A lovely stay in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The property has a restaurant on the first floor and is beautifully designed around an open-air lightwell, so the rooms and common areas get plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. The location is excellent, with the lively streets, cafés, restaurants, and attractions of the Old Quarter all within easy reach, especially at night when the area really comes alive. The staff were definitely the highlight of my stay. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant team, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They were always happy to recommend places to visit, share local tips, and give useful advice whenever I needed it. The room was also comfortable and well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant experience with a great location and wonderful service. I would definitely come back again!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était bon, en plein milieu de la vielle ville, proche de deux lac et à distance reasonable a pied des différents lieux à visiter. Le quartier est vachement animé. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les personnes du staff qui sont tout bonnement adorables et souhaite mettre une emphase sur ce point.

I chose one of the lower room categories, so the price was very reasonable, the cleanliness was still well maintained. What impressed me most was the restaurant downstairs serving brunch. It was quite busy with many guests, but never felt too noisy, which made it a pleasant place to sit and relax. I was also particularly impressed by Lucy at reception. She was warm and gentle when explaining things, and gave me some helpful recommendations about the city tour. Her advice was so convincing that I booked it right away, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable experience. I only stayed for one night, but the overall experience was enough to leave a very good impression. I would definitely consider coming back next time.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and everything felt well organized. I also really liked the drinks and brunch at Kann - both were fresh and tasty. Great service and very good value for money. Would definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay here! Lucy at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and made check-in so smooth. Vivian (online sales) was also a great help when we booked our tour, she explained everything clearly and made the whole process very easy. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and comfortable. We also had a great experience at KANN. Nga and Long were both attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. We didn’t have enough time to try the spa this time, but we’ll definitely come back and give it a try on our next visit! Highly recommended for a stay in Hanoi!

Such a nice experience! The room was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated how quiet and well organized everything was. Lucy at the reception was especially lovely - she helped me with check-in and gave me some useful recommendations for places nearby. For the price, I think the hotel offers excellent value. Ethan at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, especially whenever we had questions or needed recommendations. The housekeeping service was excellent as ưell, our room was always clean and well taken care of. We spent some time at KANN and Duc and Toan made the experience even better. Both were attentive without being intrusive and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was great too! We didn’t get the chance to visit the spa because of our schedule, but it’s definitely on our list for the next trip. Would happily stay here again!

The staff are GOLD. Always at hand and ready to please. Breakfasts from the menu or order what you wish. The hotel is close to everything in the Old Quarter and any trips/tours can be easily arranged with staff at reception.

We had lovely time here, highly recommend this place, rooms where nice, great location and also amazing breakfast. All the staff made our stay very welcoming especially Lucy which was such a pleasure to meet and connect with. She helped us with all the info about the city and also with everything we needed for our stay with the bikes and luggages. Lucy was really the most dedicated and knowledgable employee that I ever met while traveling.

The staff were amazing. They booked a tour for me on short notice and always greeted me by my name. I had a really nice massage too. The breakfast was really good and the location was really good, right in the heart of the old quarter. The room was really comfortable.

A hotel in the city center... the staff are wonderful... the rooms have no window or view... the breakfast is very limited... we saw a mouse on the top floor... cleanliness is excellent, but the bathroom needs renovation.

Le personnel est vraiment adorable et à notre disposition tout le temps. Nous avons pu laisser nos affaires à l’hotel lors de notre excursion à Mai Chau de 2 jours ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé. Le logement est très bien placé dans le vieux quartier.

Seul inconvenient le bruit du vieux quartier, l'insonorisation n'est pas top.

I paid for a superior room which was comfortable but didn't have a street view.

Buena ubicación. El personal Lucia, Ana y otro chico (no recuerdo su nombre) hicieron que la estancia fuera muy agradable. Muy preocupados, serviciales, atentos y amorosos.

El agua me salió helada las dos últimas noches, lo que fue un problema por qué justo hacía frío. Al personal encargado del desayuno le faltaba mayor atención a las cosas que se iban acabando, debido a que todos los días le tuve que solicitar si podía poner más café, o si podía poner pan, una taza, entre otras cosas. Ascensor no llegaba al último piso y tampoco se iba directo desde el piso 1, tal vez una persona con discapacidad físico no le vendría bien este hotel.

Great location. Rooms are big and the AC worked well.

The beds were 2 put together, so there was an uncomfortable bar in the middle. Lots of mozzies around and echoing noise from people in the hotel and using the staircase. To access the lift you have to go up 5 steps and then once you are on your level, you still have to go up/down another 5 steps as the lift doesn’t match up with the level of the rooms.

While the location is convenient, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. The hotel interior was quite noisy, which made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep.

A great hotel right where you need it to be! It’s shields out the noise of the streets incredibly well - our room was too floor on the back side - and it’s a short walk (<300m) to the drinking streets, or (<500m) to the tourist shops. It’s also well located for any tours or pick ups that you need!!

Decent place to stay as the position is great. Staff is gentle. Room wasn’t great big beds together but PowerPoints were covered so not sense to move the bed in that way. Television not working as you cannot connect any app coming from foreign country hahaha Elevator is in between floors that’s funny. Breakfast was fair.

The hotel was superbly situated in the old quarter of Hanoi. The room was big with a huge bed, fridge and kettle which meant a nice cup of tea in the morning and a chilled nightcap. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My only criticism is the fact that the lift is accessed by walking up a few stairs, which can be inconvenient and painful for older customers
