The aircond, minibar, mineral water was perfect because 4 bottle as I mostly get 2 bottle. Room light was relax. I never had a loofah in a hotel before and this is the FIRST Excellent job. And my wife ask if only they give a 1 free face mask as well. Haha.

Room 505 Toilet smell. Maybe because of the toilet bow hole not well covered and smell come out from the small gape. Another is the aircond supply vent have a RED light once the room is in total dark. Why is there a red light there?

The hotel's facilities and eminities are still the same when we last visited in around 2007/8 when it just opened! And upgraded...so beautiful and luxurious... Congrats! And keep up

Facilities a bit “old”.

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. I needed a taxi to pick me up at the airport and they arrange everything on short notice and after hours. Great service.

The friendliness & helpful staffs, the location wise, the parking space is easy access, the cleanliness and room spacious, modern and well maintain of room. I’m regular customer whenever come to Bintulu. New World Suites always my 1st choice.

No eggs or freshly cooked breakfast on one day out of four. There is no swimming pool, but the rest of the hotel seems better than the others in Bintulu.

Modern and cozy with smell of clean and freshness throughout the hotel. Spacious room which can accommodate extra bed. Comfortable bed and have a good city view. Hotel staff is very helpful and parking is free for hotel guests at 4th floor. Shopping mall and restaurant just beneath the hotel.

The food refill was very late and not much choice left during breakfast.

I stayed in level 5, at the night still got hotel staff working on the conference room set up with huge noise and disturb my sleeping. I told the staff and call the front desk also to tell my concern, but working kept continue until late night.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times many years ago. The bed and room is very comfortable.

The reception staff a guy was not friendly. I informed him about my keycard being disabled when its not checkout time yet, all he said was ok with a i dont care kind of face.

I liked everything. Parking was convenient. Shower was great; the water pressure and temperature. The room was big and the bed was really comfortable.

My second time here.. The room was cosy and clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast was great as before.

I like it's well maintained, the carpet was clean, no funny smell. Location is superb with a lot of shops in surroundings. Love that they acommodated to my late check-out request (1pm) so I can come back rest & refresh after morning meeting.

The in-door slipper could place somewhere more obvious (It was placed inside the wardrobe which I had quite a search around)

I’ve only stayed in 2 hotels here in Bintulu but this hotel is by far my favourite. Love the cozy room and generous amenities. Everything is nice and clean. And bed and pillows are comfortable. Could use with more TV channels though. Check in was fast and easy. Hardly had to wait at all. The breakfast is alright. Good selection and okay taste. I like the nasi lemak. One of the good nasi lemak in hotels.

It's miscommunication when I check out, I already paid, some how the bill didn't appear in the system, eventually settle

The lovely front desk staff is awesome as she assisted us for early check-in and helped me to rejuvenated after a quick nap. For sure I'll revisit again.

Parking provided for free at the property. The hotel is one building with Parkcity Mall. Closest to other small shops surroundings. Walking distance to new mall, The Spring. Excellent water pressure with toilet spray bidet provided. Varieties of choices for breakfast.

No swimming pool in the hotel; for family without children might be okay with this but for family that brings their kids might need at least swimming pool for the kids to relax.

Clean, quite, direct access to a Mall with few nice shops in case of urgent needs. The personnel, very kind and gentle, always answering in exhaustive manner to my requests. Recommended!!!

Taste of breakfast

The location is perfect, a great spot to explore between shops there and "The Spring", the parking lot is secured and monitored. The hotel is very lovely, the rooms were impressive, comfortable and very clean. The management should invest in making a swimming pool with pool bars and restaurants perfect for families, and a sky view of Bintulu city.

Nothing bad to complain about but we did have to carry the bags up ourselves from the lobby to our room, the staff needs to be more attentive, helpful and always looking for reasons to be useful and responsible for the guests. A little more tweaks and encouragement would definitely help shape into a much better "New World Suites". 🤙🏻

The room size is generous and the shower was nice. It’s quiet central, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars. Parking garage inside the building is for free. Also, the minibar drinks and snacks were included (Perrier water) which was nice.

Its a typical business stay hotel in a industrial town with a Chinese touch of style as eg dark brown, black, red and golden colors dominate. Breakfast was ok, but could be nicer as there was no cappuccino or similar available.

The bed and pillows were excellent - super comfy! Location was good, near mall and eatery.

Selection of TV channels can be increased.

Walking distance to The Spring Shopping Mall. The room is cozy and interior is great.

There is no ramp for easy baggage handling.
