. Very close to evening restaurants and several small bars. Nothing too fancy, but great for an affordable weekend trip away from Bangkok.

2回目のサメット旅行でしたが、今回もウォンドゥワンビーチにしました。 前回別のホテルのコテージタイプに泊まった時はビーチフロントの部屋だったのですが他の宿泊者が夜中までビーチで騒いで煩かったので今回は普通のホテルタイプの部屋にしようとこのホテルにしました。ホテルのファシリティ自体は問題無いですが、シャワー、洗面の水の出がかなり弱いのは残念なポイントです。ホテルの朝食は毎日少しずつメニューが変わりますが大体同じなので長期滞在する場合は飽きてくるかもしれせん。 ホテルの目の前がビーチなので部屋からも1分かからずに海に入れます。またホテルの敷地内に広くは無いですがプールもあり、毎朝清掃もしていて水質はかなりキレイでした。 夕食時にはレストランを開いてはいますがお客さんの入りは少なくホテル側もあんまり力を入れてるようではなかったので、自分達も他のレストランで食べました。

Väldigt lyhört, mycket högljuda chineser på hotellet som invaderade poolen. Aldrig lugnt. Dålig städning. Okej frukost. Bra service.

Hotelli oli erittäin viihtyisä sekä siisti ja puhdas. Hotellin henkilökunta oli avulias ja ystävällinen. Ainoa miinus hiukan hitaasta WiFi:stä. Rannalla on useita muitakin hotelleja, ravintoloja ja kauppoja, mutta ei kuitenkaan niin aktiivinen kuin Had Sai Kaeew.

Very happy with this place. Newer than a lot on the island. Nice pool. The way the hotel is aid out it's best to get the higher rooms - that way you get a glimpse of the sea and also people aren't looking down on you.

looking at other hotels on the island ,the lalune was a good choice,there is a lot of substandard accommodation on what is a pretty run down island..upon arrival to the island you are charged an extra two hundred baht each for the upkeep of national park,I'm not sure how long this has been going on but they haven't spent much money yet from what I can see.best way to get about is by scooter.Overall not very impressed by this island at all,nice weather but beaches are very dirty and not looked after.the locals need to get a grip and tidy the place up,it could be paradise but at the moment far from it.

Stayed in this hotel 2 nights in June. It was a good choice. Very new clean hotel, nice swimming pool. Beautiful beach. The weather was perfect . We enjoyed every minute during our holiday. Great place to stay on koh Samed island

Das Hotel hat einen schönen Pool und das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung. Die Anlage ist recht klein, dafür aber ruhig und direkt am Meer gelegen. Alle Zimmer haben einen kleinen Balkon mit (seitlichem) Meerblick. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage für Koh Samet. Die Ecke ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und in der Umgebung befinden sich gute Restaurants und Bars.

Bra och modernt hotell som ligger precis vid en mysig strand. Väldigt lyhört och inte det mest stabila internatet, men en väldigt bra helhetsbild!

Ligger i en fin liten vik. Du får gå 30 meter åt något håll för att få strand då vattnet når upp till hotellet. Helt ok hotell, dock kunde frukostbuffén vara lite större. Bra städning varje dag.

웡두안 비치에 바로 갈수 있는 배편이 있어서 시간맞춰가면 이용이 편리합니다. 숙소는 깔끔하고 큰 불편함은 없습니다. 조식도 괜찮은 편입니다. 다만 와이파이가 방 안에서는 잘 안터지는 경우가 많고 로그인을 계속해야해서 불편합니다. 점심, 저녁 식사를 하실 경우 이 숙소에서 운영하는 레스토랑 말고 다른 레스토랑을 이용하는 것을 추천합니다. 메뉴가 계속 잘못나오고, 주문하지 않은 음식을 주고, 친절하지도 않습니다..

Super nice and fresh hotel. Loved it!

La propreté de la douche et de la piscine étaient douteuses. Le lit était ultra dur. Pas de grand lit; c'est plutôt deux lits simples collés ensemble m, malgré ce qui est annoncé. En recanche, la plage est belle et l'hôtel est situé à proximité de toutes les autres plages intéressantes. Également, le petit déjeuner de style buffet était très bien.

ligger ca fem min promenad från vägen. inga bilar/taxi kan köra fram. oftast kommer man båtvägen. kan bli hög ljudvolym vid poolen , då de två byggnaderna ligger mkt tätt. väldigt avslappnade i miljö. helt klart ett tre stjärnigt hotell.

Excellent hotel if you just want to spend time at the beach. It's located at this cute cove so there are other hotels around with good restaurants/bars.

ตั้งแต่วันแรกที่ไปพัก ก็พบกับการบริการของพนักงานที่ดูก็รู้ว่ามือสมัครเล่น การบริการ การพูดจา ไม่มีความรู้สึกว่าที่นี่เป็นโรงแรมเลย เหมือนอยู่หอพักที่มีกฎระเบียบมากมาย มีป้ายห้ามว่ายน้ำเกินเวลา ปรับหนึ่งหมื่น ป้ายพักเกินไม่แจ้งปรับสองพัน จริงๆเค้าไม่เขียนกันหรอก ไปดับ น้ำไม่ไหล อาหารเช้าเหมือนข้าวราดแกงถ้าเทียบกันราคาห้องที่จ่ายไป สรุปสั้นๆง่ายๆ "ไม่คุ้มค่า คุ้มราคากับที่จ่ายไป"

Mycket trevlig strand, fin och bra pool på hotellet. Bra frukost som ingår.. Allt är dock lite dyrare på Koh Samet än övriga öar i Thailand, det bör man ha med sig...

Avslappende opphold med venner. Det eneste minuset var kinesiske turister som laget mye støy sent og tidlig. God service, flott bassengområde og strand i umiddelbar nærhet.

Väldigt fint direkt på stranden. Frukosten var inte så kul men annars var allt toppen!

Vores ophold var overordnet set meget godt. Wifi signalet rækker ikke til alle værelser. Morgenmad var meget standard men fint til vores behov.

location is quite good, the beach is not very crowded yet there are still numerous of restaurants. the bed is very big and breakfast is fine. only bad thing was that there were some mosquitos in the room
