Kjempe bra beliggenhet! Fikk et rom med balkong over basseng som var veldig kjekt. 2 minutter å gå til stranden og masse restauranter, utrolig bra plassering av hotellet. Veldig hyggelig personal, som også kom med gratis frukt ved bassenget.

Veldig veldig lytt. Hørte absolutt alt utenfor døren, verste hotell døren jeg har vert borti. Når folk gikk forbi var det nesten som de var inne i rommet med deg. Ikke noe særlig imponert over renhold. Mange steder som så ut som det ikke hadde vert skikkelig rengjort på flere måneder, legger ved bilder. Harde senger og flate vonde puter. Mye stygt inventar og møbler som hadde betydelige bruksmerker. Så ikke fint ut og hadde trengt en oppgradering. Hele hotellet virker å være litt i forfall, og burde trengt oppgradering. Skjønner ikke helt at dette skal være et 4 stjerners hotell, maks en lav 3. alle Hotellets bilder stemmer heller ikke helt overens med virkeligheten, de har endret eller fjernet på flere ting fra bildene.

Although officially rated as a 4-star hotel, I would personally consider it to be more of an average 3-star hotel. The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes’ walk from Carihuela Beach in Torremolinos. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, including when we needed assistance arranging a rental car. There is a great selection of restaurants, cafés and shops in the surrounding area, and the neighbourhood is lively and enjoyable, making it a pleasant place to stay. The hotel has a decent swimming pool and sunbathing area. The breakfast was perfectly adequate, although nothing particularly special. The rooms were simple and reasonably clean, but the furniture and facilities are beginning to show their age and would benefit from renovation. Overall, this is a decent hotel in a good location in Torremolinos, particularly if you want to be close to Carihuela Beach and the lively atmosphere of the area.

Nice quiet hotel in a nice quiet area but just around the corner from bars and restaurants and beach. Location couldn't have been better. Clean hotel. Lovely food and all staff we encountered were so nice. Would definitely stay again.

Bra läge nära restauranger och stranden. Så skönt med 18+ och inga barn. Litet fint område med solstolar och pool, ingen trängsel och väldigt lugnt. Trevlig personal, städning varje dag, fint med balkong. Gick att lämna väskor och använda poolen även efter checkout

Om man bor på någon av de nedre våningarna så kan man få balkong precis vid poolen/nästan markhöjd. För att det ska vara trevligt med balkong behöver man bo på våning 3 och uppåt, något som kan vara svårt eftersom hotellet är rätt litet. Det fanns en jacuzzi utomhus som såg ut mer som ett fågelbad, fyllt med alger och löv. Hade varit trevligt om det var funktionellt.

All staff were lovely, bar beside the pool and happy hour. Nice location, on quiet street but very close to beach and amenities. Also good location to travel to Belnamedina, Torromelinos and Malaga.

Room service did not always replace coffee, roilet roll but left adequate supplies.

Not all of the staff were poor at customer service. In fact, some were very helpful. However, there appeared to be a lack of proper management, and this negatively affected the overall guest experience and reflected poorly on the employees who were trying to provide good service.

I booked two rooms for the period 5-12 August 2026. One room was for my wife and me, and the other was for my elderly parents-in-law. I paid for both rooms myself. We arrived at around 11:00 PM on 5 August, and initially everything seemed fine. Before we left for the trip, my wife asked me whether the rooms had hair dryers. I checked the booking details and told her that they did, as I expected all rooms in a four-star hotel to be equipped with one. However, on the very first evening, we discovered that neither room had a hair dryer. The following day, I went to reception to request hair dryers. The receptionist wrote down both room numbers and assured me that the matter would be resolved that same day. Nothing happened that day, nor the next. It was only after I complained again, this time in a much firmer manner, that hair dryers were finally provided. The rooms contained a coffee machine with capsules for only two cups of coffee, as well as two tea bags. However, there was no kettle available to boil water for tea. We used up the coffee capsules on the morning of 6 August, and they were never replenished during the remainder of our stay. We ended up purchasing our own coffee capsules for the rest of the trip. Likewise, no kettle was ever provided, so we never had the opportunity to use the tea bags. Our flight home was scheduled for late in the evening on 12 August, but we were required to check out by 11:00 AM. Therefore, on 11 August, I went to reception and booked an additional night for my parents-in-law's room, covering the period from 12-13 August, so they would not have to spend the entire day without a room. My wife and I checked out before 11:00 AM and went into town. About half an hour later, my father-in-law called me in a very distressed and agitated state, telling me that hotel staff were trying to remove them from the room that I had booked and paid for the previous day.

The hotel staff are all very friendly and obliging. Food and drinks available. It’s kept very clean and tidy and great air conditioning. Repairs if needed are done swiftly too. It’s a small hotel with about 42 rooms, so it’s quiet. Huge advantage is that it’s so near to restaurants, bars, shops and beach - Playa de Carahuela. Lots of walking/jogging areas to burn off the extra eating!😂

There was a mix up with our room the first night. We were given a standard room, but had booked and paid for a superior room with a terrace. Because I had stayed at the hotel before, I knew the hotel had made a mistake, but I had to fight for the correct room and show proof. They did compensate us with breakfast the following morning, but it was very upsetting after a delayed flight and getting in late to the hotel and also having contacted them the evening before to confirm our arrival and to say we’d have a late check-in.

De ligging is heel centraal, aardig personeel, heerlijk airco op de kamer. Badkamer was ruim en een fijne douche. Na het uitchecken konden wij nog gebruik maken van een douche met handdoeken. Heel schoon en netjes. Ook een heerlijk zwembad met ligbedden.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido bastante decepcionante. Nos alojamos 4 noches y durante toda la estancia no nos cambiaron las sábanas. La limpieza diaria fue prácticamente inexistente: el baño seguía igual que el primer día, las tazas del café permanecieron en la habitación hasta que nos marchamos y la cama se hacía de forma muy superficial. Además, las puertas y los pomos estaban visiblemente sucios, como muestran las fotografías. También reservamos la habitación en mayo solicitando dos camas individuales y, al llegar en julio, nos encontramos con una cama de matrimonio. Lo comunicamos en recepción y nos dijeron que lo revisarían, pero finalmente no recibimos ninguna solución. El desayuno también nos pareció bastante mejorable. La variedad era escasa y la calidad de algunos productos dejaba que desear, encontrando alimentos secos y con poca sensación de frescura, algo que tampoco esperas en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Las fotografías publicadas del hotel no reflejan el estado real de las habitaciones. En nuestra opinión, la limpieza, el mantenimiento y la calidad del desayuno no están a la altura de un establecimiento de 4 estrellas.

Good location short walk from beach and shopping area. Staff in the hotel were helpful. Balcony was lovely to sit out at night.

Air Conditioning in our room did not work. Reported this immediately, it was temporarily working but stopped during the night so small room became warm and uncomfortable- we didn’t sleep. Engineer called but could not repair. We requested full refund via booking.com as we were not able to sleep. Hotel offered to waive cancellation fee but this was not sufficient to rebook alternative with late notice. We had a portable unit provided- this was noisy and difficult to place within the small room. It was an uncomfortable weekend stay. No parking- public car park nearby 13 euros a day.

La ubicación, está en La Carihuela, no en primera linea sino en segunda, a un paso de la playa, en una zona más tranquila, sin estar en pleno centro del ambiente.

Hay varios aspectos que creemos que podrían mejorar. Lo primero, tuvimos problemas para descansar la primera noche, ya que el hotel tiene unas casas bastante cerca y por la noche hubo ruido. Es normal, es gente que está en la terraza de sus casas pero tuvimos ruido hasta las tantas. Al día siguiente también había un grupo con un altavoz gigante poniendo música por la mañana. Entendemos que haya quien va a divertirse pero otros vamos a descansar, y hay que respetar unas normas comunes. Luego, nos dio la sensación de que la distribución de los espacios hacía que hubiese poca intimidad en algunas zonas. En nuestro caso, la habitación en la primera planta quedaba bastante expuesta desde el solarium, y para acceder a la piscina se pasa muy cerca de los balcones de las habitaciones de la planta baja, lo que también puede quitar privacidad. Habitaciones sin humo pero se puede fumar en los balcones, que al estar muy juntos es como si se pudiese en las habitaciones. El baño, la mampara era insuficiente y se salía todo el agua al ducharse, aunque tuvieses cuidado. El baño se llena de agua y luego es incomodo tener que estar quitándola. Por último, el proceso de check in nos pareció poco cuidado. Tuvimos que hacerlo nosotros, y nos dieron un papel con información, pero echamos en falta una explicación más clara sobre el hotel, los accesos (no teníamos el código para entrar directamente a la piscina desde la calle) y algunos aspectos importantes de la estancia.
