Location was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern.

It was a little hard to find. Even our driver had a hard time Even a small sign by the door would have been helpful.

Poor staff and did not know how to manage.was not helpful at all, didn’t know how to handle a room that had litterally failed, no electricity, no A/C, no toilet because when the electricity went out the the electric pump on the toilet didn’t work and it overflowed, they gave us a key to another room for the night so we could use the toilet , they left at 4:00, and was not coming back until morning, they left us like that for the night, we moved rooms in the middle of the night and the next morning they wanted us out of that room and to go back to broken room, this made no sense!! Way too expensive, 15.00 a person for breakfast, and the room is too expensive for what you get! Terrible experience!!

Location, Location Location. I truly enjoyed the view at night. Too bad I do not have photos for proof but it should encourage you to stay here. We walked everywhere from the Hotel but were in a rush to get to our Vatican City Tour and the lovely host called a taxi for us. Do you know how easy my check in was? 20/10. Sleep 50/10. Breakfast 100/10. The hotel Staff was absolutely the best and THEY MADE the STAY ENJOYABLE. Andrea got us squared away quickly so we could be on time for our tour. VERLY WAS INCREDIBLE! She served the best cappuccino, coffee, espressos, and not to mention the REAL EGGS. She was very hospitable and patient with some rude, difficult people. THAT should tell you how much she does to save the face of this business. She deserves a raise or bonus. Eva kept everything spotless in and around the rooms. Matteo ensured we got our ride and directions.

There was nothing to dislike about this property. I will stay here again, 100%

The location for me was ideal. Farnese is colocated with the great attractions whilst being very, very quiet to allow rest and relax. Rome is a noisey city, to have peace during downtime is a luxury which this hotel has. Been Italy 4 times. Staff are helpful but discrete. Its small size is just what you want during your Roman holiday.

The stairs can be a problem for prams and is not a place for children, its a classic retreat not a funpark.

Joshua, Beverly and Stephanie were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay a very enjoyable experience!

The location was great.

Weird entry and not staffed regularly. Lots of stairs. Getting off the elevator with bags was tricky, since there were stairs right there. I actually fell down a few stairs getting off the elevator with a bag due to the dangerous proximity between the elevator exit and the stairwell. Clean rooms but not well maintained.

The aircon in the city view room struggled in the heat wave. The bathroom is too small, as a suggestion part of the walk-in cupboard could be used to make the bathroom bigger.

No me gustó la forma del hotel esta como viejo el elevador chiquito y está en un lugar no visible hay que subir muchas escaleras para encontrar el lobby no hay un cartel que diga para donde está el lobby y tampoco me gustó que la entrada es un portón y no dice el nombre del hotel gracias al taxi que supo guiarnos

It was a bit hard getting into when we arrived due to the outside door being locked and my call didn’t go through to the number on Booking.com. Another person was stuck outside trying to figure out if we had the right place. Thank goodness a cleaning guy was leaving and was able to let us in. Other than that, once we had our key there were no more issues.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – direkt neben dem Campo de' Fiori gelegen und damit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Rom zu erkunden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Gerne werden wir dieses Hotel auch ein drittes Mal besuchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Hôtel au design et confort exceptionnel. Excellent petit déjeuner. Équipe super accueillante et souhaitant nous conseiller au mieux. Localisation en plein centre historique de Rome, nous avons tout fait à pied.

Beliggenheten var super. Kort vei til alt og mange restauranter i nærheten. Frokosten stod absolutt til forventningene. Super hyggelig personale. Ble møtt av en hyggelig vert og fikk god og nyttig info. Ingen luksus, men et stille og rolig hotell med ikke altfor mange gjester. Hit kommer vi garantert tilbake. Hadde rom mot en bakgård, noe som var smart da det var stille og rolig. Vurderer muligens et litt større rom neste gang, men totalt sett veldig fornøyd. Fikk til og med påsmurt frokost da vi reiste hjem tidlig på morgenen. Hotellet booket taxi for oss og den var helt presis på tid.

Asimismo, la comunicación por WhatsApp es excelente: siempre disponibles para cualquier consulta, con respuestas rápidas y resolutivas, lo cual brinda mucha tranquilidad. En cuanto al desayuno, es simplemente excelente: muy completo, variado y de gran calidad. Incluso incluyen huevos revueltos, lo cual suma un plus que no siempre se encuentra. Todo está preparado con dedicación, y se nota. Verly, quien se encarga de este momento tan importante del día, es encantadora: siempre amable, sonriente y pendiente de cada detalle, haciendo que empezar la jornada sea aún más placentero. Esta fue mi segunda estadía, y volví sin dudarlo porque la primera experiencia había sido impecable. Sin duda, lo recomiendo ampliamente. Y si tengo la suerte de regresar a Roma, no dudaría ni un segundo en volver a elegir este alojamiento.

The location of the hotel was very close to all the wonderful restaurants and sites of Rome. The staff was very kind and the hotel rooms were a bit small but very organized. Nice place to stay in!

La « suite » au rez de chaussée est triste , sombre, confort et décoration assez sommaire. Une rénovation(peinture) s’imposerait.Une porte fenêtre donne sur une petite cour intérieure non entretenue. Les grosses potiches sont à l’abandon. L’ensemble ne correspond pas aux photos présentées sur le site. Quelques éclairages supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus. La présence de deux énormes appareils de fitness, entre la salle de bain et la chambre ne semble pas très utile et peu décoratifs.

The location is great. Service in the breakfast room was exceptional. Breakfast is adequate but nothing special.

They’re really are no amenities. I must’ve read the description wrong. This is a B&B, and that’s all. I thought there was a bar a restaurant, but there’s only a breakfast room. The desk is open only till 4 o’clock, so if you need any help with reservations or directions, it’s not available I didn’t find the desk very helpful, I asked if dinner reservations could be made, and I was told to walk to the restaurant to make them myself. I think it is quite overpriced for what you get.

There was nothing I did not like. A minor issue came up during our stay, but it was handled promptly and proactively by the staff.

The shower was disappointing

Pequeno hotel muitíssimo bem localizado no coração de Roma. Dá para fazer tudo a pé. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, espaçosos e limpos. Colocam todos os dias águas nos quartos à disposição dos hóspedes. O pequeno-almoço é excelente, variado e com produtos de qualidade. Nota especial para a Veverly sempre disponível para os hospedes durante o pequeno-almoço. Faz uns ótimos cappuccinos e uns excelentes ovos mexidos no momento. Deu-nos também ótimas dicas de passeios e locais a visitar. Da próxima vez que formos a Roma, ficaremos certamente aqui de novo.

夜の到着なのにチェックイン方法を教えず、料金だけ取る本当に不解な宿です。現地払いにしなかった事を本当に後悔しています。ブッキングコムに訴えましたが、言葉は親切を装いますが何もしません。

Perfect location, with all the main sights 20 mins walk in every direction. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff (especially Verly at breakfast and Claudio at reception) were so accommodating. Easy check in and clear instructions sent through. The room was beautiful, modern bathroom (with all the amenities required) and a beautiful terrace overlooking the Piazza. Beautiful Continental breakfast, with plenty of options.

Through no fault of the accommodation (we chose the suite with terrace room), the noise from the Piazza through the night was loud.

I like the proximity of this place to the city center but quiet enough to have a goodnight sleep. Breakfast is included and we enjoyed it. Our room was cleaned everyday. Verly Stephania Claudio is very accomodating. Gave us some tips on how to get around the city. Also she prepared bfst for us before heading to the airport at 2:30 am and we greatly appreciate it. Josua gave us detailed information on how to access our room smoothly since we arrived after hrs .Josua is also very friendly and helpful. Both of them specially Verly made us feel truly welcome.

Location is perfect, within walking distance of the heart of the city but on a quieter square. View from our room was great over the square and room very spacious.

Although a quieter square, it can still be a little loud - especially when bins are collected early morning. This isn't an issue specific to this apartment only, but a general consideration when staying in the city - just a reminder to bring some earplugs

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants direkt um die Ecke, der Tiber 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

Die Betten sind etwas hart, aber für ein paar Nächte ok.

Locatie is fantastich, midden in het centro storico. Veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand, bijvoorbeeld Piazza Navona of Trastevere. Ontbijt was heerlijk, vriendelijk personeel en mooie kamers. Een aanrader!

De locatie is fantastich! Alle bezienswaardigheden op 20 min wandelen. Je hebt het drukke piazza Navona achter de hoek, maar toch zit je op het rustige plein piazza farnese. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en aan het ontbijt was alles aanwezig wat je nodig had, niet heel uitgebreid, maar dat hoeft ook niet. Een praktische kamer met goede bedden, wat je in Rome zeker wel nodig hebt.

Die Fenster Richtung Piazza Farnese sind NICHT schallisoliert (wie in der Beschreibung angegeben), vielmehr hört man jede (betrunkene) Gruppe in der Nacht sowie zeitig in der Früh drei laute Müllsammel-Autos.
